You can't fix stupid!
I ordered a pizza and when I went to the restaurant to pick it up they told me I didn't order cheese for my pizza. I have purchased thousands of pizza and NEVER HEARD OF HAVING TO ORDER THE CHEESE. Cheese is one of the basic ingredients on any pizza, so when did Pizza Hut decide it was an option? AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY ARE CHARGING EXTRA FOR THE CHEESE. YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID. I will never order another pizza from these price gouging idiots.
My order consisted of a stuffed crust chicken Alfredo pizza and two orders of the pizza melts. The whole pizza was delicious delivered hot and on time. The melts were absolutely terrible. I like in it to a stale tortilla folded in half with overcooked chicken and bacon bits the size of a small child portion. For $8.99? Terrible terrible deal will never order that again and I advise against it for anyone else.
Pizza Hut Stoughton WI I used to love pizza hut but the food has really gone down hill I ordered a taco pizza I was told it only comes in LG? Since when first pizza was raw asked for a new one new one was worse than the first greasy no chips and wrong crust won't ever order from there again
I really use to love pizza but. But years back ours went down hill and I stopped going. Then I saw the new melt cheese steak. Very disappointed all peppers and onions one side had two very small pieces of meat and the other side 3 pieces and no flavor. But the bread part was really good. Also got. Personal pan pizza still pretty good bread wise but had one pepperoni and I mean ONE On each piece so a total of 4. Back in the day it would be full of pepperoni. So I guess it will be another 5 or so years before I try again. So sad pizza hut cause you use to have the best pizza.
Really disappointed in Pizza Hut they just don't have their act together when I call information for Pizza Hut in Lake Jackson why don't I get the Pizza Hut in Lake Jackson? So I order a pizza from a non-american speaking person which informs me that the super supreme pizza that I want to order is no longer so in which I have to order Supreme the delivery girl shows up with the pizza it's not a supreme pepperoni mushrooms and onion what do you call that b******* so I call Pizza Hut in Lake Jackson I voice my complaint with the little girl on the phone which she tells me she's the manager not manager quality informs me that yes they do have a super supreme I tell her well the left hand in the right hand needs to know each other's doing well you didn't call the Lake Jackson store I wasn't directed to the Lake Jackson store I don't know where I was directed to which the girl needs to go back to diapers she refused to make a order right and said if we wanted another Pizza we have to pay for it which I told her I didn't think that was right because we were told wrong and that's not my problem that's their problem take it up with higher management so disappointed pay $31 for some dough tomato sauce pepperonis onions and mushrooms I call that b******* adios Pizza Hut I'll be calling Domino's
Pizza hut in wis rapids is horrible! Last week no BBQ sauce, my kids like that instead of marinara, this week the guy pulled up, I watched him few mins, went downstairs and opened door, he kept talking on phone or w.e, so I went upstairs to record the weird situation, video of him staring, idk if he was high or what? Then after another 5 mins of sitting in car, he pulled off... it's day time, u can see the # on my place, it's not a bunch of homes or apts... he parked right in front and stared... it's on video... I called pizza hut, and a girl named Cassie said she can refund me... uhhh I have to leave for work and kids will b home in 5 mins... that's kinda y I ordered instead of cooking...
I ordered a pizza and wings from the Pizza Hut in Algiers, La and I was charged twice $46 , I noticed the charges on my Navy Federal mobile banking. I called the store and the manager stated that I was charged once. I have to wait days before it posts to dispute the charges. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Please resolve.
Pizza Hut sucks.People in the same house as I live,just made a simple order.I was not able to get my order in on time with hers.So,I tried to place an order so that it could be delivered at the same time as the other one. We'll people just hold your hands on your ass because forget about getting someone on the phone.I waited and waited and after a long wait no one ever answered. Tried a second time and no one answered.You have a 50 -50 chance of getting your call answered with this outfit.Their prices are high anyway.Sub standard management,substances business.No think I will go elsewhere.Way to go Piz,a Hut.
I used to be able to order Delivery from the Inver Grove Heights location a year ago I found out that This location(any location for that matter) Does NOT ) deliver to MY house house Anymore. Why ?? I called this location and talked to a MGR and he told me that a New location was coming to my area I didn't ask where. They said my House is in a a "Dead Zone/bad location" !!!
Pizza Hut's website and App suck! 3rd world countries have better App technology and support. Obviously Pizza hut has placed their app and website upkeep at the bottom of the budget!So sick of it I've been ordering from their competition. I used to order pizzas every weekend. No more.
Ordered a pizza last night in Maricopa Az @ 9:48 the order went through and said that the pizza would be delivered at 10:30p.m. by 10:45 no pizza so I called the Pizza Hut and a recording said that my order had been cancelled. Never recived a phone call from the store. Today 3/27/23 I call about the order after many attempts I finally reach the store and ask to speak to a manager a person comes on says her name is Jamie and she is the assistant manager I tell her about my experience she says she is sorry but the store closes at 10:00 I ask why the online accepted the order she said that they will refund any money with in two to three days I ask her why would it take a order or money if you can not get the pizza. She had no answer I then ask why the lead did not call and tell us we would not get our pizza she said he was new and they have had alot of complaints and they are trying to train him. I then asked for the corporate office number and she said she did not have that I told her what good was a manager if they can't help or try and take care of our problem she told me that she was going to hang up on me because she was not going to be disrespected and I told her I was not going to be any further disrespected and hung up on her. I can't believe how bad this Pizza Hut is run.I will not be going or ording anymore!
PIZZA HUT Hartsville SC MARCH 16 Can't even give this store a star. Went for dinner date. What a joke. Waitress was SLOW and rude. Took our drink order, but said they were out of Pepsi, would we like a bottled one instead? Yes. Had to ASK for a cup of ice for it. Ordered a salad with our pizza. Waitress did not offer dressing selection. I had to ASK for a dressing. Waited and waited . Shouting back and forth for 20 minutes between Pick up window and kitchen. When salad still didn't come, husband went and ASKED for it at the Pick up window. Waitress brought the salad in a TAKEOUT container, with NO silverware and ON TOP of a BOXED pizza! NO plates, no service! HORRID! Yelling continued. Dining room guests ignored. Phone rang off the hook for 3 minutes- so loud! Waitress charged for TWO drinks. Brought it to her attention and to the "manager". Bill was NOT adjusted. Disgruntled customer ( Hmmm, wonder why??? lol) came in and began to argue with manager at window. They began shouting and cursing out each other. He threw her out of the store right in front of the dining room guests. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!-
Yesterday , ordered the new yorker with pepperoni, picked it up from pecos blvd , got it to the car , opened it up to a dry sausage little to no cheese .very dissapointed
Today i ordered from little ceasers , never thought i'd say it , little ceasers was a better pizza , cheeze melting and oozing off , like pizza should , i will never go back to pizza hut .period.
