Gonna make a complaint about Walmart. No one was at the dressing room and no one had a key. Couldn't buy lashes cause no one worked in that area. What the heck

Regarding the Store at 133rd and State Line Road, Kansas City, Mo. 64145. The phone is NEVER answered. I've tried numerous times on numerous days. I have tried to specifically reach the automotive department and they never pick up. When pushing the option for the operation, that is never answered either. Very frustrating when trying to ask questions about auto repair, etc. It's frustrating when the operator .doesn't answer either. Try it yourself and you'll see.

Sorry but there's only one word I can describe Walmart customer service, "crap", like I came to buy TWO visa gift card, I drove all the way to Walmart and they questioned me like I'm a criminal, apparently there's a scam going on, I don't like their attitude though. Torrance Walmart sucks. Do their higher up even train those arrogant employees properly. The way the cashier emotions and her attitude pissed me so bad. Who is she to question me when I'm the one buy it? I know what's happening and the purpose I'm buying it for.

Beatrice , nebraska tire center. Saw manager be very rude to a Walmart picker, heard him talking bad about his employees and when the gal trying to help me asked him for help he told her to figure it out and walked away. My 25 minute repair turned into 99!minuted with the associate frustrated almost to crying as she asked him for help several more times. She apologized and other staff tried helping whine the manager did nothing.

BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I was at the Walmart store in Alpharetta, GA, finding the pimple patch at the store, there was an employee that had her blue vest on walked by, so I asked her if she can find the thing that I want for me, or at least tell me which shelves it is on, but then I saw her rolling her eyes at me and looked very mad, I did not know what happened to her, but she was so rude to me, although she helped me find what I wanted, but I felt really awful about the service and felt uncomfortable with what she did, so I just left immediately, I saw her name tag, and I knew that she is like a manager or something but not a part-time job high schooler, that really made me to not shop in Walmart anymore, I felt like that lady felt me annoying her, but I saw she was walking around and on her phone chatting with someone, so I thought she was free and able to help me, but no she was not, she was just being rude to the customers, and did not treat every customers fairly, I don't know if it's because I am not a white people, and so she is black too, but I felt really bad and mad on that day after shopping in Walmart.

Your customer service were rude and condescending just the worst. I try to buy some Google play cards for my nephiews and they treated me like a criminal. They saying that I can't buy more than one because it will be used for a scam. So paying for something now slams me as a scammer wtf? The store is located im the mayaguez mall in Puerto Rico.

Walmart located in Bessemer Alabama has the worst customer service of all .The employees are rude ,the store is always nasty .Freezers leak water ion floors ,shelves are poorly stocked ,very fey check out lines are open and half the self checkout iines don't work .I understand that this my not be the highest income area but this type store would be shut down in other cities .

Awful employee responsiveness. I asked for management to request an item that is tagged but rarely in the store. Never got anyone after speaking to two associates. Pitiful. Location Pelham, Al.
Ongoing issue: terrible home delivery. One order delivered to wrong house, another one never delivered at all.

I'm very disappointed and disgusted at how you handled my order!
You sent it to the wrong billing and shipping address, then when I called "customer service" your company offered refund or replacement. I chose the replacement option, as I obviously wanted and needed the item.
I was on hold for 50 min, 45 min, 40 min, 56 min and 30 minutes. Would you have time in your personal life for that, I wonder? Very likely, the answer is definitely-NO!
Yes, the item was only a little less than $200-small potatoes to many but may I remind you of the budgets available to those who literally made you the large corporation you are today!
YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! The question is-"are you?"

Visited Walmart in Moline IL today to get the material I needed cut after visiting the Walmart in Silvis, IL last night for same thing. Waited at the cutting counter for about 30 minutes, nobody ever came to help after 2 employees paged someone. Almost had the same experience at Moline today. They do have a pager button to push at their cutting counter (Silvis did not) it still took several attempts to get someone to that area. The scanner for price label wasn't working properly, rebooted system, overall it was a long wait, there was one person ahead of me that said she had been waiting a while before I came.

Went to Walmart in Silvis, IL around 7p on 3/9. Nobody around to cut material I needed for a project. Asked a Walmart employee walking by to page someone to cutting counter, waited 15min, nobody came. Asked a second employee who walked right by me to page someone, waited another 10-15 minutes, nobody came. You should really have someone monitoring this area. Lots of employees in store but they just walk right past you.

I ordered a microwave from Walmart on Feb. 26, 2023 for my 92 year old mother. It was an easy to use microwave for the elderly, and Walmart did not carry it in their store, otherwise I would have picked one up from the store, instead of ordering it online. After ordering it, I was informed it would be delivered on Wed. March, 8, 2023. (An eleven day wait for my mother) On March 7, late in the day, Walmart canceled my order "due to a system error. They stated it may take up to 10 business days for the bank to remove payment authorization."
I am upset beyond words!!!! My mother has not been able to heat up water for coffee, heat up her soup, etc. and now I have to tell her the microwave is not coming at all after waiting 11 days!!! I do not live near my mother to go over each day to make her coffee and food.
After I messaged Walmart, they stated they could give me a coupon for my next online order (They only offered the coupon after I messaged THEM. Not when they initially cancelled my order) I told them "No Thank you, I will never order from Walmart again!!!"

My wife has bad knees. Can only walk a very short distance. The store on Epps Bridge Rd. Athens Ga. Has 8 of there mobile shopping carts down. I've messaged Walmart headquarters with no response. The store manager doesn't care either. Something has to be done so those who are handicapped will be able to shop. I guess they don't want their money. It's a shame this story doesn't care. Please do something. My wife needs your help.

