Walmart Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 3

I went into Walmart in Sumter this morning, and i purchase 12 items, got my bags put them in the cart and walked away, just as i did in November when i did the same thing and got home and my SD card was no where to be found. when i return to the store the cashier was no help, with my missing item, and the manager told me to go home and look on my bed, well this morning when i left the register, i was at MC Donald counter in the store, when the cashier ran me down and gave me my pack of Rayovac 4 pkg D batteries that was left on the hanger in the bag. I really appreciate what she did, for i would have been out of, another item that i paid for and it was left at the counter, I know accidents happens and so does mistakes, but i love the way this was handle.

Mary really helped me and my mother out. We arrived at store 2160 a few minutes before closing and we really needed a few supplies for a road trip and they were nothing but nice, sometimes they are a little harsh but their kindness really made our day!

I would like to let someone know of the OUTSTANDING, WONDERFUL, SMART, COURTEOUS, young man that helped me out in your store (Whitman Square on Roosevelt Boulevard) . His name is Nicola Lemmo. I made sure I got his name because I asked three (3) other employees for help and they were rude and un-attentive to my situation. Nicola went above and beyond to help me, and he was as nice as they come. I have never experienced a worker in this particular store, be so nice. He was helpful, and pleasant as well, even though he was helping other people at the same time, he never put my questions off. The man deserves to be recognized in the very best way possible.

Checking out at your walmart located on Southpoint pkw in Fredericksburg va the cashier was very nice and helpful, she was the only cashier that knows how to bag your grocery without them falling out of the bags. The cashiers name was Karen Baker, I wish she could teach the other cashiers.

I recently purchased items through a papillion NE Walmart , the cashier Marilyn h. Was a very polite woman, she does an awesome job. I would rate her the best cashier I have ever seen at this Walmart she deserves a decent raise, and employee of the month just saying best cashier ever!

I want to point out a couple people from Walmart and Marion Ohio the people's name are Deb Scroggins I think that's why you spell like she is a CSM there and Rea Coby. They both went way and above and went out of there way too help me. I had bought a iTunes gift card for Christmas for my Niece. It was inactive and I didn't have the receipt. They sent a long time looking it and and found it. They we're Amazing nice very knowledgeable. Please let them know that I appreciate it.

I recently had a small issue on a returned clothing item to Walmart in Pensacola...I would like to rate customer service a 5 star rating...not only was I taken care satisfactorily... I was contacted within 24 hours by C.S.and management from local superstore..great job...you will always have my business...

I would to say that I was a little upset with my visit to the abingdon Walmart. I needed paint. Couldn't find it at first but I very nice lady name Karen walked me over and showed me where it was at. She greet me first with good morning which you never here. Then I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone asked if I need help. A tall man acted like he didn't want to be bother . But I have to say after half wait I would like to say thank you to Geeta, Heather and Linda. They made the visit very enjoyable. They did everything to try and make up for my wait being so long. Thank you to 4 very nice and special ladies. When I lefted I felt like they cared. They were great. When I checked out Karen waited on me and remember me and asked if I founded what I needed. When she saw I had paint she even said sorry for your wait. How did she know? But she remember just from taking me there. All 4 of those ladies are very kind and they were a great help. I was never coming back but they may have changed my mind. Great job to Karen, Geeta, Linda and Heather

We asked two cashiers, "Where can I find the licorice?" They said, "Over there." We looked but we didn't find it. We came back and Shabnam was standing in front with a smiling face. We asked the same question. She came with us and found it for us. She did not say "over there". I think she knows the business. Associates should be helpful like Shabnam.
That's not it. We were standing on her till the other day and the line was long. We noticed that often, she made eye contact with all her customers and smiled. That's how we didn't mind to wait. She is so fast and friendly. Whenever we come to Walmart, we look for Shabnam. It was excellent service.

Took me some time to find an actual phone number to call for Customer Service. Once found, the service was excellent. A young woman named Brandy Smith was the service person and she was able to address my concerns. My shipping receipt indicated and amount of $138.84 as the shipment total. My actual bill was $69.42 cost plus taxes for 2 Solar Group rural mailboxes. My concern was that the larger amount did not show up on my charge bill. Thanks.

I been to a lot of Wal-marts in the Reno and Sparks, NV area and I would have
to say the Wal-Mart on prymaid highway in Sparks is the worst and They discriminate against customers and They do not serve everyone and When you make a complaint and They do not return message and All of there managers and workers treat people like trash and I have seen it first hand in the store!,
I will never shop at Wal-Mart in sparks no more and I will go out of my way when other Wal-Mart actually practice customers service and they are not rude!

Today I was greeted and taken care of in the most pleasant manner by Nicole in Customer Service at the Flemington, NJ Walmart. I bought a Benjamin Prowler 177 Cal Air Rifle # 551785285 for $114.96 on 6/15 and immediately thereafter it was put on sale for $102.13 a difference of $12.83 excluding tax. My shipment was delayed for some reason and It didn't arrive until 6/30. Do you suppose you could give me a break and give me some credit to reflect the sale price? I wish to highly commend Debbie who works in the electronics department at the Wal-Mart on Transit Road in the Buffalo, NY area. She assisted me with the transfer of information to a new telephone. She was helpful, patient and courteous and had a great deal of technical expertise. She has a great personality, and it was obvious that she enjoys her job very much.

today I was at the walmart in victoria at uptown, and the cashier was just wonderful. Her name was Anita and she was so great with making sure everything was bagged properly, and just had an all around nice attitude.

My wife and I bought 2 phones and had phone problems with mine, so we returned it the next day for a different phone. A day or so later her phone was disconected I asume due to a problem with returning my phone. We were both rather frustrated with both the phone company and Walmart. However, Dawn in the wireless department made the experence alot more pleasant and was very competent in initaly seting up the phones and resolving the issue with my wifes phone.

Walmart bakery staff at Taunton and harmony in Oshawa nick and Tamara excellent customer service and team work.

I am a long time shopper and vendor to Walmart. I shop at store 1417 and the store is always exceptionally clean and well merchandised. 98% of the associates are helpful and courteous.

This is a good model store.

dept. and I ask her if she could help me. She
went and got the bulb I need. She was so kind
