Customer Service Scoreboard
The phone tree got me to tech support when I asked for customer support, but the tech transferred me and stayed on the line when customer service hung up on me. He was more than pleasant and was willing and able to assist me. Fix the broken phone tree and I am fien with Vizio so far.
vizio sucks.. first green spot all over the place. they fix it, then started doing crazy things.they fixed again, that did nothing.. they send me a refurb and with in a half hour a loud pop!! and that was it no tv. they just sent me a new one today so far still working.. just waiting for it to go again.. samsung will be my next tv..
