I purchased my first furniture set from Ashley nearly ten years ago and had a great experience, so I used them this time, but I may be sorry. I was given a date for delivery in the store, on the date of my purchase. As that date got closer, I started checking as I had not received a call or text regarding delivery. The website shows no order for me.
I called to speak to an agent. I was first told I must come into the store to schedule delivery. I asked for and received a manager, who was not helpful at all. Neither the agent nor the manager could answer my questions about why I had not been contacted about delivery. I spoke with a third person who was going to call the warehouse for a delivery date and call me "right back". I have not heard from anyone. The website still shows I have no delivery.
I have no furniture as I made sure it was gone in time for the original date I was provided. I will now be without furniture for nearly two weeks.
This will be my last purchase with Ashley.
