to whom it may concern, on may 12, 2013, mother's day, i went to the walgreens store on south washington ave. piscataway. a very nice lady by the name of anne podgurski took me to the location of the algergy medication,and also the bouquet of flowers, she was so helpful and pleasant.i was having a hard day and she made me feel so good. it is not always you can go into a store and get that kind of help. i don't live in the area but i do go there often to visit family, it was a pleasure again to have anne help me. i know you always hear about complaints so i thought i would give a more positive feed back. she knew i was in a rush so she opened a register to help me get on my way. how great was that!! i would like you to know that this worker should be reconized for her professional manor. thank you , sincerely sharon zak

Walgreen in Miami, Florida(Flagler and 27 ave). I feel the service is great specially with this young lady is excellent,she offers the best assistance and she is always respectful and willing to go the extra mile to assist you in all of your needs.Her name is Elena, and since I came accross her, I go the extra mile for her to assist me. She makes you feel, this is a wonderful place to go shop at. I live very far from this place, but is all well worth it. She is fast, friendly and kind.

Greetings. Thia electronic message is being sent to extend my deepest gratitude to a Walgreens employee who was magnificent in his professional role at my recent visit to the Walgreens at 406 South Washington Avenue, Bergenfield New Jersey. I lost one of my siblings prior to my visit to the Walgreens store and was quite distraught. It fell to me to assist in funeral planning. It was necssary, to make copies of pictures for the funeral program. Jamal took the time to show me how to use the equiptment and took the time to ensure that each precious photograph was properly cropped and copied. It means the world to any individual, when one is treated with compassion and respect. I will forever be thankful for the time taken and professional care on 4/17/2013 at approxiamtely 6:44 pm. Thank you Jamal and Thank you Walgreens.

Never had any problem with WALGREENS (California, Maryland, Florida, and New Jersey). They have an excellent customer service, excellent staff and always made your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Walgreens offers 3 easy ways to manage your prescriptions; online, by phone or with our free Auto-fill service. I am disabled and refilling prescriptions online made my pharmacy refills easy and convenient. Also convenient refills made even easier from the comfort of your home or on the road and a touch-tone phone.

Overall experienced I am very pleased with these store locations: WALGREENS (California, Maryland, Florida, and New Jersey).

We are Winter Texans in Pharr, TX and faithful Walgreens customers. Your pharmacy manager, Hieu Duong at 701 E. Ridge Rd., McAllen, TX is an outstanding employee. He is a dedicated, conscientious, courteous, friendly representative for Walgreens. He went over and above the "call of duty" to obtain my son's necessary prescriptions from our home town in Syracuse, NY. He is a keeper and should be recognized for his service and public relations expertise.

walgreens staff was superb in brownsburg, indiana. my sincere complaint is about the fact that walgreens removed a healthy, delicious brand of sugarbowl petite brownies from your stores. Delish has taken its place. Delish is tasty but high in sugar and saturated, not a healthy dessert choice for people watching their calorie and sugar intake. with such a high occurence of diabetes in this country I was so thrilled to see walgreens leading the way to provide delicious, healthy, affordable desserts for its customers. You dropped the ball now. I love your new look in the stores but still am a very disappointed customer.

As I was visiting the Walgreens on 225 Boston TPKE on Shrewsbury MA 01545. I experience an unconfortable situation where the manager was clling one of the employees attention thru out the store 'till the office, but the worst part was when they both rich the office and they started rising their voices with bulgar lenguages,I worked as manager and I think people(clients)not need to hear those kind of discussions or even worst no have the right attention because everybody on the store are to the expectative of what will be the outcome of that situation, for that matter I think Walgreens should have clasess for all management team about behaviors.Walgreens is the right place to get your prescriptions or any other groceries, but sometimes we don't realize that with this kind of situations, the only thing that we are doing is sacare our clients. Remember clients are the ones who pay the salaries. Hope you can take action on this issue.

I have no problem with the customer service I recieved, everyone was kind and helpfull. The problem is we customers just assume ( I remember what that stands for) that when you hand us that bag that it is what is prescribed for us, three times at three different locations the first 2 shorted me 10 pills, this last one on milsted ave, conyers, ga. shorted me 5 of my pills. I will never shop at any walgreens again, unless you are the only place that has the meds I need, but I will stand at the counter and count them again, shame on you walgreen!!!!!

I visited the Walgreen at Lockhill Selma and W. Avenue in San Antonio, Texas and the photo worker Stephanie Witt and the Store Manager Jose Rivera were very helpful. I had a problem with taking a picture for a website. I explained my problem to Mr. Rivera and he said yes we can help. He referred me to Stephanie who worked with me until I had a great picture for my sight. They both went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it very much. Walgreens is lucky to have such great employees that represent the company very well.

