Samsung Service Centre Singapore Westgate..."Best" service provider:

* automated robotic answering human consultant

* robotic consultant has see thru vision (view thru u like an idiot)

* jolly consultant...they laugh in the service room...bcos you are stupid enough to buy an samsung

* ensure similar repairs not fix once, twice but thrice within a year

* any problem refer to samsung (they are just authorized agent!!!)

* further issue, samsung force applied..the signed service agreement

* Samsung,,,Selling absolutely marvelous, Servicing ultimately no good

I purchased this product on March 18, 2016. The product had to be badly made. The LCD screen is gone and this is terrible. I am not happy with their Chromebook. The company wants me to pay to fix this product for $173 purchased the product $180.00 that makes no since.

I am 74 years old, and had an experience that I wanted to share with you. I live in a retirement community in So.California.We have an indoor pool that I frequent often. This last week I went for a swim, and worked out for about 30 minutes doing laps. At the end I decided to jump in the Jacuzzi and relax. I stayed about 20 minutes .As I was leaving I felt something in my pocket that was not my keys, but my Samsung S5 cell phone. I jumped out and immediately took it out and to my surprise it was working, not flooded with water. I guess old age gets us all eventually, but for me at my age buying a new phone is not going to happen. I appreciate the quality and workmanship that goes into your product. Companies that offer a great product need to have positive responce when it is due. Thanks again Gary

Hey, Samsung company. Instead of making more new phones with bigger screens that can possibly cover the entire continent of Russia, how about making the phones shock resistant so when we freakin drop them, the screens dont shatter like demonic glass. It's sad, man. I guarantee that at least a butt ton of your employees have dropped their phones from 2 or 3 feet above the ground, either Apple or Samsung, and shattered the screen and have cried in the shower muttering to themselves, "Freakin, wankers! Why doesn't the company make shatter proof screens as good as they like making the phones look prettier?"

My point is... make your phones shock proof from screen shattering, while at the same time doing your thing making it all nice and pretty.

Thanks for wasting your time and reading this other insignificant review.

Ok. I am working with a note 4. Why. Because you took away the SD card and replaceable battery. I hear you have the SD card coming back. Not enough. Will not buy new one till both options are back. Stop trying to be like IPhone. They suck. Metal phones are a bad design. Think shock wave. You do have "engineers" designing these things, right? Metal to glass equals broke screen stupids. Protruding screen and camera also not what is considered an intelligent design. That's about as smart as a bumper mounted car seat. You want to make jewelry, make jewelry. You want to make hardware, you make it bullet proof. If these issues aren't fixed, I'm going to LG. This is the same way you got my business. Motorola got rid of the SD card and battery, and I bought my first Samsung. Please also stop with the Knox,tracking, spyware, and beacon adds. It's creepy, and makes me want to never deal with you again. I refuse to buy anything that is thrown in my face simply on principal. Build tools for people, not collars for sheep. Please come back to us and Samsung will be my electronics company.

hi i bought a samsung side by side fridge with freezer problem with water build up in fridge fixed with stop gap by engi under warrenty and when out of warenty did not want to know even though same problem then spring went on door 2 times the ice maker stoped working worst buy ever never buy a samsung again in company rating samsung are 526 out of 800 speaks volumes.

