I have contacted you recently to praise the knowledge and customer service of an employee. Now, because it is closer to where I live, I went to the RS store in Evansville, WI. recently to get a phone and mobile hotspot, and back again to get another phone for my daughter. Both times, both Ben and Tory were great, helpful and courteous. You are doing something right in having these types of outstanding salespeople.

On Friday, August 16th, I had the pleasure of visiting your store (01-9144) and had Mark, Krysten, and Keenan assisting me. Those three were FABULOUS. I could not have expected a better shopping experience. They went far and beyond the call of duty. I recommend them without compassion for promotions and or raises. You need more dedicated employees like these.

Magic Jack is a farce. Great trouble hooking it up. Windows 7 home premium. All I get for help is someone that wants to charge me more for "tips".

I was greatly helped by David Burt, who works at the spartanburg, sc store. He took time to explain the features of my purchase and even helped me learn things about my cell phone. (I did not purchase my phone through radio shack). He was courteous and patient and I appreciate his professional service.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up for an employee at the Roswell NM store I only know his first name is Fransico and he's about 19-20 yrs old. This employee is very knowlegeable, courteous, and a great multi-tasker! If he's not the manager, he should be. If he is a manager, he needs a raise. I'm in my 50's and have been a business owner in the past; I know workers and this young man has a future! He has natural talent, patience, respect, and out worked the other employee with one hand tied behind his back! The store was very busy and he had it under control like a pro! He needs a pat on the back in some way, shape, or form...if I had some extra money, I'd give him a bonus myself. Thank you Carol A Brady

I went into your store today at JW Clay Blvd. Charlotte NC The clerk that waited on me name was MaLinda. She was the most kindest and most helpful person that I had ever met. She went above and beyond what most clerks would. She made sure that my telephone was working and that I had my password as well. While helping me she also helped other customers. She is a very good worker and deserve a raise. Wish all of your clerks were like her.

Thank You

I went to a RadioShack store in Homestead, FL and I was immediately greeted. I went in for a Iphone 5, but the gentlemen started giving me information about all the carriers, current phones and plans. I knew I wanted an iPhone 5,(or so I thought). The gentlemen compared the iPhone 5 to the Note 2, and as he asked me questions he determined the right phone for me would be a Note 2. I was a little hesitant at first but I've had the phone for about a month now and I have no regrets, he definitely knowledgeable. I also purchased a case and it was starting to tear, so I wanted to return it for the fact that I was just getting loose. Even after the 30 days, the store manager was able to exchange me the case, without hesitation. I encourage ALL RadioShack stores to be like the one in Homestead, FL but unfortunately there are some stores that need new management.

The only way to go if you are transferring a phone number or setting up a cell phone. They do it all for you.

Recently,I
purchased a Virgin Mobile USB stick and air time from a young man in your Titusville, Florida store. Even though this purchase proved to be fruitless, the young man who helped me many times in trying to get this system running was amazing. I believe his name was Jim; but I am on the road and do not have access to the business card he gave me. I want to take the time right now to notify you of this young man's outstanding service and patience in dealing with me and my husband on his genuine interest and concern. He went out of his way to help us. He is the tekky expert in the store. He is an asset to your organization.

I own a Memorex 9299M, AM/FM Stereo, Double Cassette, Turntable, Stero Aux In Jack and 3CD Changer. It really has it all. Years ago the speakers failed. I purchased a BOSE book shelf speakers. Hooked it up with the original speaker wire and connector. All was good until my cat decided she liked the thin wires. Both speakers were useless. I looked in the operating instruction which provided no useful information on replacing wires. I ordered what I thought would work online from another company. Wrong type of connectors. I took the conector and wire to Radio Shack,(Store: 012231) Toms River Shop Ctr at 1 Route 37 West Toms River, NJ and was assisted by Sales Associate JC. He recognized the connector right away and guided me to the display rack, the item I needed was single packed. I needed two connectors and wire. The Bose speakers would accept bare wire with no connectors. JC said, the best and cheapest way to go was purchase a 24 foot wire with two connectors, we opened the package in the store, cut the wire in half, he got a wire cutter and bared the end of each that I would put into the Bose speakers. JC saved me money and took care of my problem. I am now back listening to nusic again. Radio Shack should bve proud to have employees like JC. I am a senior citizen and live in a retirement community. I will surely use this Radio Shack for future Electronic needs thanks to the treatment by JC.

