Well, I like my site.

But I don't have their FREE site, I've been paying for years and years now, and just noticed that there is a banner like I don't pay at the bottom and basically I only have the FREE options. Did they get bought out and lose me in the mix? They're still cashing the checks (or auto debits in this case) so they didn't forget the money just my site apparently.

Thought this would be an easy issue to resolve but it is not. You simply cannot get a hold of these people.

Very frustrating.

Tried to reach Weebly during their service hours, only get a message they would connect to their
first agent available. after a couple minutes a the automated voice says: we're sorry none of our agents are available, call back in few minutes and again and again same message.

Horrible costumer service!

Warning!!! Do not Use Webbly! They took my money and never Return my calls! They should be reported to the better business bureau.

I have been charged for using the website and I have told the company multiple times I would like to be taking off this account. I do not want to be paying for something I will never use. I expect to be takin off this immediately.

Deciding between Weebly and Wix to generate an on.line store. First experience with telephone support during business hours, and received a brief message that no one is available and pretty much disconnected. Gosh, just when I thought I was going with Weebly! Now, let's try that same thing over at Wix.

This company sucks! Ive called 10 + times today trying to get ahold of someone and it just keeps telling to call back instead of letting me wait for a customer service rep to actually help me! DO NOT USE WEEBLY!

Weebly does not offer customer support of any kind. There phone only rings and there emails they don't reply to. And when you finally get a hold of someone they don't know anything and for you to submit it for review. They only care for there payment. And that's it. There product sizing is too small and the ssl never worked. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

It has been three days that I am trying to launch a site purchased from Weebly and it does not work. I've been contacting the company support and get a voice mail to contact them at their regular hours. I've been doing so and the same phone message comes on. It is insane, and very irresponsible for them to take our money and not publishing our site.
I would like to get the money back if I won't get a response within the next four hours.

Weebly has continued charging my CC for the past 4 months! I left Weebly 4 months ago, and they are still charging me. I have contacted them over, and over, and over again and yet they still charge me. I have requested they stop, and no one ever returns an e-mail. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?! I will be pursuing other avenues, since they have left ME NO other choices! All I want is for them to STOP charging me, and refund my fricken MONEY!!! I get charged $30.00 for every time they try. They have tried so many times now, my account is negative! AND they are still continuing.

Be carful, they request for phone number just after you are ready with your website!

For privacy reasons I don't like to give my phone number for a free service!!!

Helllllooooo Tech Support - anybody home????? I think NOT. Support is terrible! No onew will answer the phone. I've tried to submit my question / problem on-line and constantly get a message that Tech Support is Unavailable. What gives??????

i called in today about moving one of my accounts and was told by Stephanie at 2:23pm that she would send me what I need to move the account to Godaddy.

It is now 1 hour and 20 minutes later and I haven't received the information.

Never in my life have I dealt with such a crap site and store that I'm PAYING for. Now that my store is built and I don't have time to rebuild another one from scratch, I'm stuck with it. It crashes, doesn't list items, customer service absolutely SUCKS. I tell everybody and anybody to stay as far away from Weebly as possible.

Your customer service is not adequate! I tried to use the online chat but it continually gave me the message that there was not an agent available. I tried to call by phone, but reached a recorded message that said no one was available, so use the online chat ...that is not funny or even slightly humorous! I left a phone message. I sent a help request. I hope to hear back from someone soon.

I started a business website with weebly and now I can't get in to update my web page and have tried everyday for 7 days to reach someone for help without success. Your service is terrible and very unprofessional.

Yeah, about a year ago they locked up my account so I cannot publish my site. THEY'RE ASKING FOR A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER! I updated my email with no avail.

Weebly SUCKS! I paid $39,95 for a domain with hosting, then I had to pay another $10 for email (really weebly?), only to find out that I cannot remove the footer ad because I have to upgrade. I actually got someone on the phone and I told them that I basically paid $40 for a domain name, and he simply said YES. Domains are $12.99 at GoDaddy, and in some cases .99 cents. I told him that and he said that's true. ????? Stay Away!
