Whenever I select any title, it plays for 30 seconds then freezes. I have contacted customer support 2 times this week with no solution. You need to fix this issue. It's a minimum expectation from any subscriber...to receive the service for which you are paying.

You should take off the Royals. Its not fair to the reviewers to have them watch all the seasons just to stop the show with no ending. Who does that. That is crazy. Not happy

You guys need to fix the issues with freezing up every time we search for a movie or try to play a movie! This problem has been going on way to long! You're the only streaming that does this. We're thinking strongly about canceling our service since you don't care enough about your customers to fix these issues.

I just subscribed to Netflix. I was under the impression that you got a free trial period. Evidently, the trial period is only if you're in certain areas. It's not that it's a monetary issue... it's the principal! It's so irritating for these small things leave a sour taste in customers mouths when signing up for service. All the fine print and hidden stuff.

If Netflix continues it's new password clamp down I will be cancelling my subscription immediately. Talk about bad business relations this is the most ridiculous move a company could make.

Its terrible to enjoy New Amsterdam. The music volume is higher than the voices. Its a great serie whit a big sound problem.

just had a bad experience with certain agent, i had the bad luck to speak too. I just want an explanation and respect . Did not receive it. Won't let me talk she keeps cutting in while i am explaining. I have been using Netflix for over 6 years and this is the first time I was charged with different plan. I know my limitations and that the subscription i choose is only for one time device access only at a time. I know that. But the rude customer service agent was implying that i am sharing the account and using it with multiple devices.That I can't accept. Or even if for some reason my sons unknowingly click the change all i want is respectful response since we are still the customers and that we paying for the service.

Account got stolen,email and phone were changed, talked with customer service to help with the issue or cancel the membership, of which they did neither.

I am appalled about the way that the customer service team have treated me. I was unable to start membership so I called up. Spoke with manager and the final response was don't use netflix. What kind of service is this. I will not be using netflix.

I am very disappointed in Netflix lately. It has been bombarded with foreign movies. I do not care for foreign moves or series at all. Netflix has fallen in popularity with everyone i know due to price increases and selection. I am doing a trail membership with prime video now and will cancel Netflix soon. Good luck keeping in buisness.

Been a customer for 10yrs. I called today for the 1st time to keep my plan but see if the price can come down alil. Times are tough. And they wouldn't do a single thing to help me out.

I spoke to an extremely rude and unhelpful customer service team tonight regarding getting fraudulently charged for the month of Oct and Nov due to someone creating a fake account under a different email address, and was using my card info on file for the second time in a row (the first call I made to Customer Service was in Oct '22 to end my account membership because of this same issue and then I got charged AGAIN for Oct and Nov '22 by a hacker outside of the US being able to still use my card and create a new account w/ an email address I don't have access to, same thing they did the first time around). Prior to the customer service team's 'supervisor' hanging up on me and not reimbursing for what I should have never been charged with towards the end Oct/Nov (since I had literally called them all earlier the month of Oct to alert them about the unusual charges with the same card); I requested to be sent information regarding devices that have been logging in with my card info since this other user had created a NEW account after I initially called customer service just a month and a half before (again, using a different email address I don't have access to from outside of the US). Instead of sending me this information, customer service gave me an email address to their privacy dept before hanging up on me mid-sentence. This email address doesn't respond to customer service claims according to the bounce back message I received, so I was frustrated to say the least that I was given the run around regarding information I'm legally entitled to to file a fraud claim with my bank. The first customer service rep I spoke to back in Oct never gave me the option to completely block my card from being able to be used in the system again, which was an option offered to me tonight. Had she done this to begin with I would not have had to call customer service back a month and a half later with the same issue. With my original Oct call, Customer service was able to get me a list of other devices that had been logging in with my CC info outside of the US, which this 2nd round of needing to call customer service refused to do for me (told me to email the fake Netflix privacy email address to nowhere prior to hanging up on me). Due to the incompetence I experienced by every person spoken to on the phone in regards to something as serious as users' personal/confidential info being so easily accessible to others I won't stream with Netflix again. Netflix is headed in the toilet compared to their streaming competitors anyway, and it's of no use to stream with them if they're so flippant about Customer Trust/Service, and Security breaches that are likely happening to so many of their users.

Spoke about billing and charges on my account and they were just very rude I cancel my service didn't care I've been with him for more than four years I don't think they really give a crap about their customers for morale

NEtflix is a scam. After I cancelled my acct in 2020, I started getting 21.89 drafted from my acct. in 2022. They refuse to help me or give me a refund. They found every excuse as to why the are not allowed to give me a refund...SCAM

This is about The O.A and Santa Clarita Diet. BOTH are amazing shows with great reviews and show followings!! Did Netflix listen to their customers way too much and just canceled the shows and actors with no chance to survive, no chance to rectify their "woke problems" the answer....NO! JUST OUT RIGHT CANCELLED! I actually cancelled Netflix for the past 3 yrs!! Bring back quality clean shows that EXPlAINED and SHOWED Mercy to problems going on in a very respectful way. With the comments I have read an what people i know are saying about Netflix. Netflix may want to improve the way they do business an what their selling. Before you go under. I'm getting frustrated with the way Netflix categorizes its its shows and movie choices. I wish you had more information on the language the shows were originally filmed in. I hate watching voice dubbed overs films. It's very distracting and I prefer NOT to watch them, but You have to go through the slow process of starting the show in order to see if subtitles or dubbing is present. Please add a Foreign Film notice, in the shows description section.

The second frustration I have is the screen issues I experience only when streaming Netflix. The resolution problem is a time wasting problem that is occurring way too often. I'm starting to feel frustrated instead of being entertained and relaxed.

Why are many of the shows turning political?
Umbrella Academy season 1 was about saving the world. It had nothing to do with liberal views.
