i placed a order on line for a new pair of shoos and i still have not received them because they are still seating in the fedex hub here in billings mt and if i would have known that i was going to take for ever to get my new shoos i would have never placed my order very pore service and i will never buy nothing from them again and i will tell my friends not to shop there not happy at all

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on May 31st, 2021. After placing my ordered I saw that instead of having Florida as state and zip code Bronx was there nothing was there to cancel or modified the order. I decided to call customer service and indeed it was a holiday so the office was close. I sent emails as well. Now I checked my email the items is now shipped to a different address in a different state. Now what am I suppose to do? This company needs to spend sometime to make customers online shopping experience more desirable. I'm livid cause there is nobody to help me.

We chose your store in Palm Coast Fla where we live because of the large selection of wide and extra wide shoes. He broke his hip in March and this would be the first pair of walking shoes he wanted to purchase. While the employees were very nice and accommodating we found it difficult to try on the shoes due to the fact that there was only one shoe horn which was no longer than 3-4 inches. it seemed to be the only one they had in the store. He, like others who have had a hip replacement was unable to bend over far enough to use the shoe horn. We were given one at the rehab but didn't realize we should have taken it. It is a long one that doesn't require bending to use. We did find a pair that fit, he likes and is wearing but for future sales you might consider getting a shoe horn that is specifically for the elderly and disabled. It might boost your sales. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dont buy thier doc martens
Thier leather feels like plastic garbage. It doesnt break in 100.00 is totally too much money for somthing you cant wear, very poor quality.

I went to the Famous Footwear in Sioux City, Iowa today in the Southern Hills Mall and I've never see customer service so poor. Myself and other customers were standing outside the doors waiting for them to open. They were to open at 11 AM and it was 11:07 and they still weren't open. I could see an employee in there and I asked her what time they open the store and she turned her head and ignored me. 5 minutes later she finally came to let myself and 3 others in. Then, I stood at the cashier counter and waited for 5 plus minutes as she saw me waiting and just ignored that I was there. When she finally came to check me out, she was very rude and did not care about the questions I had. She was the assistant manger and her name was Tanya. I will never go back to the store again, that is how poorly myself and others were treated.

Purchased a pair of shoes for my son. Tried them on in store thought they fit good. Wore them for 4 days had to bring another pair of shoes to work, couldn't wear them all day. Tried to return to store four days later. Told me if Timberland would take the shoes back I could return them but they will only give me 50% back. Paid $112 and change. Losing half my money after 4 days...... I find that to be a poor return policy, will never shop or recommend Family Footwear again.

I went into the store today with my daughter to get me some Skechers arch support tennis shoes and my daughter decided to get some shoes for herself when we got to the counter after being in there for quite some time they told us that their system was down and that we needed to come back around 6:00 but they could save the ones we picked out My intentions were not to be back out so we told them never mind we went to the store next door to see what they had as we walked back by we saw them them checking out two customers apparently the registers were working after all not sure why they didn't want to help us out. We would have spent $150 in the store. So I got online to see what time the store closed and low and behold they closed at 6:00 so why would she tell us to come back at 6:00 really disappointed in the customer service at this store it's not the first time the manager there has been rude. I probably will shop at another famous footwear not at the garden City store again.

I tried going into a store at 5:50. They were supposed to be open until 6. I had work until 5:45 right next door and when I knocked on the door, they refused to let me in. When I called the store the manager hung up on me. BULL. I want a gift card. That service was BS. All I needed were all black work shoes, I would have taken 5 minutes if anything. Made the complaint on Yelp and reached out to customer service. I hope they try to win back a loyal customer. The manager should be fired. I've never dealt with such disrespect and disgusting attitudes

The whole reason I went to Famous Footwear today February 26, 2021 is because I seen they had a sale when I looked at the website online that if you spend $50.00 you get $10.00 off by March 1,2021. I spent $96.05 and gave the Cashier my email address which was correct. She told me to just go online and just show her the $10.00 off anywhere on the website and she would take it off because I told her I forgot my password. So I did what she asked and showed her the website like she said I could do. Then she says oh you need to login which I wasn't able to she told me to just come back and the $10.00 will be there in my account which is a lie! Because it was just a sale the company was running until March 1,2021. The cashier not only lied but also didn't honor the $10.00 off even though she was able to pull up my rewards account in front of her and told me just show her the website!!! (Which means she could've just typed in a code; which I know is possible because I have worked customer service for many years). I also put another pair of shoes back because she told me they were $44.99 when on the isle on the shelf the price tag said $29.99. She didn't want to price check so I didn't purchase them. I don't mine spending money but it's the principle of I deserved to have $10.00 /taken off my balance and she should've went back and price checked the shoes. Professionalism should always be a companies top priority to make sure the customer is satisfied with there purchase and to address any concerns they may have. store #2763 Associate 303371.

