Pizza Hut Customer Service Complaints - page 4

I just have to say I've been using the Pizza Hut on 24th and Grand and Amarillo Texas for like 8 years now. There's been the occasional issue here and there. Nothing worth noting. Today however, I ordered a personal pan pizza around 9:00 9:12 something like that. When my app told me that my pizza was ready, I headed to my Pizza Hut and the wonderful cashier. Let me know. It would be a few moments about 10 went by and I asked whom looked to be the acting manager if she knew if my pizza was close to being done or if there is still a ways to go that I can run to toot'n totum and do one of my errands there and come back. She opened the oven and pretended to see my personal pen pizza and told me yes you have plenty of time so I ran to the store. Got my Red bulls and it came back. I asked if pizza was ready. There was all this secretiveness going on in the back. No real answers for me for a few moments. Then I heard someone scream ew and start laughing really hard. Ew is not what I want to hear when someone is making our pizzas. Then the wonderful cashier walks over to what looks like the acting manager and says the lady for her personal pan is back. Is it ready secretiveness again and the acting manager comes out and hands me a medium pizza and says we are out of personal pans so I made you a medium pizza. I think her and I leave. I live literally one and a half minutes away from Pizza Hut. When I get here my pizza is almost cold so there is no way she made that pizza for me. And what was she pretending to look for? And what did she see in the oven when she was searching for my personal pizza in the first place? It's just so odd it was rude and disrespectful. They were super nice the entire time. Why I think it is rude and disrespectful is because she just lied to me and then pretended to do a service for me that she didn't actually do at all. I got a cold nasty pizza that I can't eat. It's not about the price of the cost or what I spent or anything like that. It's just a drag. And I've never had this happen or anything remotely even close to this at this Pizza Hut. I hope this isn't a sign of how things are to run there in the future.

Ordered a big new Yorker with extra cheese and only got a cheese pizza I thought that pizza came with pepperoni in fact every other time I ordered it the same way it did. Is there no sop at pizza hut

My name is Jeff. And I have eaten at Pizza Hut all my life. I have loved it and I have even worked there When I was a teenager. I know you guys need to make money. But don't be cheap on the ingredinch of the pizza. I bought a pizza pie this evening, A meate lovers And sadly had the realization that child are cutting caused by cutting the amount of ingredients. This is wrong. Pizza Hut had a reputation for a full tasty pie. And this time all I got was bread cheese and sauce. Nothing better than what domino's would do. Please stop trying to compete with domino's and everyone else because they are not in the same league as you. Go back to making a great pizza at a good price.I'm ashamed of you guys you're better than this. Sincerely a lifelong user. Jeff.

We ordered a large pizza (super supreme lovers) at $33.90 plus tip. When it came and he left the size was a medium in a large box We paid for a large not a medium. Not acceptable.for that price. Fix this or we will never order from this company again. It doesn't cost that much to fill the order and satisfy the customer.

Terrible business model. Put all the work on the consumer for ordering and up charge for for everything which includes gauging people for delivery. I had to build my own order and then go pick up my own pizza. Delivery cost is way out out of control (through door dash) and the final kicker for me which prompted me to write this review was that they asked for a tip like it was a sit down restaurant. SERIOUSLY!, I should tip myself because I had to do it all! Last time for me eating Pizza Hut. Stop gouging consumers Pizza Hut!! You lost your. Integrity!

Pizza Hut used to be so much better. They put so much more cheese on the pizza. The crust was better. The stuffed crust pizza was made a lot better. Pan isn't the default anymore. I wish I had known that before I placed my order. I used to work at Pizza Hut. I am saddened by the changes.

I have tried several times to use the webpage for the Overland Pizza Hut in Boise, ID. Webpage does NOTHING but cycle you back to the same intro page. What a waste of time. If you can't get your webpage to work then ordering from other pizza businesses becomes much easier. FIX IT.

Worst pizza i have gotten from Pizza hut!ticket#0141 2/3/23..i ordered make ur own pizza, i had handtossed, beef,mushrooms,blk olives,ex cheese.. it had no flavor at all! It was as bad as a bad frozen pizza..we have used this store for over10 yrs! The dog wouldn't touch it..Hubby threw it in the trash.Store is on Cartwrite in Mesquite Tx.

