Hello. My name is Mikayla and im here to give feedback for the emojis. You have a variety of emojis to choose from. But there is this one emoji that everyone wants. It's called the WIF (weird idiotic face). A WIF face is basically where you make double (or triple) chins and grin at someone. Both boys and girls can have the face. I know this may be tricky for you to make but you'll make lots of customers happy. I hope you think about my idea. (I'm sorry if I sent this to the wrong place). (Btw I love the company).

I just bought samsung galaxy a5 last 3month and i really satisfied with samsung quality of thier smartphone , the function is very good , i recomended for those was looking for smartphone go for samsung much better than other brand , long live samsung !

I have given my E7 phone at Kharadi service station for repair and its under warranty. They say its physical damage and will cover under warranty. I have 6 Samsung phone in my house and we are a big fan of samsung mobile. The mobile has physical damage agreed but its very delicate and due to which the screen has got damaged. It may be a poor parts quality and so its got damaged. I would request you to check on the same and revert. I am given run around. I look forward for a positive response from the No1 brand in the world.


All my 6 samsung phones are working in good condition and are tough in use. don't know what happen to this phone. Request Justice from Samsung. Samsung phone quality is not that poor that the phone screen can get damaged in the pockets.

First of all I would like to express my admiration to this great brand name.I'm using mobile phones of this brand since 4 years ago from the same shop at Cairo Egypt.

As I stepped in & selected a Galaxy S6 with tag price stating its price of 6400 Egyptian pound and the seller said there is also a Bundle present with it " Screen Protector and wireless charger".

I was surprised with the seller giving me the manager MR. Ayman on the phone telling me that its price is 6500 EGP not 6400 EGP. I tried to convince him that the price with the tag stated 6400 EGP and the bundle of gifts is within the offer.

He struggled and argued over 15 minuets over 100 EGP extra payment that I have to pay which I had to pay After I told him that SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY is lost over minorities.

Samsung have lost me as a buyer of their products because of the dismal service I received when I tried to repair a DVD player at their service centre in Phuket, Thailand.
I left the DVD player at their Centre in Phuket Town and was promised a phonecall "within three to four working days" to spell out the problem and repair time and costs. There was no phonecall and when I returned to their Centre, I was told there is nothing wrong with the player. But the problem - the machine ejecting DVDs midway through a movie - persisted when I plugged it again at home. I went back to the Samsung centre and asked to see the manager. Neither the manager nor the technicians seemed willing to talk to me and after 30 minutes of waiting around, I again left the faulty machine at the shop with a request for a phonecall from the manager when he's available. Three days later I simply get a call from a staffer who said that neither Samsung Phuket nor head office in Bangkok had stock of the faulty part and would I please come and pick up the faulty player. Now that's what I call service!
The best part of it all is that I took the machine to an ordinary electronics repair store the next day and they fixed it within 24 hours. No fuss, no drama, just the part was not a Samsung original.

Excellent warranty service completed on our 4 month old fridge/freezer by Ibraham and Peter from Vermont Centre. New ice maker replaced promptly and efficiently accompanied by friendly guys. Thanks boys.

I found Samsung very helpful and when the first assistant could not help they booked me a return call from their Guru the same day and he was absolutely helpful. He shadowed my phone and put the error right.

true story: my 1700 Samsung ultrabook dies 30 days after 1 yr warranty expires. Catastrophic motherboard failure no fault of mine. Samsung repair say: not covered by warranty, repair bill = $900. $900!! I get on the phone to Samsung and their frontline staff read their 'we're so sorry but..' script and I calmly request escalation to an exec. Im given a ticket no. and wait for a return call that never comes. I call again 2 weeks later to learn my ticket no. doesn't exist and start over.

The guy starts reading me the same script and hang up not willing to hear it again. I redial hoping I get someone who's not having a bad day yet, as I'm sure all these guys are having a bad day after a couple hours into their shift, and I get lucky. He gives me a new ticket no. and a tip to call in a couple hours when he knows someone from the exec dept will be able to take my call. I call at the exact suggested time and i talk to a Samsung warranty exec who tells me that since it was less than 90 days after the warranty expired Samsung will pay for the repair.

I got it back yesterday and I'm trying this out on my good as new ultrabook. Proof that good things can happen when you keep your cool, remain persistent, and expect the best from people. and way to go Samsung, you've earned another round of my loyalty to your brand.

