I do have a problem with Zune as well.
I clicked on the trial for 14 days and I saw that I will be charge after that. I immidiatly wanted to cancelled..Follow the step and it's asking for me a code that being send to another email adress than mine? seriously this is b&*?sh*t.
I sent a email to their support 3 days a go and still have no feedback..Anybody where I can find a phone number to reach them ?

I do look like a big scam to me..not impress

omg i have just spent 2 hours trying to getmy money back from them and u will never believe the answer. apparently according to xbox ,zune is part of the microsoft set up we all download . xbox has no control over this and cant reinburse but can cancel it for u. they have no control over who takes our money and we unknowingly have walked into a very expensive trap and zune is reaping the benefits of our loyalty to xbox live.

Zune is HORRIBLE! They have been charging my account for the past five months without my authorization. They took my credit card information from my Xbox account. To contact any customer support at Zune they needed a phone number, which I did not register, which made it impossible for me to get through. This is a joke!!! DO NOT USE ZUNE!!!!!

Trying to contact Zune to cancel my account but no one is replying? A lot of run around and no solutions! Does anyone have a number that I can call? I don't know why they have this site since they don't care to keep customers.

I have Zune on my XBOX 360 and bought an extended version of a movie for over 20 bucks. Now it won't even let me play the movie. Seriously Zune? You are by far the worst company! Can't wait til someone takes them over and shows them what customer service/satisfaction is all about. #Zunefails

I have Zune MP3 players(3) I cannot use the,there is no way I can download music anymore,these MP3 are useless to me. I can not contact anyone at Zune to get help from them. HTC T-Mobile phone is service my Microsoft and Zune; what a joke,we can reach Zune by telephone why would T-Mobile things would change.

Very disappointed that Zune has a poor support team to assist me. There are to many sites that offer minimal assistance. I will now more than likely cancel my account due to this.

I cannot believe that there is NOONE to speak to. No chat, no phone, no email. May have found on different website, but no help is inexcusable. Used Microsoft since DOS 3.0, will probably be all Apple by August. So so disgusted.

If I could..I would fly to wherever this place was and just slap the President of this company!!! How dare you charge my account..UNAUTHORIZED..and then I can't even get a PERSON on the frickin phone..because I am not a paying customer!!! Really? Did you just not take money out of my frickin account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called Xbox and they can't help but seems to me they are the original culprit in this scamming fiasco!!!!!!!! Seriously. I have a Zune account. I have not purchased anything since early April. However, my credit card has been charged twice since my last purchase and I can not get ahold of Zune to find out why. I called Microsoft billing support and they kept referring me to Zune's online support. I explained that the Online support has no details about the charges to my account and she told me that Zune does not have a phone number. This all sounds very suspicious. I have contacted a law firm here in Houston to look into possible billing fraud by Microsoft and Zune. You can't bill people for services that you can't explain, especially when they didn't authorize the billing. You also can't bill people and then not have a person within your corporation who can speak to the customer regarding their account. What is wrong with this picture.

Zune is a complete scam. This is awful. You cannot contact anyone thru the number provided by their website. This is horrible. Microsoft Zune some how debited my bank account for downloading games, which I never did. I too have been frausted with the inability to reach a person at MSN to fix their error. In the end I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Impossible to obtain contact information. You cannot contact these people by phones. It's a complete Ripoff. PLease Do not subscribe to this service. It is next to impossible to get rid of.

Contacting Microsoft baout app download problems using a credit card has been almost impossible. I have spent several hours trying and when I did reach them they said they would elevate it.
Essentially no credit card will work with my account.

What a disgusting rip off. I just spent the best part of an hour with microsoft support being patronised by some "computer say's" idiot assuring me that as The credit card is in my name I am responsible,and it takes a month to cancel the subscription, never mind they have worked out that a fair percentage of subscribers will be like this and they know it. As a result my now disappointed 14 year old is being punished for downloading it in the first place, MS are a few more ££ richer and I am well pissed off. It is a shameful, disgusting, rip-off, piss poor way for a multi billion dollar company to carry on, YES MICROSOFT I MEAN YOU.

ZUNE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I CLICKED ON THE FREE TRIAL. THEN I REALIZED THAT THEY AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOU AFTER THE FREE TRIAL IS OVER. I DECIDED TO CANCEL AND IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. I SEE MANY PEOPLE HAVE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ZUNE. IT IS A SCAM. I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SINCE I DONT HAVE AN "PAID" MSN ACCOUNT THEY REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME. ZUNE IS A JOKE.

My husband had issues with his Zune and we could not contact anyone for assistance. Trying to find a contact via our Zune account is impossible! It's no wonder people think we are crazy to have a Zune! Very frustrating set-up

its no wonder that microsoft is letting apple surpass them with service like that. none of their support online questions answers my question and i cant contact them. they charged my account two months in a row but it says online i'm not subscribed to zune pass. this sucks

I don't even own a zune and have been getting a recurring charge on my bank statement. I too have been frustrated with the inability to reach a person at MSN to fix their error. In the end I had to dispute the charges with my bank and change my bank account and debit card numbers to prevent any further charges. I will never buy a zune because of their poor customer service. I'll stick with my iPod

Do not subscribe to this service. It is next to impossible to get rid of and after you cancel your subscription online, you will continue to get billed.

Furthermore, you cannot contact these people by phone. What kind of scam is this?

Microsoft give my card details to zune without my permission when I set up x box live account. I am being billed 8.99 a month. Nowhere on my account gives an option to cancel the subscription. There is no way of contacting anyone from zune to cancel. Rang x box live and they told me I had to contact zune to cancel, even though it was them that give zune my card details and I have no way at all of contacting anyone at zune. Rang credit card company, but they said zune can still bill me after I have cancelled my credit card and that I should cancel subscription with zune by contacting them, which is impossible to do

I tried calling the number 2 get assistance and found out it has been disconnected!!!! WTF!! I need help w/my zune, cuz it won't come on, but when I hook it up 2 the computer or my xbox it plays the music. Then a few mos ago it started acting up w/the buttons, up was down, and down was down, the R and L buttons sumtimes even go up and down. The select button half the time doesn't wk either. Is there a way I can fix it????
