I have been on the phone with 8 different workers at straight talk to get my phone going an not one of them could help me. I changed my number by calling and after that my phone will not call out or in or text out and in. I need my phone going.

has been a good service for 3+ years on or around new year 01/03/23 was unable to receive mobile phone service would get message no mobile service available did all things it says on internet to alleviate problem no help called their customer service tech line which there is nothing in that number that give tech or customer service. called steady with a different phone and talked with people who knew nothing, couldn't talk to be understood had been on phone with them for 4 days at least 4 hours each day. cancelled service went to Verizon all is good, plan is approx. 6.00 more but works. having trouble getting refund for this month even though I had no service I would give them F- in every area

Trash service. Bought a new iPhone 14 which only has E-sim, and called them for help because I couldn't transfer it myself during the set-up of new phone. There is no physical outlet for a sim so I have no idea how to transfer my straight talk phone number to that phone. A lady picked up a phone and was talking complete nonsense, she had a strong accent and I don't even think she understood what I needed. Refused to transfer me to her supervisor, and then hanged up a phone.

I have been with Straight Talk for years and this is the second time I have upgraded my phone. The last time they did such a bad job they screwed up the old phones SIM and then the new SIM. Then they needed to send me a new SIM but it took multiple weeks to receive it and multiple phone calls. This time the same thing is happening. It's been four weeks and I was just on the phone and they told me that they see the old SIM which was sent out earlier by FedEx and I should wait till I receive it in a week. Not like I have not heard that before from them. So I expect to call them again in a week.
Just to let you know on this call I went through four operators all asking me to repeat the information to get them to talk with me. It's not like computers just got invented. On the third call switch I was on the phone for three minutes before someone answered. I could hear them in the back ground laughing. This is great corporate policy. Once I get it switched to the new phone I generally have good service. The problem is the human operations. Hope they get it cleaned up.

I have been with straight talk over 6 years and have never spoken to a human being today all I wanted to do is pay my bill early and you would think I was trying to pull wisdom teeth and I never got my bill paid and never spoke to ANYONE!!!! guess they don't care that much about their money......we'll see....hope all of you out there have a VERY BLESSED VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A WONDERFUL BLESSED NEW YEAR 2023 BE SAFE GOD BLESS ????????

I've been with straight talk for years and never had a problem with them with my job and the service has been great I travel all over the US I recently bought a new phone from them the phone is overheating big time I've called several times to try to solve the problem several times they have hung up on me if this phone catches on fire I will hire an attorney. I had with them!!!

the worse experience in my entire life. over 50 hours on the the phone trying to
solve problem. operators are so hard to understand cause it's all foreigners that
speak very poor english.

I've been with Straight Talk for 10 years About a new phone with a new SIM card they told me the SIM card was no good go by another SIM card I go buy a bring your own phone package with a SIM card from Verizon they tell me that doesn't work they mail me a T-Mobile SIM card tonight they're telling me this card that they mailed me is a used card they want me to buy another card now

Bought a sim card to replace my canadian one since I was going to be in the States for an extended period.
Needed to spend 2 hours with tech support the first day in order to get data working. Called a week later because I could not make calls to Canada even though it was included in the package. Spent approximately 4 hours on the phone with tech support because when they tried to resolve the calls to Canada problem, they disabled my data. Got the data to work but not the international calls. A week later, lost data once again. Spent over 15 hours on the phone with tech support over 3 days to resolve the issue. They could not do it, although SOME agents had obviously been able to resolve the issue the 2 last times. Massive incompetence. Just decided to throw the sim card away and to make sure that everyone knows it is a useless company.

run as fast as u can from this company, they are the same as tracfone and customer service can better be done by a 5yr old, have dropped the tracfone and pd more to a company just to rid them. Kept their straight talk home base but am now having same issues, so as soon as I can get into my account on line will be throwing their service out too. RUN RUN RUN you will keep getting your phone is not compatible buy a new one

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Straight Talk made an error when transferring my number over. They admitted it was a mistake on their end but do not know how to remedy it. After hours on the phone, they just began hanging up on me when I try to explain the issue now. Now I've lost my number and do not have access to the network, have lost time and money on calls and generally had to deal with incompetent and outright rude staff. The worst company I have ever dealt with, avoid at all costs. Somehow worse than trying to reach your airlines during COVID.

