We shop at Walgreens store No 07540 on a regular basis and over all have nothing but praise for the Pharmacy , and the entire staff, they are very helpful , kind and will go out of their way to assist you .My problem is with your headquarters .I take The.generic med for Nuritin.and a while back you changed vendors and the pills you changed to are chalk and I can not take them , I get chocked and they get stuck.I asked the Pharmacy staff about getting the smooth coated one's. They said there was nothing they could do about it.So now I go to CVS FOR THE ONES i'm able to take.I really dislike useing two different pharmacys.And I'm considering changing all of my familys percriptions to CVS .I really don't want to switch but I'll leave this issue in your hands .And I hope you appreciate the awesome Store and Staff you have at store, on McCgrady Dr SE Cleveland Tn.Hopefully you will respond to me concerning this issue MR & MRS Beulah Fohs .Here is my Email address

Employee Scorpius at location is awesome she saw a elderly woman struggling with water and checked her out then walked the water out to her car now that's customer service!

Your Employees in Peru, Ill. are excellent but your product with gold emblem is the worst pistachios I have ever bought. Could not open but 3 out of 4. Had use a knife to open half of them. Brought 2 of your 18 oz nuts in light green bags. On sale still not worth it. I own stock in your company hope this not a sign of future. AL GRANATA

last Friday, August 28, the pharmacist at the Oak Lawn Walgreens called our home to ask about my brother's health. My brother had recently filled a number of new prescriptions and he wanted to know how he (Eugene) was doing. I told him that Eugene had recently experienced congestive heart and was given medication to reduce swelling in his limbs and that the doctor would probably put him in the hospital to expedite the situation
I AM TRULY AMAZED AND IN AWED AT THIS PERSONALIZATION AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH PERSONAL SERVICE BEFORE. IF THIS IS AN ONGOING PRACTICE, PLEASE CONTINUE IT. IF THIS WAS JUST THE ONE TIME THAT THE OAK LAWN PHARMACIST DID ONHIS OWN,I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANKS AND COMMEND HIM FOR THIS ACTION.

I enjoy going to the OakLawn Store and dealing with the staff there. Thank you from my family

The walgreens located in Aventura the pharmacist named Mackenzy is very helpful for the customer . He is nice to the customer all the time.He helped me and my daughter two times when we had the problems with my insurance company with the prescription refill. We need more this kind of the employees.

I am both a customer and shareholder of Walgreens and have been so for many years. Yesterday I went to shop @the McCord-W.Cenrtral Store store in Toledo, Ohio and was surprised to find the store closed with notes on the front door advising pharmacy customers to contact two nearby Rite Aid store regarding prescriptions. I have been on a first name basis with the pharmacy manager and he had advised me the pharmacy was doing well and I feel disapointed that pharmacy customers were not contacted about the store closing.

I enjoy shopping at Walgreens in Kingwood, TX on Lake Houston Pkwy. The staff is always friendly helpful. I always get my questions answered quickly. There is a great pharmacy tech named Lauren and a clerk named Noah. Always cheerful and helpful.

went to your store on Washington St in Escondido,Ca. needed some help correcting photos. A young man by the name of Caleeb assisted, and it was one of the most pleasant experiences. he was professional and extremely polite. if you find more like him your business can only improve. I have been an Rite-Aid man up till now. will definitely be back.

I was in Walgreen today to get my puppy somethings. The treats were all from foreign countries. The worst Hartz brand being made in China. Products from China have killed thousands of dogs. Please do some research and put American products on your shelves! Thank you. Concerned pet owner?

I have been a Walgreens customer for several years now and have regularly had a positive experience. However I do have a complaint. The pharmacy personnel keep changing. Why is that? Some of my prescriptions are paid for by a financial assistance program which the new pharmacist is unfamiliar and this causes me to spend time explaining this and then the pharmacist has to research it causing further delay.I have several prescriptions that are refilled every month. There are some pharmacy personnel that are working there consistently and are familiar with my prescriptions and these special circumstances but even when they are there, the new pharmacist has to go through the same process.

It is much more comforting for me to see familiar faces and knowing that I am not going to have to go through this scenario over and over.

Service from Rishma was excellent and she reminded me about a nail polish coupon for the Essie polish I was purchasing, very professional, thoughtful and pleasant! Nice to see sales associates who enjoy people and appear to really enjoy their job. This is my neighborhood Pharmacy and for years so I truly appreciate the service and calibre of individual. I also like Arnold very much. The store outside though could be kept cleaner. I take pride in my neighborhood and often the garbage cans are overflowing and dirty and there is paper everywhere. This used to not be the case. I know people are inconsiderate and often neglectful or unaware of this but its important.

I regularly shop the Walgreen store at: 5434 Hwy 78 in Sachse, TX. Jared, one of the employees, has always gone out of his way to be helpful and is very polite and has a great personality. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee.

