I visited your store in Fishers, IN on East 96th Street on December 21. I happened to walk just as the moment of silence began for the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy in Newtown, CT. I was very politely told by one of your employees that they were observing the moment of silence as broadcasted by network news stations. They stood quietly and waited for the 26 bells to be sounded. In this day, most people seem to be too busy for showing respect like this. I was reminded of that by the FedEx guy that bounded in and seemed oblivious to what was going on even after pausing to look at us and the TV. Your employee showed leadership by very quietly asking the FedEx to wait until the moment passed. I believe the names on their name tags were Jarelle and Q. I thanked both of them, but I certainly think these young men should be commended for putting first things first.