Renewed my service with straight talk days later my service was canceled this is the 2nd time that this has happened in no way will they credit the lost service,they will just say oh I'm sorry for are mistake,if you have love ones that depend on getting a hold of you like I do this service provider is garbage.

we had straight talk for 8 years. never a problem. we ALWAYS paid for the year upfront. we always brought our own phone, there was never an issue. we bought new phones in 2021 and bought the year 2021. no problem. 2022 comes, we buy the the whole year. no problem. then come march our phones stop working. straight talk says that the carrier in our plan AT&T is now not compatible with our phone. Strange since we've already had these phones for a 1yr & 3 months and there has been no compatibility issues. straight talk says our only remedy is to buy one of their (AT&T compatible) phones. We don't want one of their phones. So now we changed to another carrier and straight talk will NOT refund the 9 months left in the contract.
2 phones at the cost of nine months of service down the drain. we certainly did not have that money to waste.

My data and phone service has not worked for 14 hours. IMy bill has been paid and no one can give me a answer to why i dont have phone service. I have been hung up on and placed on hold for hours and still no resolution to my issue. I have never called customer service and theres no management to speak with. HATE THIS SERVICE

Absolute worst customer service!!You can hear all kinds of chatter in a foreign language in the background,the person helping me barely spoke English that I could understand.I was just trying to resolve adding a new payment card and it took over 30min to do this..Everytime Iv had to call Straight talk they act like they dont have a clue..Iv been with them for several years but its the worst customer service which has me seeking other carrier options..Fix this foreign issue CEO IF YOU EVEN GIVE A RATS ASS!!!Loyal customers dont deserve this!!!Just call me and I'll give you an ear full..So disappointed in Straight Talk customer service!!BAD BAD BAD YOU GET A ZERO STAR..CEO is rich now and dont give a damn!!!

I would start with the good part of my review but I absolutely CAN NOT bc of how pitiful and slack this back alley ,low budget, Fisher Price generic wireless service continues to disappoint!! Seems they pride themselves in being morons. I want to know HOW FREAKING DIFFICULT IS IT TO GIVE ME ACCESS TO ALL THE FEATURES OF MY PLAN!!! ALL I WANT IS WTF I PAY FOR... hell it's your package that straight talk decided the terms and services .. EVERY SINGLE FUC---G TIME I refill my service $55 GOLD UNLIMITED .. includes 15 GB of HOTSPOT, and I am NEVER ABLE TO USE IT BC THE IDIOTS " your plan does not support mobile tethering!!!; YES IT DOES MORONS!!! So I have to contact customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME to get my hotspot. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? You should be embarrassed to have such a chump ass service as well as customer satisfaction. I'd be embarrassed if I couldn't provide the most basic service ... DO NOT MAKE THINGS MORE DIFFICULT, STRESSFUL, FRUSTRATING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.. DUH! When I purchase my refill plan, every feature of that plan should be ready for my use... But IT NEVER, EVER, EVER IS .. ARENT YALL EMBARASSED?? HOW ABOUT CONCERNED.. Effing terrible. Bought a new phone from their website and was charged on my debit card. However, instead of redirecting me to a order confirmation page, it kicks me to the ST home page and shows no record of any order in the system when I look it up. Absolutely ridiculous that in 2022 these types of issues are happening. I'm currently on hold for the 3rd time this week. These 3 hour wait times literally make me want to stick a fork in my ear and twist.

I have been a straighttalk customer for 4 years now. It is a cheap phone service. Butt, when I went to.there website.to purchase a new plan I was told Verizon had purchased straighttalk and they would send me a new sim card. I recieved the sim card and installed it and tryed to activate it. This forced me to call there customer service. I wasted over 8 hours answering the same questions and being transfered over and over. I am not embellishing at all. They finally told me my new phones I had purchased (both were straighttalk phones, one iuse and a backup In case I break one) would nor work on the Verizon network. They said if I had used these phones for 1 year they would unlock them ,butt since I had just bought them I had to pay them more money . So now I have a phone service that does not work and two phones and let's not forget I paid for all in advance. These people are thieves.

Don't use this company. They are con artists. I had them for two and half years and the customer service is terrible. When you want to make a change to your account and try to login online it will tell you your request cannot be processed and give you a disconnected number to call. Once you find the right 800 number to call, you have a 30 minute hold time to get through to someone that you can't understand. This happens every time you try to login to your account. Suspicious!!! I got tired of their BS and switched carriers. My son bought a new iPhone 12 pro max direct from Apple that he used on Straight Talk for 11 months. When I switched carriers they told us we had to pay them $50 to unlock his phone because we had not used it with them for a full year yet. How the heck do they have the right to charge me a fee to unlock my phone that I paid full price for from Apple? That is illegal. How can they hold my own phone hostage from me. I paid the 50.00 fee and now have to wait up to two days for his phone to be unlocked. I wish a lawyer would bring a suit against them for unethical behavior. Apple should be able to override scams like this when they can search their records to verify that you purchased your phone from them. Super Pis*ed off customer.
