A year ago, I bought a one year subscription for 29$ at this website and one year later i'm looking at my credit card transaction and I see 50$ from Weebly I'm really surprise because I never saw this sdgjregju ''AUTO RENEW'' option and its clearly a SCAM! It shouldn't been activated in first place! I clearly dont have trust in this website anymore.
I assume getting my money back will be tricky...

I have phoned two numbers and I am getting the same result which is a verbal message acknowledging weebly followed by continuous music. This is very expensive as I am phoning from abroad. I haven't had a response to my e-mail message either.

I am extremely disappointed with this poor service

I am shocked at how inefficient and difficult it is to us your free website facility and to search/log in and find a way to contact you. I have a free website that no one can access. If they lick on the link they get a site unpublished message when it is clearly published. it cannot be picked up by google. What a waste of time. I have tried to log in and cannot as google wont even let me click on the log in link never mind the home website. Why is this. is this just to get people to pay for your services?

I asked a question via their request form and got what I believed to be a copy-pasted reply, because the first half was "if your blog host provides code for that feature, it's super easy to embed in our website".

The second half was "we host your blog and don't offer that code, though."



So... no, you can't do what I wanted to.



I replied to the email stating my frustration with the tone of the email, the longer first half of which has a cheery, this-is-so-easy-to-do tone before telling me it's impossible, and I got a MASSIVE WALL OF TEXT email back from the guy, defending himself and being kind of snarky, and telling me that some people pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to get web designers to provide them code and that if that's what I want I should go elsewhere, basically.



Even though in my reply, I was like "your email would have been better if you'd just said I couldn't do it. No biggie."

terrible. i purchased a domain name through weebly, lured by their promise that forwarding an old domain (which they host) would be a cinch.

1)weebly's link to route my old domain to my new one is broken
2)the customer service robot (doesn't seem like a live person) gave me instructions to do exactly the OPPOSITE of what i wanted--to route OLD domain to NEW.
3) the customer service "phone number" is busy.

don't recommend at alll.

I had a site for 3 weeks, called in for some help to resize a pic in full resolution.



Next day I no longer have a wesbite. Seems it violated the TOS. No call no letter no statement that it was in violation.



I spent 2 days over the email with zendesk who have no idea what happened and then finally told me the bad news. I was livid. Fuk these guys I went with WIX. Way better site and company.

I had tons of problems uploading photos to build my site. First I had to resize almost all the images, then when I would create an image plus text box, the image would plunk down in the middle of the box and cover up the "edit text" area and I couldn't add my text to the right hand side of the box. This happened at least two dozen times. I finally ,through sheer perseverance got it to work but it took me three days to build a simple 5 page website

All I want to do is publish my site and I put a phone number in but it doesnt send me any verification of any sort - nothing is there. I tried to find the email but there is none for support and I cannot call in during normal business hours because I get home late (school, sports, etc.) and I cant do anything about my site but it says to contact support.

All I need is an EPP code so I can transfer my domain and webpage to another provider because your customer service is non-existent. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. And you dismantled my website when you said it too would transfer without issue.

Scam. The websites do not appear let alone work. NUMEROUS calls and e-mails for a refund went unanswered. These people are criminals and I am starting a class action suit.

I currently have a website with you but I am finding the build is very difficult! It does not save automatically as your tutorial says. I have spent the afternoon shopping other websites, out of frustration, and wanted to speak with your customer support to find out if help was available on my issues and also how good the support actually is. I can't get anyone! It IS during normal business hours and all I get is an automated message telling me to call back in a few minutes.

The support is crucial for me and not having any is really unacceptable. Your pricing comparisons say the support service is faster for the non-free plans. How do you know what plan I would like if you don;t answer the phone!

I am sorry I couldn't get anyone. I was really hopeful about staying with your site. I will be paying about $9/month with another site. I cannot do business with a company who exhibits such a lack of customer respect.

If I could get a hold of them I could leave a more informed/detailed review.
But seeing as my numerous emails and phone calls go nowhere, I'm at a complete loss including the money I paid for two websites through weebly.
And now I cannot locate either of these sites and cannot get help despite my numerous attempts and requests.

My college is trying to make a decision on adopting an ePortfolio platform. We like Weebly, but have questions. i have spent the entire day trying to call them with my questions, called over 60 times. They tell you they will connect you to the next available rep, then they disconnect you after 30 seconds. Worst support i have ever encountered.

I am extremely frustrated with this education company. Their chat function is non-existent and they refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund after billing my card again without warning. I am now in the process of contacting my credit card company to stop payments.