I recently purchased an iPhone from radio shack in Wells, Me. I bought my phone there because I have always had excellent customer service from these folks! I was so happy that I made that decision! I am a grandmother, trying to learn about my phone, on my own. I decided that I would download my iTunes on my phone. Don't ask me what I did, but I ended up losing everything on my phone! I lost my contacts, pictures, apps, messages, my life! I was sick! I went to the store and Evan Gosbee helped me. He asked if I was using my computer, I said that I was. He told me that all I had to do was sync it. I panicked! Don't make me mess up something else! I asked if I could bring it in, and thank God he told me that I could! I brought in my laptop, and he retrieved all of my data, he also put all of my photos on my laptop, so that I would not lose them, I cannot tell you how happy I was! He was so professional, kind and courteous to me! He is a real asset to your company. This young man deserves some recognition! Thank you

Seth at store 1403 (Poughkeepsie, NY) is the most helpful electronics store employee I have ever encountered in my 71 years of life! That's a fact. He is obviously of high intelligence and that accounts for his mastery of Radio Shack products and that of its compeitition. Hats off to Radio Shack.
A very happy customer.

My only complaint is I am trying to give credit where due. The Concord store#011080 at Steeplegate Mall on Louden Rd. The employees were wonderful and directed me to the right product that was right for me. They were patient, kind and very knowledgeable and me on the other hand not tech savy at all. Kudos to Stephanie(especially) Ryan, and Mariah They are the A Team in my book. I will shop there anytime I'm in need !! (the web site for Radio Shack wouldn't allow me to send my compliment..I love my purchase! Thank you.

I would like to comment on the customer service of assistant manager Randy Gentry of the Eureka-Myrtle Ave. store #01-3780 in California. We purchased a Netgear router that didn't work well, from this store. We returned it and was told by an associate that he would return the item for us and we would receive a gift card for the full refund by mail in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, a letter came from Netgear asking us to ship the item to them. We went to the Eureka store and were met by Randy. He apologized immediatley for us having to make a 50 mile trip to find out the router was still on their shelf. Randy handled our situation with politness, efficiency and wisdom far beyond is 19 years. This young man has a brite future as a diplomat in whatever profession he choses. Even tho Randy did not sell us the item, he took full responsibility for the error and did everything he could possibily do to make us happy. We purchased a new, stronger router with a full refund for the one we returned. I hope this comment gets back to Randy and his manager. Good customer service should be acknowledged as it seems so rare anymore.

I recently bought a ipad from radio shack. I just got to say. The customer Service is BETTER then great. I never been a store where the whole staff is just wonderful. Expecially Ed and the manager Corey. These two guys are the best of best. I'v shopped at radio shack for years. My favorite radio shack is the one 1765 snow rd. Parma, ohio 44134. Ed been there for a while. He is the best sells man on this earth. Radio Shack give him a big award or bonus for being so good. I live on the east side. I drive all the way on the west side for the best customer card. I even got my mom to drive all the way to the radio on the west side. WAY TO GO Ed AND Cory. Keep doing what you do. Thank Muriel

I recently upgraded my contract cell phone. My shack shopping needs have always been met at the Guntersville, Alabama store. I always ask for Laura to assist me. She seems to have a vast knowledge of the products I am in need of. My phone upgrade was simple & made very easy by all questions being answered that I had of the phone. I am confident she is knowledgable of all store products & is a great asset to the shack. Thanks for all the great help. Thank you Laura.

On 1/27/13 my wife and I returned to Radio Shack, store #019865, Palm Harbor, to purchase earphones (store brand). We could not connect the dots on our TV and black box. We returned to the store same day and Wilson and Ali were willing to go out of their way to help us. Wilson even assisted my wife with her smart phone by going on the computer. We had photos of the outlets on our iphone. Thanks to these employees, Radio Shack, for giving two old folks enough info to get us hooked up in the proper way! Austin