Rose with the Dayton Texas Walgreens is the most pleasant, knowlegable, and helpful sales person I have EVER met with any company. I worked for years with Workforce in Louisiana and Rose is an employers dream employee. They say I can't rate her with a 10 but that's exactly what she is. A TEN! She always has a smile, always greets ASAP and always takes the time that a consumer requires in order to help them. Rose is the fantastic!!

Hi, just wanted to give walgreens a hoorray for one of their customer service representatives, the young lady who works at the walgreens on 13 mile and woodward, in royal oak, the cosmetics counter, chunky young lady ( i do not know her name she has a baby face, and is very polite, you do not find that often at one point I had to tell her to stop saying yes ma'am, that was probably how she was brought up you can tell that, anyway). She was very helpful to me the other day, I was trying to prepare myself for a wedding and did not know what type of make up to wear, so i came to walgreens and this young lady helped me out tremendously, I must go back and thank her very much. All night I received praises for my make. Keep up the good work my customer representative make up artist. thanks

I wonder why at the automated prescription refill system at Walgreens, after they ask you all the questions about your refill and you answered them correctly, they connect you with a pharmacist, who starts asking the same questions again, including prescription number, names, DOB, etc, with a plus !...an attitude!. To me this is not helping, it is annoying. At Walmart you just call and...bing, bang, boom, you are all done in no time.

I left my purchase at the Bee Cave, Texas store. I called and they placed my name on the sack so I was able to pick it up the next day because I live far away.

The employee at the Camera Department in East Liberty Pittsburgh " Trevie " was so helpful in assisting with choosing the best product for my digital camera - patiently educated me about its use - that I asked for his name at the check-out. The customers before me were also serviced in an informed, patient and very friendly manner. There was just something special about him - he must like his job.

Your pharmacist (asian ethnicity...sorry I don't know his name) at the 5280 Buffalo Speedway, Houston, TX 77005, store is very very helpful and knowledgeable. I've had a staph resistant organism to treat. I asked him for a true antiseptic soap, and he suggested Hebiclens. It was very effective. I told my physician at Kelsey Seybod that the pharmacist at Walgreen suggested it. He said it was an excellent product. Thanks again to your pharmacist. james r verwey [email protected]

I would like to say what a wonderful photo person you have in Store#4067 (KENNETHRA) he is very helpful and so polite! Alot of patiences with people.He really gets busy and works so hard. Anyway I was watching as I had 50 pictures to reprint. Very helpful. Thanks Ginny Greco.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAID THANKS TO A YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWER THE PHONE AT WALGREEN PHARMACY IN DUNCANVILLE,TEXAS SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO ME REFILLING MY PRESCRIPTION EVEN THO I DID HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION WITH ME I WAS CALL FROM WORK AND IT WAS UNFILLABLE SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LOOK IT UP AND FAX IT OVER TO THE DOCTOR OFFICE I JUST WANT TO SAID THANKS

I was at the ghent store around 2pm today. The CSR was Ms Anna. I was standing in line and a lady in front of me was very rude about a dollar coupon. Anna was trying to explain to her that if the coupon does not scan it because item is not that amount. The lady took it to the point that Anna had to call the manager because the lady throw her hand in Anna face. Anna had already offer to call manager but the lady refused. I come in the store @ least 3 timrs a week and i always look forward to see Anna smiling face. My point is the lady should have respected her alot more than she did.

We visited Monterey, CA recently on business. My husband came down with kidney stones & was sick for 3 days. I took a taxi to Walgreens on Alvarado St. The sweetest little pharmacist (young, long dark hair)went out of her way to help me. She was kind & patient and took all the time I needed to help me work on getting my husband comfortable. She even gave me the name & # of the local ER along with her bus card (wish it had her name on it). Thanks so much!!!! Diane, Springfield, IL

I left a comment earlier about how I love to shop at my Walgreens of Abingdon, VA and how much a young lady helps me in the Cosmetics department. I forgot to mention her name it is Kayela. I do not know her last name but she is the best employee in the entire store some of the others are really good as well but this girl does it all. I've seen her work in all 3 departments Cosmetics, Photo and front register. I've seen her help her co-workers and the managers as well. I shop several times a week and she is almost always there working hard and happy to be there. Just think this girl should be rewarded for her hard work!!

I shop at the Marina bay drive location. Angel works in the pharmacy and is always cheerful and helpful. He knows not only my name but the members of my family and my mom's information too. He is the reason I continue to shop at Walgreens!

Wow. People on this site seem to just b*tch a lot. Sure, all the reviews are terrible for like every company on here, but that's because only people who have negative experiences even think to comment on such sites! It's amusing how many posters seem to think the actual companies are reading these comments.. As is, I like my neighborhood Walgreens. The pharmacy techs remember me, I get refill reminders by text, and picking up my rxs is always really easy! The couple times I"ve gotten locked out of my online account, due to my own fault, getting back in was always really easy, with the help of the phone support line. And the Apple app for refills is also convenient.
