I ordered a smart watch and band for my husband they said it was delivered on December 1st. 2022. It never came I did not receive it. Since December 1st I have been calling Walmart. They transfer me to the account department. I waited on the phone for a hour no one came. I called again they transfer me again. Then I get a hang up. These items came to 205.00. No matter who I talk to no one can help me. I am so angry that this is happening to me. I don't know what to do.

I took my Subaru Legacy to Walmart for an oil change. They drained the transmission fluid but filled the oil, resulting in no transmission fluid and double oil. Final result was I had to replace a $10,000.00 transmission, even though I did not leave the parking lot before alerting them to the problem. They refilled a closed system transmission with the wrong transmission fluid and told me to drive it and take it to a certified mechanic. In the end Walmart paid $0.00. They did not even pay the dealership for the items they demanded the dealership do.

In November 2022 I ordered Aller-fex from Walmart. The medication arrived late that month. When it arrived I noticed that it had expired in August 2022. I sent it back and requested a refund. It is now 12 December and I still have not received the refund!

I Live In Arural Area And Twice Within The Last Two Months Walmart Has Made An Error In Delivery. The First Were Not My Groceries. I Had Nowhere To Put The Stuff, Couldn't Eat It Because I'm In Dialysis, And Walmart Would Not Pick It Up.

The Second Time Was Recently When I Ordered Something To Be Sent To My Daughter, And It Came To Me Instead.

I Didn'opent It And Asked For A Shipping Label So I Coulld Forward It To Her. No Dice; No Help. Walmart Is Irresponsible, Inconsistent, And Cannot Be Trusted.

It is impossible to get a customer service neither by chat or call. Withdrew money from an incomplete order and now I can't even resolve this issue

Costumer service is poor. I've been trying to get assistance in electronics for an hour other's are also needing assistance in electronics department. I rate Walmart on pyramid village in Greensboro NC as 0. They need to hire people who are compassionate about the job.

When my TV was delivered the young lady said to me she need help because she was with child and she need help.I was sick as well and I couldn't help her. As she knocked on the door there was my My TV ir was her and her daughter with my TV. She was talking on the phone with a man she forgot to scan the box so BUSY TALKING ON THE PHONE.HAD TO COME BACK TO THE HOUSE FOR THE THIRD TIME. PLEASE DON'T ALLOW A WOMEN WITH A DELIVERY A TV.

I purchased a fridge inline...it was delivered damaged in two spots...NOBODY at walmart is getting back to me about my worst shooing experience!!!

Today I'm at a store in Bakersfield CA and my past few experience with this store has been nothing but them harassing me while shopping. I'm not from here, I just needed to grab a few things here. But I was met with instant harassing by employees. Very rude. And now I'm trying to do a return of soda 10 packs and they tell me that it's a 6 day policy for food. Bull$h!+. This store is so judgemental and ridiculous. I don't want anyone to go thru what I have been thru with this store. I mean. I ask for lunch boxes and I hear on their walkie things. "she asked for lunch boxes". And then I flipped the camera off and I hear "oh she's mad now". I left my cart and went to walk out. I hear " she's headed towards the front door". And the little man employee at the front had the nerve to try and grab my purse and ask for a receipt. I said clearly I didn't buy anything, due to the rudeness. He says "were trying to figure out if you got anything". Like what. I had a sheet set that was discount from like 75 to 13 bucks in my cart. This store on mount Vernon is the worst store I have ever been too. Beside the one on Rosedale whom had the nerve to go in my bag as I was in the restroom. Then tell me I smell like weed so they are calling cops. Wtf. I don't smoke anything to smell like anything. Bakersfield had the rudest employees I have ever came into contact with.

One of the WROST experince of my shopping experience. And mind you 60 years is a bih buying age experience. Bought fragrance from walmart and both completely FAKE colognes, when tried to contact walmart customers service. They completely shrugged it off as zaying that it was an putside bendor on our site.

So when you place an order online at Walmart to have something shipped to you that is suppose to be free shipping!!! You will now be charged a LOCATION SURCHARGE!!! Which best I can tell is gone they are paying for the increase in fuel prices!!!

I purchased a replacement pressure washer hose for my gas pressure washer a few weeks ago. Hose has developed a large bulge in it on the one end and sprays water out all over the place. Couldn't find my receipt took it to the store just for an even exchange and was told that they could not do it cuz you have to have a receipt to return an automotive product is there truth to this?