Good Company will not ignore compliments of good employees so I hope that, Walgreens recognizes these 2 awesome pharmacists at 132nd and Maple in Omaha, Nebraska branch. Aaron and Liza were so helpful after my frustration with 156th and Maple. I leave very close to 156th and Maple and have had my nephew's(8mons baby)Dr. call in his prescriptions to 156th and Maple. Twice they were out of the prescriptions and they just say it like it's so ok. 156th transferred to 132nd. I got there to find out that, the Dr. spoke with one of the pharmacist but Dr.'s office did not send prescription electronically. Aaron could have said come back tomorrow but, he researched further and made sure that, I left with the prescription. When I worked in Lisa spoke to me with care and on check out, she applied available discount that saved us money. Again on 11/26/2014 on a different prescription 156th and Maple sent me to 132nd as they seem to be always out. Again Aaron was naturally and professionally helpful. Walgreens is lucky to have him.

I call both "Sam" and "Sharon" of the Walgreen Pharmacy on the southwest corner of Kings Highway and Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, a "dream team". I have been a customer for the last 10 years. This store pharmacy is always very busy and has long hours currently. Customers come in and present various issues, sometimes not feeling well; sometimes presenting insurance problems, or just having to wait for their prescriptions, same as I do! I am amazed at both Sam and Sharon's coolness under pressure while handling the issues that arise and resolving each customer's query. I like their expertise and would only get my prescriptions there. Kudos!

I visit a lot of walgreens stores across the United states I went into one location which is located in tallahassee, Florida there was an extremely helpful lady at the front register I noticed how much patience she had even though there were people being mean to her when it was finally my turn to checkout she was able to help me find some coupons and then said thank you and be well in a kind manner it made my trip even better.

Audrey was a very, very effective helper when we went in last week and again today to develop pictures from a CD, from a scanned image, and from a memory stick.
She answered every question and helped us with respectful and caring manner.

I was broke down and needed to jumpstart my car with my week old battery put in by walmart in a walgreens in roeland park. I went back into the store and instantly an employee came to me to see if he could help. I asked if I could speak to a manager to see if any employee could supply their vehicle to give me a jumpstart since I had knowledge and jumper cables. The lady from photo said for they guy to go ahead and help me of course, I didn't even bother to remember his name and I feel bad but in this day of its not my problem, if it has nothing to do with my job or my store I don't care attitude, I am grateful and impressed that they cared enough to help not just a customer but a fellow human being. This young man was 16 yrs. old and his parents should be proud. Thank you Walgreen employees.

I stopped in Walgreen located at 12109 Apple Valley Rd, Apple Valley, CA, Friday evening, November 1, 2013 and during my visit I thought that I lost my amethyst/diamond ring estimate value $1,200.00 or more. I told the clerk on duty at the time and we looked for it around the top surface of the checkout counter and surrounding floor area, unfortunately we did not find it. I stopped by the store Saturday, November 2, to see if a ring was found and was told no ring was turned in. On Monday, November 4, 2013 I decided to call the store one last time, I spoke with Mr. Hamilton Nedina and asked him was a ring found in the store, he asked me to describe the ring. I told him, it have a large amethyst with diamonds on each sides of it. To my surprise he had found my ring. My ring was returned to me that afternoon. I would just like to say thanks so very much to him and your organization. It speaks volumes to the character of Mr. Nedina and of your organization’s personnel.

I have been a Walgreens (4259) customer for 15 plus years. It is always so nice to walk in to see the same faces and to be greeted by your first name. All of the staff are so helpful. I have to give a huge shout out to Alice she always cares about my how my family is doing. Even though we do not see each other outside of Walgreens I still see her as part of my family.
All of the pharmacy staff are so helpful and there is not one question they were not able to answer. I do have one suggestion. I think that Linda should be out on the floor helping customers. She is a GREAT person but she is at the main register and often it is hard to get away even though you tell her you are in a hurry. But like I said she is great. So on that note thank you to my local Walgreens and Alice we love you. Thanks

I went to the photo department of the Walgreens in Columbus,Ohio (located at Broad St. & Galloway Rd.) I received such excellent service from Lois---the help she gave me to get my pics off my cell phone went above and beyond what any clerk needed to do---if there is anyway that I can make sure she is recognized for all the extra help she gave me----I would like to know where to go to post it. I was there on Saturday evening July 6th.

Our family uses the Walgreens in Collinsville, IL on the Beltline Rd. Today I took my mother to get her medications and there was a problem. Christine Reyling waited on us and she was incredible helpful, understanding, friendly, pleasant...well, I cant say enough nice things about her. I think people like that deserve recognition. There was another lady that helped us earlier but unfortunately I cant remember her name. Again she was also outstanding. I have to say most of the time the people at this store seem stressed out and not very friendly. So these women were refreshing to say the least. Kudos to them.