I ordered shoes online as a gift. When I received the packet the shoe box was completely crushed I cannot gift this item like that. I reached out to customer service online and it took them 2 days to respond and say return the item to the store. That they don't do exchanges I would need to return the item for a refund and place another order. What a joke I have to resolve the issue my self even tho the item was damaged?! No customer service what so ever

I got Vans for Xmas and they were the wrong size. Because it was a gift and no receipt they will not exchange them!! The location is on Northern in Glendale Az, the black guy in charge was very rude!! I buy all my and my kids shoes here and have spent ALOT of money here! I will NEVER shop at Famous Footwear again!! I will also blast this on social media and tell everyone I know to never shop there!! Horrible customer service!!!

Today my husband and I visited one of your Famous Footwear Outlet store located at 681 Leavesly Rd #200 in Gilroy, CA. It is shameful to see that stores like Famous Foot Wear in Gilroy allow clients to come in their stores without a face mask during a Pandemic. My husband and I were patiently waiting for our turn to come in. We saw a lady go into the store with no mask. We both pointed it out to the staff member who was suppose to be monitoring the number of people in the store, social distancing and if people wore wearing a mask at the door. The girl at the door had no choice but to call the client back and had her wait outside with an apparent online pick up order paper in her hand. Another one of their employees apparently knew this girl in the and proceeded to come out to deliver the "online order" and hugged the unmasked female and went back in the store without changing or disinfecting herself. I asked to speak to the Manager and to my suprise it was the same staff member who had let the unmasked lady in the store in the first place. My husband who works in a hospital and is obviously aware of the increasing number of COVID19 patients went up to the Manager and told her that COVID19 was real and this could not be happening. The store manager told him to leave and that she would call the police on us and she along with another employee proceeded to close the door on us. I told her that I would see to it that her store get shut down she proceeded to insult me verbally and to flip me off. This is the reason why the number of covid patients are on a rise for people like these! I will be calling the Health Department tomorrow as they are closed today since it's Sunday. I have pictures of all that I am saying and will be glad to share them with corporate to make sure this "manager" gets fired for breaking Safety Health protocols

Bad shopping experience 12/11/20 Store #3532 asked a clerk to help me with a product price i explained to her that we are looking at a shoes with same color but different pricing can you help me.without even investigating what I meant she replied well maybe its an old stock I said what do you mean and the clerk went about what she's doing ignoring my need.got another clerk but I turn and change my mind about the help like I just got slap on the face.went to see asst manager I explained to her of the matters and apologized to me of what had transpired and I express to her that I come to shop and give your store business I spent quite some of money in your store and why is that clerk felt that my request was such a heavy burden for to even taken a look of what I meant.im feeling disgusted of how I was being treated that I said to the manager that this will be the last time I will sit foot in your store unless there is a change of attitude I don't need to tell them how but it is essential part of your business to stay on business i will seek out online to satisfy my need and service.further more I feel that some of the employees in this store are not happy it is just my feel when I come in

I made an online order on 8-9-2020 for 3 pairs of shoes the total was well over 100 dollars, 2 pairs were delivered and after a month I called and was informed the 3rd pair was stuck in distribution but they could not just resend them out I would be given a refund and would have to go online and purchase them again.I thought thats pretty weird just send the shoes but no. Then I was told since I used a 25 dollar gift card fir the order which the other 2 pairs of shoes were over 25 I would only get some of my money back and the 25 dollar gift card reloaded, after all this I just wanted all my money back and go somewhere else,but I am forced to use the 25 dollars there or lose it Famous footwear are scaming people, I will be contacting someone over this as this has to be robbery. Took my money but cant get it all back I will never shop here again and go on all social media to tell everyone how shady this company is and that there customer service sucks

Received someone else's order. Phone customer service is VERY DIFFICULT to reach, to get a human. Phone customer service advised one solution. I took their guidance. My local famous store was NOT helpful, they were not able to refund me for the shoes I never received and did not take back the shoes that were not mine.

