I have been going to this Taco Bell for years and the morning staff is excellent. It includes the following names of those who have done above and beyond their duties with being so very nice and the orders are always perfect. The following names of those individuals who are terrific are Blare, Heather, Racella, Blanca, Alecia. If you could pass this perfect score onto them, that would be appreciated.

Tina (manager on duty) and Kerbina or Rebina (frequent night drive thru worker) were so awesome on my visit. I couldn't find my debit card and was freaking out! It was 12 am and I had placed most of my order via the mobile app but the new boss nacho's were not an option yet so I had to add it on as a separate order. I was ready to leave and go back to my work to look for my card and they encouraged me to take a minute and look since no one was behind me. I left with hot, wonderfull food! They showed me the best customer service I have seen in a fast food restaurant! They deserve recognition and the opportunity for advancement!

A very awesome, excellent customer service. Everyone working there is nice, and helpful to anyone who comes into the store. So I want to give a bif thanks for all their hard work and dedication.

Hope I'm writing to the correct place to comment on a wonderful employee at the local Taco Bell in West Bend, WI. His name is Ques and worked on 10/30/15 at the register. We were there with our two young grandchildren...buying some dinner. He was EXTREMELY pleasant and listened to the childrens request for tacos with ONLY beef/cheese. He joked with us and actually came to our table later and asked if everything was okay. He made the kids feel like they were important and us as well. For fast food....this was so pleasant. I just wanted to comment to someone about his excellent personality. Thank you Ques!

11 of us just went thru the drive thru at the store at Gateway, Eugene Oregon. Seth J took our order & was terrific! He called my daughter, mother of 7,Miss & made her day. He read our order back, double checked it & was super courteous. Thank him for us

My family and I were driving home from a college visit and we stopped at your Taco bell in Springfield IL on Toronto Rd. One of my daughters dropped her cell phone in the parking lot and we didn't realize until we were a couple of hours away. We were able to get in touch with the manager whose name is Bobbie (Sorry I don't know her last name) and she packaged it up and sent it to us. The store's phone doesn't work so I couldn't get a hold of them directly, but through an email to your corporate headquarters she called me. I am so grateful for everyone involved and especially from Bobbie who went above and beyond the call to get the phone back to us. I just thought you should know. Thanks so much!!!! Shelly Thompson

99% of the time when I go to this or any fast food restaurant I get waited on by some teenager that screams out that they could care less about doing a good job with their attitude, body language and facial expressions... However at 9pm 9/19/15 I stopped at the Taco Bell on Robinhood Drive in Etters PA and the young man that was working the front end was outstanding! He was friendly, on top of things, when he was mopping polity told me to be careful because the floor was going to be wet, when I was picking my tray up to take it to the garbage can he said "I can take that for you, Sir!" and I must say that in my 46 years I've never gotten that kind of service at a fast food restaurant and I never came home to give positive feed back about an experience like this.... I just felt compelled to let him and his Bosses know it was recognized and appreciated!

I only had 5.00 today for lunch,I was short a dime. I was going to go to a cheaper lunch item but Victor at your Walkertown NC location put the dime in for me so I could get what I actually wanted. I am a store manager this was great customer service! I will be back!

Lady at window was friendly and nice. I had enough napkins and sauces which is a plus. Food was fresh and fast.. My child was crying in the back seat and she smiled and said hi. Most would not have acknowledge that but she did.

Today at taco bell in Sullivan missouri was a unique experience. Just wanted to brag on the manager for doing somethingbthat to me is unheard of. We went through the drive through and when we got up to the window. The worker gave me a larger drink because they were out of the size lids that fiys the drink that I had ordered. Good customer service.

I love taco bell, specially the one in franklin tn. they are clean, friendly and super fast. The Assistant Manager Elizabeth is the best. I eat there almost every day in my break.

In my two recent visits at Taco Bell store number 002836 I was greatly appreciative of the service received from an employee named Tori(last name unknown). Ordering food for my wife is not easy for me at Taco Bell because she removes and adds ingredients on the products. But Tori patiently and professionally listened to what I asked for and made me feel comfortable in the process. And opened the door for my grand-daughter and myself as we departed. And she kept a smile the whole time.

We recently ate at Taco Bell in Casa GRande, AZ. Store no. 022377. An young man by the name of Britton Dole is an employee there. We watched him as we ate and were very impressed with his work ethic. He did everything from man the register to wiping off tables, to filling the ice tea container and finally was sweeping the floors. If this is an example of people who work for you, we commend you.

I am a long time Taco Bell Customer (24yrs) and my wife and I eat Taco Bell At least twice a week. I don't have a resturant complaint, I have a compliment about my favorite Taco Bell ( Martha Layne Collins Blvd, Cold Springs Ky.) and the General Manager (Nick Tharp)and his crew. The reason I'm writing is I have a MAJOR complaint about the Taco Bell Corporation. The Corporation apparently don't recognize HARD WORK AND DEDICATION. Mr. Tharp took over this Taco Bell location several years ago, and it wasn't much to talk about,unclean, very poor service and accuracy and long wait times, and with his hard work and professionalism in management and finding excellent crew members has turned this resturant into a clean, efficent well oiled machine, as well as a Training store. However Corporate has bypassed him the last 2yrs. to become a Regional Manager. Now Mr. Tharp is leaving for another job elsewhere. You have made a MAJOR ERROR in your not recognizing what you have in this man and his crew. I suggest that you look into this matter and reconsider your decision as time is very very short. I just can't believe that you would rather see him go somewhere else and let him get away from you, as people like him and his crew should be awarded not overlooked. I can only say that this store will go back in the toilet where it once was, and WE WILL NO LONGER BE A TACO BELL CUSTOMER not just at this store but ANYWHERE and I'm sure that we won't be the only ones as he has many regulars that will be VERY UPSET when they find out he's leaving.In 24yrs we've eaten at Taco Bell stores in 3 states and NONE compare to this store. WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just ate at the Taco Bell in Jefferson, Georgia. The cashier, Caitlin, started the visit so pleasant. She had such warmth in her voice that I totally forgot the horrible mood I was in. It was raining and people were not very kind on the road. But there was Ms. Caitlin with her calming voice and gracious customer service. And before I made it to the pick-up counter the line staff had my order waiting. Wonderful experience!!!!

i wanted to say, I spoke to the actual manager at this taco bell and he is resolving my bad experience and turning it around to make me happy again, i hold no ill will toward this store or the employees only one guy needs to rebuild my trust and he knows who he is

we just had lunch at taco bell at 1431 main street in clawson. The people were very kind and polite and did their job really good. The food was great and the service was wonderful. Our cashier was Derrick. He even brought our tray to us. After,someone picked up our tray and threw it away for us and even opened the door for us.

I hope that this comment will reach the Manager of store # 23389. It had been 4 or 5 years ago that I told myself I would never visit this Taco Bell ever again due to the poor service and bad attitudes of the staff. I want you to know that it is a pleasure to go to this store now because of the excellent service and up beat attitudes of the staff! Good job to whoever turned this store around.
