I have an Easy Share camera. I have some difficulties using it and I received no help at all. I couldn't even connect with a real person and to top it all of you wanted to chart me $15 to get to a real person. It is no wonder that Kodak is in the dumper. I have used Kodak film for years but the company sure has gone down hill.

I have a Kodak Office Hero 6.1. This is the worst product I have ever made the mistake of purchasing. The ink cartridges "time out" on you and stop working regardless of use. I have never gotten more than 50 sheets of mostly plain text, and the cartridges are still full when they stop working. The OEM ones are worse than 3rd party ones, if you can find one that works.

The unbridled greed of this company really stands out when you discover that if it doesn't have two fresh cartridges in it, it won't let you use any of the other functions
(like the scanner).

It's only a year old, and I guess it's going in the trash. I have too much of a conscience to sell this piece of crap to someone.

I purchased a Kodak 6150, all in one printer.It lasted a little over one year of very light home use before it began to have cartridge jams. When the cartridge jam became permanent I called customer service(India)
Their "solution" was to buy another Kodak printer for more then I paid for this one.
I told him, Why would I buy another Kodak product when this is their sad excuse for customer service?
He agreed with me...

I have had an ESP5 All-In-One printer for approximately 6 years. First one ordered had a problem with the lift arm - Kodak replaced free of charge. Had a problem with printhead on new one and they sent a new printhead and extra combo (Blk/Color) cartridges free of charge. I cannot complain about this printer. I just had to order a new printhead and other than a problem with DHL Global delivery service, I expect to be using this printer for another 6 years. I use this for personal use and photo printing but it does get a lot of use.

Kodak are rubbish. My printer died after 14 months with very low usage. Customer support just tried to sell me a new print head and inks. I bought a new HP printer for less than they wanted for spares. No offer of free replacement of the head or the printer itself. They have no direct email for complaints.

My brother printed a photo he took of the wife and I with his printer and I was VERY impressed so we went out and bought one. With a baby on the way; printing our own pictures seemed more economical than having them done else were. The photo quality was amazing and we loved the printer even more because of all the money we saved compared to the HP ink we use to buy.

After a period of about a year and a half (our daughters age) the print carriage got jammed up and it has never worked since. We contacted Kodak Via email and the response we received was not helpful at all. Mean while the HP PSC 1312v still works flawlessly but photo quality is lacking the luster of the Kodak. Not to mention the HP ink is Literally double the price of the Kodak ink.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS MODEL. EVEN IF IT IS ON SALE FOR CHEAP. Because the frustration of going from having a printer one day and the next day not, and having to deal w/ Kodak through email alone is not worth the value.

Kodak is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought an ESP 7250 printr from them 2 years ago and it has never worked. Wireless is hopeless and so is the quality of printing itself. But worst of all is their helpdesk. Bad beyond belief. Today they told me that poor print quality was due to "stopped drivers" and that the solution was for me to "buy a new laptop": (a) it IS a brand new laptop and (b) as my problem persists when just using it as a copier, unconnected to any laptop, I'm pretty damn sure the printer is the problem!

All I want to do is to buy a new battery for my Easy Share Z740 camera. My original refused to charge after not too long - it has been so long I have actually forgotten I had a camera - thank goodness for my Samsung phone! I have tried to order a new battery on line from Kodak - clicking on BUY, the website sends me to printer cartridges. Absolutely useless and no-where to submit a question or complaint. Surely it is not too difficult to have the process send me to the right place? Judging from what I have seen, I do not really hold any hope of receiving a response, let alone buying a new battery!

I purchased a Kodak 3.2 printer 12/2012. used it until end of June. printer head went bad. Used my ink cartidges do troublecheck, very costly. They did send a new printer in July....that too went bad...printerhead again. I troublechecked as they instructed. Ink supply went from 30% to less than 15%. They said they would another printer...the sama as I had, this time they would do trouble shooting before sending..mind you the second printer was new. I asked them why would I want another of the samre kind and same prblems. They would not refund my money. I ask them to send cartidges for the printer since I used mine troubleshooting..what a joke. Would I recommend kodak to anyone...not in a million years!!

I purchased the wrong printer ink for my kodak all-in-one printer and tried to return it. I was told by the biggest super center in the US that they would not refund or let me exchange the product. I contacted kodak directly and was told they too would not refund my money or exchange the ink for the correct one. They told me that I could buy the correct ink I needed or buy a printer that would match the ink I had already purchased. Ofcourse why wouldnt I waste more money on a Kodak product?!!! What a joke? Customer service was a joke, its hard to argue with someone you cant understand.