Went online and after an hour dealing with the automated crap I get Mohammad which I am sure is in some foreign country. Dumber than dirt, tried to explain to him that the wrong items were shipped and he continually stated that I had not received them yet even though I am looking at them. Their system is not updating in real time so here you go with trying to explain that with a 2nd grade education foreign person. Wal Mart sucks.

Well after waiting for my dinner ingredients for my family it's over 24 hours I Decided to go through Instacart and got my ingredients in less than two hours. It's a shame a huge corporation who has succeeded so well in rural areas And has dropped the ball on delivery. During Covid you think you'd mastered this but apparently you just let it go. If your third-party cannot deliver your merchandise in a timely fashion to your consumers and customers it's time to get rid of that third-party and rethink this delivery System. I get your business is shorthanded ..a lot of businesses are.. But when you promise a certain time frame to deliver and it's two days later there's something wrong and yes I'm ranting because I'm angry I'm disabled and I Counted on Walmart but clearly Instacart can get me what I need in less than two hours as opposed to 48 hours. Give your employees the tools and management refocus redesign this delivery system and the smaller areas because the third-party delivery system is not working

It's sad when you shop at a store & you have to do there jobs for them & we don't even get paid to be their cashier, bagger & unload our products as well, even the heavy objects. This is free labor by us & we don't get paid to do it or even get a discount for it. They're constantly rearranging the products & never carry enough of some items or starting carrying a product & abruptly stop carrying it. Also, don't bother trying to get an associate to help you they scarce & in between & I remember a time when they would stop & ask if you needed help, that's long time in the past. Now when calling the pharmacy you can't just punch in a couple of numbers & get through, it's like most of the others, there's a whole rigamaro to go through to speak to an individual in the pharmacy, meaning a lot of people will just give up, which I believe is their whole intention! Walmart IS NOT a people's store anymore they are strictly out for themselves & the good ole mighty dollar.

I purchased a gift card and was charged tax. I did not catch it prior to placing the order. I emailed customer service and was told they cannot provide PIN or card balances. I emailed back and told them that was great, but not at all what I wanted, which was a refund for the tax.
Received a second reply telling me to contact the gift card section. Provided with a phone number. The Customer Service Rep was wonderful and tried to assist me. She contacted billing, they told her that I needed to fill out a tax exempt form. I told her that they were incorrect, as I am not tax exempt. But that was what they had told her, not her fault. I went and tried to file it anyhow. It was a no go. I contacted the email person back and told her it was a lesson that cost me$7. I would never use a Walmart gift card again. They also take Visa gift cards, that is what I will do from now on. She contacted me one last time telling me she is working on correcting it, so it doesn't happen to people in the future. Great, but that doesn't refund the tax

Walmart has gotten out of hand. Not only have they tripled their prices but you are lucky to have cashiers check you out. They feel they have to lock everything up to stop people from stealing and now we have to buy bags. However when I get to the register with a belt full of groceries and the cashier says how many bags do you need? I have no idea, there's a belt full. And now we have to bag our own groceries. Why even pay people to work there outside of stockers? Open all the check outs to the people and let us check ourselves out. On top of now you want to start charging us to use your cart, corporate you are thieves. And maybe consider having your front people trained in customer service because they are nasty and have no problems telling the customers they can shop elsewhere. Horrible, horrible experience and I think I will take the front ends advice, and shop elsewhere. SHAME On You!!!

Please obligate supervisors to enforce cashier's customer service, every time I make purchases I need to verify because always need to go to customer service due to overcharges, I do purchases in central Florida and I don't see the bad service that is given in North Miami Beach, Hite people that can communicate with customers. Zand don't know why but supervisors don't enforce workers to wear WALMART ID'S

I ordered a set of tires from Walmart.
Then there were delays of over a month. So I processed what I thought was a cancellation, however, it was just a cancellation request. Then I had to speak with someone over the phone from the Philippines whom barely didn't understand the situation or the laws. I asked for a supervisor, so she talked to her supervisor and then came back to me. Instead of transferring me like I asked.
Not sure if the employees are being physically abused over there to stop them from transferring to a supervisor, however it seems so. Then they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back, when they took it right away.

Walmart is the worst company to do business with. They have the worst customer service and blatantly bamboozle their customers. I pray that this company folds and the mom-and-pop shops return where customers can be respected and appreciated for supporting businesses.

Walmart's online customer service for online orders is awful. Continuously so. The agents are often rude and untrained in customer service. Often not knowledgeable. I have trouble trying to get the simplest things done with them. Walmart is lazy in its training as well as other things.

I bought some car audio things from Walmart 3days ago and have not used them do to crashing my car ,took my stuff back with receipt and lady look 1 time at it and says no return so goes to next customer, get on the Walmart app and each product is ok to be returned to the store

Walmart.com is the worst. I just waited 4 hours online only to discover the department I was holding for (account review team) was closed. A fact no one bothered to tell me at the beginning of the chat.

Walmart is the absolute worst store I have ever dealt with. Customer service is a joke. In November I placed a grocery order that was stolen by their driver yet they charged ME for the order. I have been promised a refund over 30 times which has never come. All they did was refund some imaginary number and now refuse responsibility saying it's my financial institution...there isn't one. No one reads apparently. Would never recommend and do not give them credit card or debit numbers. You probably won't get refunded.
