I canceled my subscription to World of Warcraft over a year ago and I'm still getting billed against my account despite numerous online attempts to stop the billing and yet you continue to charge my account my phone number is I have made numerous attempts to contact customer support regarding this issue and are never able to get through to a person I am going to my bank to file fraud charges if this is not resolved in the next 24 hours. I have not used the service in over a year.

Worst support ever. My account got hacked, they changed the email address, password, etc.

The most support I could get was their terrible "account recovery" which asks for account information that was changed.

Tried to call but get hung up on since their queue is full.

I have dealt with tech support from Microsoft to Symantec and this by far is the worst.

This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever had for any product. I work with computers and spend a great deal of time on the phone with IS departments so I know how frustrating it can be, but this is ridiculous. They have players all over the world and they have customer service reps answering phones for only 8 hours of Pacific time. Absolutely unbelievable. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days and have not yet succeeded. I intend to keep trying because the game is great, but the service is truly horrible

Only writing a review to hurt their rating, because they really suck.

As said several times by other people they do not have customer service. They would not even put me on hold. Left me in a phone tree and then when I reached the end the person told me to have an "epic day". I was going to keep playing, but on second thought why make myself miserable?

I find it very hard to believe that maintenance takes 10 hours after waiting the normal maintenance period you get a message saying it has been extended and extra 2 hours you wait the 2 hours and it has been extended another 2 hours wtf.Then they do unscheduled maintenance throughout the week and rolling restarts.They really should reimburse the time they take way every month sitting around doing nothing thats alot of hours of play time that people pay for but cant play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the last time i will play World of Warcraft. I am sick of purchasing game time and not being reimbursed for the maintenance periods and downtime. Blizzard, time and again, has proved to be inept, and inefficient.

I play WOW on average 5 to 6 times a week, the customer service is non-existent, they will do maintenance whenever they see fit and will extend the times whenever they want to. They will not compensated time missed by these so called maintenance, and they do not care if people leave. They went from 12 million to 9 million players. I strongly believe they will fall to 7 very soon, and continue to decline until they learn how to run a business. They got away with it for the first few years, but slowly and surely they will be screwed. If anyone from Blizzard is reading this, fix it while you can. It will be a matter of time before you'll be replaced with a real time competitor.

Was trying to contact blizz via phone. took me 3 days calling every hour or so always que's are full. when i finally got on the line it seemed like my representative couldnt wait to hang up the phone. he was rushing me just trying to fill his daily quota. just terrible

I expected wait time to be 1-2 days because of all the ticket influx. but it took about a week and it seemed i was talking to somebody with no knowledge of the game.

No point even trying to contact their support. they dont care about anything except money.

i made a ticket and i play 16 hours each day. took them 4 days to answer and they apologize cuz they answered it when i was offline. sounds to me like they are more interested in filling their daily quota than actually helping

BTW my problem wasnt even solved. gm didnt even talk about it in his response. typical.

Blizzards Customer Service is horrible. You submit a ticket and the average wait time to be answered is 6 days. You submit a valid harassment/abuse ticket with screen shots and they ignore it. After 5+ years I finally left. They even refused my cancellation and told me to contact another department. I've already contacted my credit card company and told them to stop any payment to Blizzard.

Just terrible. blizzard has no care for their players. wow has over 12 million accounts made with $15 a month. $10 pets $20 name changes $20 char xfers and they have about 15 people hired in total it seems. greedy and pathetic.

They really could do better about support. I like how they state all over the internet "just open a trouble ticket and someone WILL help you!" Then you try to open a ticket and every option says "we're not accepting tickets on that problem now!" FFS! Did everyone go home? Ohh, that's right, we still have the nerds that reset the servers for 10-15 minutes every day. I think they get their programmers from a high school work program, because they don't understand regression testing, code review or FIXING PROBLEMS BEFORE INTRODUCING NEW ONES! The game is one of the best out there, when it's working. But, it's gotten too buggy now, they've gotten too big, and they just can't keep up with it, not that they're trying to.

So get this!!! btw i want feedback on what y'all think! I had to quit playing wow for about 10 months!...anyways i finally am able to afford it again and i come back 2 days ago to find out my account was locked??? i knew instantly it was hacked cause i asked my friend when the last time my account was online his response( 3months ago ). so anyways, i report the account hacked....i send them photo ids i changed the email i get a authenticater i get the mobile thing i do it all!!! so i get my accounts back. i log on.... i already knew all the stuff was gone and was like ok they'll just mail it all to me, alright. i check my mail im like yea mail!!! they sent me only 11 of my 15 vicious...or how ever many (im missing the helmet, shoulder, necklace, and cape)...i got my boas they had sold but thats it..... all the stuff i had in bags on all characters which idc really about much all gone anyways....the most important part 72 thousand gold!!!!





and their response was, we're sorry we can't trace back to see you actually had the rest of those items....im like u iars....u have records from when my 85 was lvl 1...dont bs me!!! but ya thats my story.