I was in your store on Walker Lake Road Ontario Ohio today. The store needed a good cleaning . Paper everywhere on the floor, boxes, carts of shoes. A girl was behind the counter. With the Covid 19 I would think the store would of been cleaner. Will I go back No!

Hello I visited one of your stores in NYC 34th Street and Broadway. On March 2nd 2020. I and my family was on the Elevator in the store. And the Elevator had gotten stuck. We was on their for about and Hour. We called the store and was told the had to call Maintenance to help. So we waited a d call back again the same thing. Then we had to wait for the Fire Department to come. They wasnt communication with us to let us know anything. So when the Elevator door open in back up. Which we get off and one of the employees was sitting there with his feet up like nothing had happened. And the Manager comes out of the office. We took the steps which lead us to the store. Once we arrive the Employees was just standing around again like nothing happened. Noone didnt even come to us to Apologize about the situation. And the fire Department never made it into the Store they was outside when we came out of the store. Something need to be done about this. My family and I is very disturbed with the Company and the Mangers and Employees of the Store. And we was told the store was brand new only been open for about 1 month. So why is the Elevator acting up already. I dont like the fact that they was standing around as if we wasnt just stuck on there Elevator.

The store in Helena, MT has the worst service ever! Starting from the manager on down. The last few times I've been in all the manager does is have his face in his hand held device and does everything he can NOT to service anyone. Unfortunately this has passed on to the other associates. The female Assistant Manager 288862 Chasity would leave me to search a particular shoe on the computer and never return (3 times!) I had to go to her at the front register to get an answer because she was busy laughing and kidding with another association up front. This happened 3 times. When I would ask her anything, she would roll her eyes to the other associate and snicker. How insulting! I am returning the 3 pair shoes I bought yesterday because I am so insulted by this store and it's lack of customer service. The store should be cleaned up beginning with getting rid of the "do nothing" manager and his staff that have developed the same lack of customer service as he has demonstrated in front of them. I'll shop at Macy's and Target from now on!

I had my infant in a car carrier inside a target cart. My toddler was sitting in the cart as well because I was shopping by myself. My nephew was holding on to the cart so I could keep track of them all. As soon as I walked in the employee at the register told me I wasn't allowed to bring the cart in the store. I wasn't about to try and lug all my kiddos around the store, so I turned right back around and walked out. Customer lost for life. Not family friendly.

Famous Footwear's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My debit card was compromised, so naturally, I had it deactivated by my bank. I emailed FF and was told there's not an alternative way to receive my refund, MY money!
I have to go to my bank and straighten out this mess, even though it was caused by them.
This is an arrogant way to treat customers.
Obviously, I will not shop with them again. I will do my part to make sure their poor business practices are well known.

so in the mist of all of this.. I recently had an experience with a new pair of shoes that left only one of my heels blistered just after wearing a few hours, and after reading the return policy and contacting the store manager from where I purchased within the past week, she suggested I call the customer care number 1-888-869-1053 bc there is nothing she can do on her end unless the shoes showed actual damage. well I just got off the phone with a C.C rep and after making note of my complaint and request for exchange, I will have mail the shoes to their warehouse in st. louis where they will then inspect shoes and go from there if I receive refund/exchange it will be in the form of a gift card via email. this is literally fresh I just bought 2/28/18, wore them 3/5/18, just called today 3/8/18 so iam still currently healing my blistered heel,(and for some reason this only happened on one foot/ my left!). I get the whole return policy, but come on they need to find an easier way for their customers when things like this happen.. I spent a whole lot of money that day for my whole family, if these things continue or they do not approve my request I will consider another place to spend my money..

I went to Famous Footwear in Front Royal and was told I couldn't return my defective Asics tennis shoe. But I could return them if they could be resold. They is a defect in the sole. There should be some kind of return policy for defective shoes. They should go back to vendor whom Famous Footwear purchased them from. I should not have to do this. I will never shop in your store again.
These shoes were purchase on May 20, 2017. Haven't been able to wear them since 6/8/17. I would like to return them and get my money back. I wear asics all the time. Never had this problem before. They were $69.99 plus tax.