The pizza hut on Edgewater dr in Orlando is absolutely disgusting. The have roaches but act like they not there and i saw the cook coughing in his hads and start making the food without washing his hands so disgusting and very unacceptable! Also no gloves or hairnets are worn so don't be surprised if you find hair in your food. Also instead of correcting the cook the manager instead of remaking the orders since mine and the other customers order was contaminated got defensive and unreasonably upset at the customer the brought up the issues instead of the cook that made the grave mistake and refused to remake or refund and kicked us both out the store and unprofessional the store is very dirty disgusting and unprofessional I would recommend it to anybody

You should go back to the thin N crispy dough recipe from the 70s. Also why do you think it's a good idea to sprinkle parmesan cheese on every other crust and your new belts? That ruins the real taste and texture. The belt may have been a good experience without the sprinkle but there was so much of it, I took one bite and threw it away. Also not everyone likes parmesan cheese.

Got home with wrong pizza didn't have time to take it back. Called store nobody picked up went to customer service they told me a supervisor would pick up 20 minutes later nothing. Horrible on both ends.
Won't go back
Finally called back to the store and got refunded. Still didn't get dinner. Thanks for all the help

Didnt enjoy 3 topping pizza that was dry and skimpy with toppings

My husband got to the Mora pizza hut at 5:40 or so and we didn't get our food till 7:12 I see this to be a problem we ordered 107.00 in food and all our food was cold or uncooked cold melts we had to reheat all our food at home so we could eat. I would like some one to contact me about this matter.

I've witnessed a delivery driver from the Westbrook maine store drinking and driving and also had a loaded hand gun not cool in our eyes as customers

I ordered delivery for the first time in many years.( wanted to give another chance) the food was terrible. The pasta was burnt on top and the rest was very dry. The wings were like eating Jerky and I paid 8.00 for a salad I didn't receive. When I called the store I was told they would give ma a credit. Um no..what in the hell makes you think I would order this sloop again. Got ripped off and what food we did get was slop

I spoke to a women who had a nasty attitude obviously didn't work at Pizza Hut but does the order taking some were else. She was so rude and I asked for her name and she said one word, I said what's your last name. And she literally just kept saying one word that I couldn't even understand. So disrespectful.

I placed a order in Westbrook Maine on Friday December 2,2022at 5:15 p.m.I did not get the order until 7:30 I tried to contact them I was put on hold and never talked to them so I tried the number to place a order and everytime I tried to say something about this matter I was hung up on I did not get my order until 7:15 and all I was told to call the store no sorry or anything and I was charged for this order no explanation no anything. I was charged for the order. The pizza was cold as not very good.

Went to pizza hut in Hinton wv went. To pay they charged me 1847 for a 1747 pizza then said it was because we had a pan crust it said nothing about more for the crust

Place the 3 large pizza order at 1.8 pm today (2022/11/29)
We contacted them at 1.9 p.m to inform aboutthe delivery time.since we could not put the time of delivery as 7 p.m. The person who answered the phone said he will contact the pelawatte branch.then again call came at 1.13 p.m
saying that they are unable to change the delivery time because they have already prepared it.
Then by 1.16 p.m. (within 8 minutes of the place of the order) we received the dispatched message your order has been dispatched
1) how do you prepare fresh 3 different large pizzas within so short period less than 8 minutes ?
2)we understand to bake a fresh pan pizza take about 10 to 20 minutes
Therefore we have reasonable doubt about the freshness of your food
3)Therefore we assume that this has been a prepared pizzas you preheat and send to us.
4)finally we had to accept it
5)when we eat it we have realised that it was not good as usual
4)sorry to say we are dissapointd about your services

Wanted to place a large order for an office party. Wanted to place and pay for order for pick up later that day that way if I needed a coworker to pick it would already be paid for. Cashier told me to do that I needed to pay cash and could not use debit card. I declined and went to papa johns and had no problem. This was at the Charles Town, Wv store.

Gave Pizza Hut another chance today. Ordered by phone. Arrived at the store and paid for my pizza. Half hour later my pizza was not even started. I gave up and left. Advised customers not to pay for their order until they actually receive it. I announced to the people that were waiting that if and when my order was ready whoever wants it to take I give up

They do not honor their coupons. The website said anyway you like it, order online, by phone, delivery or carryout, but they wouldn't except it by phone. The website doesn't allow any special change or requests so I had to call by phone.

Call local pizza hut at 1015 employee said would be delivered in 60 mins it sat night so we had no pro lem at 1150 I called to ask where is my pizza at this time they said no pizza was ever placed REALLY WOW ?

Ordered a large meat lovers. With added mushrooms. There was only 5 mushrooms on the whole pizza and one to two pepperoni on each slice. Hardly any other meats. Tried calling the store and everytime I'd call, I didn't get the chance to talk. They would not answer, the phone would just hang up on me everytime. $36 for this! Which did included the tip. NEVER buying from Pizza Hut again. Terrible service and didn't get what I truly ordered.

Your website and app sucks...cannot connect to website.. and have not been able to sign in on app for a year +