Hadn't played WoW or D# for a month or so. Tried to log in with the new PW they had asked me to create for security purposes, which had worked find. Could not. Was told PW or username were in error. They were not.
Tried a ticket. Days went by and got a "ticket answered, everything is in order response." Tried to do a PW reset. NEver got an email with the means to do that. Tried calling numerous times, could not get in the queue. My only alternative now is to call my credit card company and cancel my account that way, losing all my years on WoW and my D3 progress. But I am not willing to just hand them money for nothing. Too bad. I was really loyal until now. They have finally gotten too big, and for me, they are now a giant FAIL.

wtf blizzards customer service is so bad... Ive been trying to get a hold of them by phone but get a message saying"due to a temporary interruption in phone service we are unable to assist you at this time plz try your call again later" its been like this since 9/18/12 =/ fix your phones noobs god knows we pay you enough

They only give you cookie cutter answers. If you expect to actually get a person to talk to (over the phone) you have to call in 10 times just to get into a queue for 30 minutes if you're lucky. Recently submitted a ticket with issues and got a reply that had nothing to do with what i had posted to them. its crazy how little this company cares about it players.

world of warcraft customer service sucks! if they screw me over on the current ticket I have placed (after they get back to be in 6 days, according to the waiting time for them to respond on the ticket), I will most likely leave wow, new expansion or not. I am not giving these greedy jerks my money if they cannot even attempt to treat me right.

I've been trying to reach any blizzard rep for 2 days, and still no luck. After calling the call center upon opening, 7am pst. Their Waitting queues are already full. the only option blizzard leaves available to you is to visit the website. Where on their website, there is a 5 day, ticket wait for any problem u cant resolve yourself on their forum pages.
This is Unacceptable. We pay for a service, and there is no customer service available for the customer.
If you have to hire more people hire more people, somethings telling me you can afford it.

Been playing WoW on and off for about 5+ years I was hacked and trying to jump through all the stupid hoops for recovering my account. (Driver License and all the stupid forms) They now want you to print out forms and scan them then upload as if thats not bad enough most scanners scan to a pdf or tiff format witch blizzard does not allow to be uploaded!?!?!?!?! So now you have to go a few steps further and try to convert your doc to an acceptable format. I've been fighting with them for days and have come to the point where I don't even want to pay them another dime. Their customer service is non-existant. Your stuck dealing with GM's that don't give 2 cents about your issues. They don't care if you leave the game. They actually encourge it so they have 1 less person to support. Thats the vibe I got when I said I would be cancelling my & my sons account. Their response was "Make sure you log into the other account to cancel it"

I am very very disappointed and will be blasting my experience all over the net to anyone that will listen. They truely believe they can treat people however they want.

So after years of playing and paying them to play I got tired of playing the game so I cancelled my subscription. Before this when we were forced to merge to a battle.net account I put down my mothers name since at the time she was the credit card holder. Once I got my own credit card I changed the payment method and continued to play before quitting again.

My girlfriend wanted to play, but didn't want to buy all the stuff for the game so I gave her my account info. So she started paying for it and playing it. She then wanted to change the name on the account (Which was my moms) to hers, but then gets told by a GM after 3 hours on the phone, that the original owner haste to call to change the name (Which is me.) So I call and they tell me that they can't change the account name because its in my mothers, so I explain what I did and why. He shoots back at me on the phone saying that since I am playing and paying for an account that isn't my name he can ban me and my account and demanded that me, my girlfriend and my mother MAIL them copies of our government IDs, and for my mother to fill out a LEGAL document to turn over the account just to change a god forsaken NAME? My mother doesn't even know anything about the game... It was a mistake and they threatened to BAN me? So I said screw it, and cancelled everything. Not another dime...

This company is QUICK to take your cash no questions asked, but the second you need help they will screw you. 4/5 GMs are trained dogs with no reasoning that just do what the 'policy' says. Plus 3 hours wait times? I am sure with MILLIONs of each shelling out $15 a month, they could hire some more customer services reps... What a cheap, money snatching company. More and more I am noticing video game companies are taking advantage of video game players.

HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE.

I bought all the stuff for wow around 1 year ago, played, had fun, and then stoped. i try to play again, was ready to pay for another month, when, SURPRIZE, my account for wow has been "Locked", i find out in order to unlock it, I need to submit a whole bunch of personal info, including some form of ID, well great blizz, as i am not old enough to have an id yet, AND your phone support is not working.