Samsung does not honor thier warranties, I had a three door stainless steel fridge for less than 6 months when the bottom freezer stopped working. They gave the runaround for a year only to deny the warranty claim. Not honoring youre warranty is a bad sign for a manufacturer of this size. I would encourage you to buy antoher brand that backs their warranty. Vance Wallace

Just want to give a big thank you to Sohanur on the customer helpline who helped me retrieve my calender earlier this evening. I don't know what I would have done without him. Even with my hysterical but polite whimpering he solved the problem within 15min.

I really don't understand all these negative comments about Samsung, I have been using their products for decades. Besides being highly rated for their products, by companies like Consumers Reports, and others, I have rarely had a problem with them. The last one was with a 2 year old 60" flat screen. It had the HDMI board go out about a year ago, and they replaced it free of charge. I just got it back again, and the repair shop, said this was the 1st time they have been able to get a company to replace the "entire screen". Our only bill was for their labor. We all figured it was trash, but Samsung came through and I will continue to buy their products and recommend them.

I have bought samsung galaxy note 4 but I cant deactivate the flash light notification when I have incoming calls! I removed the tick from flash notification in hearing part too but it doesn't work and its still flashing on incoming calls!! plz help me to solve this problem! Is it spoiled or something like that?

Yesterday I went to Samsung Care which is in Kharadi as my cellphone had some application downloading issue. when I reached there one of ur Executive attend me well & she send me inside towards Engineer.. I was sitting on 14 no counter. I wait for 10-15min but the guy who was sitting in front of me didn't respond at all. I got quite angry on him as he had no work but still he didnt attend me & he was just playing with form but I didn't say anything to him as I m also working with service industry. One of ur Engineer Mr Kunal saw me & he ask me to come on his counter. His responsiveness, courtesy, dedication towards work was fantastic. He was very very polite while talking to me & he made me very comfortable.

I am a HTC customer from malaysia, I would like to share my experience with the other branches around the world.
1 I have been threatened
2 scammed
3 insulted
4 bullied
5 broke
6 humiliated
7 almost failed in my final year in engineering
8 not listened to
9 lied to
and much more all these things are true when I gave my mobile for repair for mic was broken they said they fixed it and when I received the device cover was broken when given again they replaced the cover when checked mic was broken, and , when given again for repair mobile still have problem, hey put used parts in my mobile they admitted it, called customer service people laughed when asked to pass it to manager we dont have one, funny thing after 2 months of complains manager calls me I am the manager please send in device for repair all I ever asked was to replace but they refused, Call center quality is a joke official website people also laughed, knock knock who is there? HTC customer, customer who? the person who no one helped, i became a joke because of HTC please respect

My Samsung Galaxy NOte 3 was just 5 months old and it quit charging 10/05/14. Took it and the charger to the Verizon Store I bought it at. WORST MISTAKE EVER. Verizon doesn't care about their customers, they just wanted my Samsung charger because I find out LATER, they aren't allowed to have them. Instead of reminding me my equipment was still under warranty, they replaced my phone thru Samsung, YES, but kept my Samsung charger and gave me a Verizon charger off their shelves that was QUITE INFERIOR. After I wanted my original charger back so I could send it into Samsung for a replacement under warranty, the VERIZON store at 4411 San Mateo, Albuquerque, NM still had no explanation as to why they took it in the first place. When I went back to get it, the Verizon person told me they were using it for "data transferring" and they needed it because Verizon was not aloud to buy or have any Samsung equipment in their stores.
When I called Verizon about this, the agent at Verizon tech support said the Verizon Charger was charging so slowly (up to 10 hours to charge my phone to 100%) because I had too much stuff on it. And I needed to back up everything on the cloud and then do a factory reset. I did find out before it was too late that this was bad information. Samsung you need to tell your customers that you need to service their under warranty equipment and not to take it to Verizon.

The Office of the President of Samsung Canada responded to my sad tale, posted here on 21 OCT 2014.

It took a bit of back and forth but they identified and shipped replacement handles (appropriately free of charge).
I received and installed them today and the fridge looks great!

Hopefully Samsung is looking at making effective communications like this a part of their normal service and support systems.

I am very very satisfied. I sent my phone off to repair in Plado Texas for the camera. They started repair the day they got it and I got it back within a week. Also, they repaired the minor cosmetic damage on the top of my phone for free which was nice of them. Thank you. I loved the service, everything went great 10 out of 10.