We bought a 50" Samsung Smart TV for $700.00. It died the day before the one year factory warranting ran out. I emailed them that day a couple of times and they asked for all he numbers then emailed again asking for the same info all over again. So then the next email they basically said, since there was no other complaints about our model they can't do anything. So I thought I'll find the Corporate office address and send a complaint. So I got on chat again and got India and said, I want the US chat and he gave me the link. I first got an agent, Sumeet K and we went through all the technical stuff and then I got dropped. So I went on again and got a James and said, I don't want to go all through this again, can I copy and paste my conversation with Sumeet and he said, give him the ID # of our conversation and he could not pull it up so I pasted the conversation and he ended up transferring me to Ashok a supervisor. We went round and round, and between the three I asked for the Corporate address and they would not give it to me or ignored my request. I told them a TV should last more than 364 days. So Ashok kept trying to sell me the Protection Plan Plus or send a repairmen but could no give me a quote on the cost. So again, I asked for the Corporate address to complain, and he came back and offered me free parts but I had to pay for labor, I said, no the parts could be 50.00 and labor 300 or more so I might as well buy a new TV and I will not buy anything from Best Buy again also. So again, I asked for the Corporate office address or I'll just Google it. I thought that was the end of the conversation then he came back and said, we will send a repairmen and they would cover parts and labor. I asked, so no cost to us? he said yes, btw copy your chat conversations. So he set it up for me two days from now and the repairmen is coming 2 hours away. This whole thing took me about 3 hours. But the trick I figured out is, threaten to contact Corporate Office. Then that was settled and I asked him to send me a survey to compliment him and then he sends me the Corporate address of the President. LOL. So we'll see what happens. The one thing, I should have asked is if the repairman can't fix it will they replace it. I kind of doubt it. I will hate being out of 700.00. But even if this is resolved I will not buy another Samsung. We have two others which are fine. If we have to buy another TV I'm going with Amazon! That company never gives you a hassle in returns.

After purchasing a top end Samsung Television for over $2500 dollars. I used the smart remote for 5 month after which i took the batteries out and placed in the a drawer. Seven month later i went and place the batteries back in to use it, nothing the remote was dead. I called customer service and they told me to purchase a replacement. For a top end model that cost so much they are telling me to purchase a replacement! this is just ridiculous. I own several Samsung products, including phones and other devices. Now i will purchase products that have great service warranty.

I sent my galaxy S6 edge into samsung repair el paso texas after a phone call and the person saying the total cost would be $70.31. They recieved the phone about 6 days later and said they reviewed the phone and the new repair price would be $237.31. I immediately called them and a samsung support person answered and said sorry the device is damaged more than we thought, so I said, hey, well I told you exactly how much damage was done and that they said it would be $70. So I asked if I could talk to someone who could change the price. He said yes and I was on hold for about 40 minutes and put my phone on speaker and worked on other stuff. I assumed it would take forever because I was sure the higher up people were dealing with the big cases that took long phone calls. Eventually the person answered and I told him my case, he said he could give me a discount that took 130 off and I gave him some shipping info and he said he would put me on hold and input the information. He came back and said that after a review of the information and inconvenience he would be able to do the repair for free. He also said he would email the repair facility to repair the phone immediately and ship it back to my house asap. This was a huge surprise to me and showed me that Samsung wants to do the best for their customers. All you need to realize is that they have a broad range of products and a large number of customers so sometimes you have to wait to get what you want.

I was always an iphone user. Now there is no way id go back. The s5 has been problem free & to date (touch wood) no smashed screen... after a lot of drops. Thank you

I was considering a new s6. I was very disappointed to find that it doesn't take an SD card or have a a changeable battery and is not water resistant . I will be sticking with the s5. I hope you can improve on the next design.

I was on the lake yesterday with some friends and my phone fell in the water. After searching for almost 10 minutes we finally found it. To my surprise my phone was not damaged at all. It even showed the missed call while it was underwater. I absolutely love my Galaxy S5 Active and this proved to me that my money was well spent. Great product Samsung!

I would like to express my EXTREME DELIGHT in dealing with one of your reps that works at the Best Buy at Dimond Center in Anchorage, AK. His name is Gabriel. He has assisted me over the past few months with my Galaxy Note 4. He has been very helpful with helping me to understand the functionality of the phone. Today he was EXTRAORDINARILY helpful in helping me download pictures off my DropBox link. These pictures are very important as they were an anniversary present to my husband for our anniversary. In all over 400 some MBs were downloaded and it took a little over 4 hours. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully helpful he was. As I was waiting for the download, I observed Gabriel interacting with other customers. He as EXTREMELY knowledgeable and offered solutions to customers that were easy to understand. I am recommending Gabriel (Best Buy, Dimond Center, Anchorage, AK) for any outstanding customer service award your company may have.