Workers are extremely rude and won't help when asked. They just say "what we have on the shelf is all we have" and won't even attempt to find what you asked for.

I stopped to get gas, walked in no one inside but me, the attendant immediately said you're gonna have to hold on, not to mention the vacuum sitting in the middle of the floor in front of the register. Then when she was giving me back my change, she stopped in the middle of counting to look at her Apple Watch, because she had gotten a Snapchat notification. This is customer service at it's poorest!

I'm so tried of paying for my pickup items with my EBT and Bluebird just to have items no be available (both food and non perishables) to have Walmart refund the money owed to me back to my EBT card ONLY. I needed cat food which was a total of 40.93 but since they didn't have it I need to to find it elsewhere well since they didn't put the money back on my Bluebird card which is where they took it from in having to come up with that money again. They've been doing this over and over and I am sick and tired of just letting it go. When I called you get an it fixed they tell me they have no way to correct it. This is absolutely disgusting!!!

I lost access to my email account. Contacted several companies, all were able to help change the email address by verifying through my phone number rather than the old email. Not WalMart. If you don't have access to your old email too bad! They told me to set up a new account.

Yes the people that work there don't know what customer service means....They have meetings to come up with ways to not help you....when they tell you all Walmarts aren't the same, they are full of crap.

I'm highly upset, I purchased a ONA tv from store #1320 in Seymour/Knoxville less than 90 days ago. The speaker in it went bad and your store wouldn't give me an exchange or my $ back. I spend hundreds of dollars a week im your store. It's pathetic that a store of your caliber couldn't provide customer service on return.

The Walmart in La Quinta, CA is total hell. A group of people are mocking customers and an old woman who has no manners with white hair in a bun and in a blue shirt with glasses is being prejudice and racist towards people and harassing them with an orange rectangle box. A woman with brown hair is mocking people and the checkout lines are long that it will take up to 5 hours.

Today I shopped at store# 04288 in Broomfield CO. Made a purchase of Blue Moon Light Sky Citrus 12-pk for $16.48 and Blue Moon Light Sky Tropical 12-pk for $47.48. When I asked the cashier about the price or to delete the overpriced beer she said "go to guest services and they will either price match or refund you" Well nope not the case they refused to refund or price match. Team Lead Frank said it's illegal to return beer in Colorado. I asked for proof of that well he couldn't show me in writing. Asked for the store manager and she wasn't available nor would she talk to me on the phone after I got home. I don't know how Walmart can justify selling a 12-pk of beer for $47.48. I know it was wrongfully priced as all other liquor stores or grocery stores sell it for $16.48-17.99 a 12 pk. Walmart is a piece of work!

No rest for the weary traveller and verbal abuse in the parking lot by security to treat normal law abiding people like a vagrant.....let alone the actual vagrants....

Put in order on May 30 2022,was Charged right away but waited for 28 days, my order was nowhere could be found, Called customer service for 6 times on 6 different days, each time they said they would escalate The issue To higher level But never got any reply from anyone, Tracking# was fake, carrier (Canada Post said they never had such Tracking # or duch item. I tried 28 days calling, emailing but just could get any help, I asked for my refund but never get any reply, they said that they could not get hold of Seller. But I was charged 28 days ago, requested for Refund 6 times but no reply. Font don't what to do anymore BUT NEVER will shop Walmart ONLINE in my life again, I wasted my money for NOTHING, yes, really nothing because I never received anything after being charged. Mo way I could contact anyone in Walmart by email, except calling with NO result.i need to sir out to the public that Walmart is the WORST online shopping place, buyer beware. To he honest, I did order a couple item as Birthday gifts for my grand kids without problems, that was why I ordered again. After this experience, I would Never shop Walmart online again,it seems that Walmart allowed Scam sellers to he their 3rd party seller. And I just fell into the Trap, what can I say. They allowed seller put out False advertising, scam buyers money, let them get away and let customer suffer.

I bought two tires in neosho Missouri one tire has a bubble took it back to Walmart in Grove Oklahoma and they will not warranty the tire because they said I did not buy the road hazard Walmart does not stand behind their product and I am very dissatisfied with Walmart talk to somebody in corporate and they the store manager will have to make the final call tell him anybody's buying tires from Walmart go somewhere else cuz they will not warranty it they are I think fraud thank you have a good day
