Living Social Customer Service Complaints - page 2

Living Social customer service has provided no help, assistance or remorse for a vendor who is scamming its customers and not returning phone calls after the vouches is expired. I will be submitting this organization to BBB for thorough investigations of its fraudulent practicing in deceiving public by supporting business that go out of business as soon as their voucher date is expired.

IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service by phone. I have called 8-10 times and am on hold for 18-47 min before I give up. There should be an email where I could voice my concerns. VERY frustrating.

I will never purchase a living social again. And I strongly advise you to do the same. If I could give below 1 I would!

877 customer service number not in service.
Need a refund for a voucher I purchased on 8-8-16 that is not good.
Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

Tried the 877 number today to reach someone. That number is no longer in service. I was on the phone waiting for over one hour yesterday because a voucher I purchased just last week hasn't been offered by that vendor for a long time (according to the vendor himself. He doesn't know why livingsocial is still running his offer). I need a refund of my $43 and cannot get it without talking to a livingsocial rep. This is ridiculous!!

Living social must be going out of business customer service no listed in many google searches is DISCONNECTED!! Finally found 1 202 400 2100 living social cust service no called 3 times put on 1 HR hold yesterday.45 minute hold today. When I finally did get someone I told her about a massage deal where vendor says is temporarily out of business and relocating.I had both a Groupon Voucher and Living Social Voucher Groupon did the responsible business action and sent emails to all customers with vouchers for this Vendor telling them they were dropping this Vendor because of numerous problems with voucher redemption, and encouraged those with vouchers for this vendor to call Groupon to refund with Groupon bucks.After the long holds I finally got thru to living social cust service. When I explained situation and told her of Massage co. Owner Giving me run around when I tried to redeem voucher.(He kept telling me he was relocating). I told owner worried expiration dates coming up and told me he would redeem past expiration date ( another lie!) When I spoke with living social customer service. She told me that I needed to take up with Vendor because vouchers expired . I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and after all that waiting...SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!

Time for everyone to uninstall living social. They have NO customer service. Bad business!!

I am trying to get a refund for a product I purchased. Fast Magic Automatic Hair curler. The buttons stick and will not go to all settings and it doesn't curl at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!! I am need on hold 17 minutes as we speak and still waiting even though it said my waiting time was 5 minutes. I have tried to do this online, but this does NOT show up on vouchers.

I am having an extremely bad experience with trying to contact Livingsocial re: the 2 orders I paid for, but never completed in ordering...First of all, the number that is referred to 1-877-521-4191, is no longer a working number...On June 22, 2016, I was interested in ordering a hardcover "personalized" book for our great grandson's B'day. I gave some info. to the sight, but never completed the order. I was given 2 codes: , which I never used. My account was charged $14.99 & $8.49 on June 23, 2016. I am exasoerated trying to get customer service. Unlike Groupon, you do not make it easy!!
There is no email address - I tried all the ones listed on the side of this page to no avail and to wait numerous minutes for a phone call is ridiculous. I have spent way too much time this morning to solve a very particular problem not relating to any of the ones listed in your help page!!!!

Terrible customer service. Tried getting a refund on app but received a construction logo with "Oops, something went wrong, try again." I tried again several times only to get the same message. Called their customer service number only to be on hold for over an hour, then disconneted without ever speaking to anyone!!!!

I have a voucher for car detailing and recently had my car totaled in an accident. I have tried for the past THREE WEEKS to call the 202-400-2100 number DAILY waiting at minimum 20 minutes and have NEVER heard a human voice. I will NEVER use them again. The initial message always says 40 minutes, then less than 3 and no one ever picks up. Super disappointing and frustrating. Am done with them.

Virtually waited 50 minutes on the phone to get to a merchant specialist.

The phone number is no longer in service. The one they list is 202-400-2100 and I have tried twice. First time was over a ten minute wait when they estimate a five minute wait. This was at 9 am exactly when they open. Tried again at 9:10 and the wait is estimated to be ten minutes. At this point I am on hold for 8 minutes already.

Tried to contact Living Social and the phone number was difficult to locate on their site. Eventually found the number and then when called, I was on hold for 22 minutes. I gave up and tried a web search. The Living Social 877 number is no longer in service. Something seems weird.
