MajicJack Customer Service Complaints - page 3

I dont remember the password, but when i click on forget password, and when i get the email from majicjack regarding password , the password mentioned is chirag123.



Eventhough i enter this password, it says unvalid password.



Please activate or reset my account at the earliest.

Having a problem. Someone in Aiken, SC, keeps calling my number, representing Magic Jack, but when I answer, they never say anything. It's becoming extremely annoying. Any help will be appreciated.

The very Worst Customer Service Ever. They drop Chat sessions if they don't understand or can't figure out how to deal with an issue.
One chat person doesn't know what the other has done or offered.

They only care about the bottom line, NOT the customer. They Suck !

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After contacting Magic Jack to discuss my service not working was told my number as given to another person and that my service was deactivated after I paid for the service and that we must be stealing the service. After several hours with TEch support, I was give a phone number to contact MJ that is not even an existing number.

I sign up for magic jack I never use the dam service why in the hell I have to pay to close my dam account down I didn't make any calls check it and close it down now.

We have a majicjack system at our home. It seem that the number was compromised & someone else is using our number to call oversea numbers. I have traced the originator & was verbally abused. Can we have a change of number?

Its not right that any company avoids putting a working phone number on a web site in clear view for all to see and use (not one for Magicjack). When one is not provided makes me wounder what else is being hidden from customers about their product.

You Magic Jack company try to steel customer or what? this company does that to me every time, I Jean Pierre Mervius pay you on 03/02/2014.By July my magic jack stop working giving me h expired message. If I pay on 03/02/2014 he have to be expired at the same date.

I m a new customer, I active my majicjack, I did everything but I have only one problem. I don't get any out going call but I can get incoming . Thx

I have spent 5.5 hours trying to get this to work still can not have had live chats got cut off did not get back to me this is not good service. it will not work should I take it back and tell my freinds not to buy or can we get it working.

I want my money back. I've had Magic Jack plus since April and haven't been able to use the International service once yet. It won't go through. There have been many other problems with it also. Lynn Rhodes

i register and activated my magic jack and got the No. . Now it's telling me its not registered and when i call the number someone else answering the phone number.

I am very diapointed i about your so called Magicjack plus. when i paid more then one hundreds dollars to sig up. never used it,
today i tried to use it it was not magic, the system said it is expired , how ??
i paid more then $100 for what??, i never used yet,, that is very bad business.

I purchased time on the magic which has not expired. I get a dial tone but I cannot seem to
be able to contact anyone via the magic jack.

Ive been without my magic jack for 2 weeks and I paid 100 $ to be with out a phone. Customer service is horrible theirs no way inngetting in contact with these people!

iwas extremely pleased with mj---until i needed help 2 re-connect after virus etc.-----i was directed 2 a tech comp' which wanted 2 sell thier service :( i paid 4----5 yrs :(

My magic jack is not working for 2 weeks now. And because of internet issues at the time I paid, I am now being charged by your company 4 times for just one phone . I have e-mailed magic jack to stop doing this but my bank magic jack did it again , Hence , I got 3 extra charges for 2 weeks. If this will not stop, I will cancel all payments and block magic jack from my bank account. My phone number is 7188801174. I am requesting 2 things: 1) fix the magic jack I have; 2) just charge me once and not 4 times for my renewal. If these requests will not be done within a week, I will completely request my bank to cancel the payment made for my renewal and I will never use magic jack again. Thank you.

Just got scammed out of $30.00 when I cancelled my serviced and ported my number back to Verizon. I guess you really have read their entire knowledgebase before making a commitment. In addition their senior reps used fowl language in the form of gibberish " and the apologized for a keyboard malfunction. The chat conversation mysteriously disappeared when the session was over.

we purchase this for 5 years, Bur after two tears it stop working.they r nonreachable. there is no site or link to solve my problem, nobody should buy long plans one year is better.

This is insane!!!! Ordered. Magic Jack wasn't delivered and sent back. Called them 3 times and the woman kept asking me the same questions over and over as I explained to her over and over the same answers. I got so mad I hung up. So, yesterday I bought a Magic Jack at Radio Shack set it up and my phone keeps saying error 404. There is nothing on their site about error 404. I tried live tech support only to be notified due to me using an iPad I will be booted out.

I googled call a live human and got the same overseas poorly spoken English woman. I explained the deal to her and she continually told me to use live support even after I told her I have an iPad. I asked what am I suppose to do. She repeated over and over the same thing. Then she hung up!!!!!!! I'm now without a phone and extremely disable. I have serious health issues and need a phone. Sunday I had to go to the ER and the only thing that saved me was a neighbor stopping by to look in on me.

I also got a bill for 911 and was given a link. That link did not work.

WTG Magic Jack for ripping people off and putting their lives in danger!!!!!

I want to stop Magic Jack, I can't contact them, I will try to stop them from debiting my account at the bank

you guys will not put a live person on the phone to resolve my issue so theirs no reason to renew my membership with you.

I have connected the magicjack and it has been recognized. It will not let me register because web04 not found. So I can not register it or get a phone number for it or purchase a plan.

I got on line and asked a question about my magic jack plus and was tolk to put in my credit no so I did and I still have not recieved a answer how long should I expected for a answer