I have been trying to order a new print head for my Esp3 printer and the person was hard to under stand,but the BIGGEST problem is she tells me that they can't find my address, which I could understand if this was a new address, BUT this address has been here for more than 80 years and the post office,ups and fed ex have no problem finding me.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.You don't have anyone to talk to on the phone except them so what am I (little one person)supposed to do, through mine out and get a different brand or what

I have spent well over an hour and a half trying to get satisfaction and/or information about the failure of my Zi6 pocket video camera to work. Instead, all I have gotten his frustration and disappointment that a once admirable company to provide service on a product bearing their name unless I pay what seems to me an inappropriate payment to do so.
My only suitable response is I guess just to never buy Kodak products again.

Service is Terrible> ON LINE Technical support Terrible..TWO Kodak Easy Share Printer series with only 2 cartridges put through: it will not release cartridge, Poor product..NO WAY TO CONTACT PERSON FOR ASSISTANCE. Reach a person that does not speak english and after 3 calls 5 people, answer was no technical support for that over the phone... They want Phone#, Name, Address,and E-Mail, too much info.

What a waste of time, In the first place I can't understand anything the rep said and they weren't any help. I continued to tell the man over and over that my printer wasn't working and he kept telling me to check the cords and "look for a flashing light" I think I'm more than capable of checking 2 cords that go in the back and knowing there is no flashing light. You would be better off to buy a new item (NOT KODAK) than to waste your time with customer service. Basically, I got no where and I finally just hung up the phone.

I bought and used a Kodak EP3. I used it for about 1 year for home use and moderate print quantities. It began to splash ink on the photos. Kodak told me it was a print head problem and was not warranted. I just quit using it.

My Friend gave me a brand new Kodak ESP3250 and I set it up last night. It splashed ink just like the other one on glossy paper. Tech support told me that is was the print head and if I had the receipt they would replace it free. I had no receipt so they would not help me. This is a brand spanking new printer.

Bottom Line do not buy Kodak Printers.

By the way their tech support is outsourced and support people are hard to understand.

I agree with the last comment, I bought a 9250 and I have had the same experience. It won't print black/white copies unless both cartridges are not low. I paid the most I have ever paid for a copier and I won't buy a Kodak again. There was no telephone listing and on their website not a page for customer support unless I wanted it repaired.

Support stinks! Bought a scanner that worked ok for a day. Called support several times to get some help and after making me uninstall and reinstall drivers, whicj I had done several times before, transfered me to a higher level of support ->> a voicemail from a lady than never calls back!! I am bringing this piece of carp back to where I bought it! No wonder they are going out of business!!

I purchased a Kodak ESP 5250 Series printer and this is the worst printer I have ever used. I only get 50 copies out of a Kodak 20XL print cartridge. This is making it too expensive to use. Why would you produce and sell such a product? I had an HP before and would get at least 200 copies printed and the cartridges were cheaper. I will never purchase a Kodak printer again. My Kodak camera is fabulous. I have the 5.0 Mega Pixels and love it. I have had Kodak cameras since my first Kodak Brownie model but your printers are very poor quality.

Unable To Locate Number Or Address To File A Complaint With Kodak Regarding Batteries.
Have Had To Use Triple A Battery For Insulin Pump And Purchased Those Stating "extra Life" But Have To Be Prepared To Change Battery Every 3- 4 Days. Kodak Has Always Meant Quality But Packaging States Made In China With No Number Or Address To Get Information Or File A Complaint.

I have the Kodak ESP9 which now also only prints the first page of multiple copies. My Kodak Easy Share program will no longer email. A window states it cannot connect to the Kodak server. What a shame....this was a wonderful company at one time.

I bought a Kodac ESP5210 in Jan 2011, ithought i was getting a good product because of the name!! how wrong was i! Just a little after a year with not much use my docs were not printing correctly, i thought it was the cartridge so i replaced it, but no the same thing happened again, so then iwent back to the shop and asked thenm to replace it. Admittingly i didnt use the printer for a while only just recently, low and behold the same thing happened again. So i did the decent thing and went on-line to find a resolution. I couldn't believe it when i found that other people were experiencing the same problem. How can such a big name like KODAK have this many problems!! I rang the techinal help line and she told me to do exactly what i had already done. She confirmed that the print head had gone!! I was fuming. I spent £70 on a printer where the print head only lasted not even 18mths, this can't be right!! I complained and she stated that she would make a note! I also expressed that i wanted a reund but oh no they dont do refunds!! So i said i'll have a free printhead oh on they dont do that either!! I told her iwanted a response to my complaint, she said oh no not sure you will get a response as we are only the technical team. Thats ok but surely you havea complaints deptment??? Oh no we dont!! what are Kodak playing at?? As anybody been to Tranding Standard???!!
