Purchased a commode yesterday at Lowe's in Somerset Ky. A woman helped find commode. Pointed to it and said ' There it is'. Immediately turned and left. At 78 years old a little help would've been appreciated! Just an offer would have been great. She was probably late for a new piercing or a new tattoo. Won't be back there! That's standard practice for Lowes customer service in Somerset.

Poor workers no one is there to help load or unload anything. I've seen senior citizens trying to put their own stuff in vehicles or buggies no one stops to help.you may get lucky to have 2 registers open over all they need good management to step in and straighten them up. Not at all satisfied with Lowe's

Needs to back off from former employees who have left because of his childish games. I did my job very very well & worked through some real crap with during Covid.
I walked out in Feb. but I live in Plymouth, IN! I'm one of one of the six families who founded this county 187 year ago & counting. So I belong here!
A little over 30 days ago I found myself in ICU at Memorial Hospital. With sky high blood pressure & my main aortic valve ready to burst. (A wonderful family trait.)
Moreover, I know where things are in the store & can get out quickly. Please ask Jorge to back off from me when I come in. I'm also a business owner since 2015.

I just got a 10% off email for my birthday and deleted it right away. I have no interest in ever going to the store near me, in Milton georgia, again. The last two times I've left empty handed. It is SO FRUSTRATING to stand around and be completely ignored. Home Depot used to be the worst of the worst big box hardware stores but Lowes has completely taken over and now holds that title as THE WORST hardware store in existence. ACE is the way to go but stay away from STIHL products.

Lowes service and follow thru has to be the worst of any company in existence. We have never had good service and should have learned to never use the. However we did order a custom door from them in late May of this year. We were told it would take approximately 6 weeks to be be crafted and sent to the store. As of today, September 1st we still have no door. We were notified that door would be installed Sept. 3rd. Just got call that instillation would be Sept 27. Person we corresponded with was totally useless. They have had our money for over 3 months and no product to show for it. Where do we turn to next for help?? Never buy a high priced item from Lowes!!!!

Lowe's is an absolute horror story. The dysfunction is unfathomable. I tried to rent an Atticat blower from them, which should have been a straight forward transaction. You can't get through on the phone to the store to find out if the machine is available or not. If they pick up the phone, they tell you they will call you back to let you know but don't. They put you on hold and disconnect. If you ask for the their name or ask a question they don't know how to answer, they hang up on you. One person tells you equipment is in good repair and ready to be rented and another that it's broken. Same day, same store, same piece of equipment. When the blower finally became available it was broken and started blowing fiberglass insulation into the house. My handyman checked it and determined it's too old and worn out to work properly and should have been retired a long time ago. Renting a working blower from another Lowe's has been an even bigger nightmare. These people should be jailed.

Very hard to deal with. They are not reasonable in replacing delivered damaged parts or discounting enough off to keep product.

Paid for toilet & installation. Had to pay for delivery which I didn't need to. 5 associates didn't know what they were doing. Didn't get answer to call but listened to recording 10 times. Never deal with Lowes

Lowe's has now elected to put items in a locker for pick-up. You need the app. The app will NOT load to my device. So I must find a Cust Svs person, have them bring up my order, go to the locker, and have them retrieve the items. This is not only aggravating but a waste of my time.

I wanted to purchase a toilet with installation. It took 5 associates to enter it in and they still messed up. They charged me for the installation plus the delivery fee of $79. The contractor contacted me about the appointment for installation and he does the pickup that was included in the installation fee. I called Lowe's about it and got 10 recordings that I was important to them and to please stay on the line.

I always deal with home Depot and don't know why I Decided to use Lowes but it will never happen again.

I am expecting that Lowes will still deliver their toilet. If they do and they don't pick it up immediately I'm going to take a hammer to it.

However with my experience so far, no one will even bother to read this!

I ordered paint from Lowe's which should have been a on the shelf item. There was no Lowe's a thousand miles closer to me and Lowe's send my product across the country and it was supposed to be here more than a week ago. I called Lowe's and they said as long ass it is in shipping, they won't do anything. Until I receive the product, I can't even cancel the order. What should have taken a day or two, has been a couple of weeks. The $426 I spend has cost me more than this order and Lowe's don't even care. I will not deal with Lowe's anymore. What is happening to these companies that can't get help, but on the other hand, these companies show that they don't even care. Good bye Lowe's, I will not be back!

Lowes Store #0609 located in West Chesterfield managed by Brian Doughty with Kitchen Cabinet associate Sherri Gwin stiffed me on a Shenandoah $2,300 Kitchen Pantry cabinet. The cabinet was delivered hinged on the right side after I ordered it to be hinged on the left side. Of course, Ms. Sheri Gwin LIED to me and blamed it solely on the Manufacturer. She told me that I was responsible for flipping the doors, flipping the hinges and re-painting the 8 foot cabinet.
Sheri further LIED to me by saying that Shenandoah Manufacturer only hinges their cabinets on the right side and it's up to the Customers to fix this situation. I later called the manufacturer and they called Ms. Sheri Gwin a LIAR and said they only hinge cabinets on the right side when the store Lowes DOES NOT Designate which side to hinge the doors on. Tried to speak with Brian Doughty to correct this Store blunder and got the run around for over a week. They still have not reached or offered refund or correct the Lowes store error. Store #0609 has horrific management and customer service. Buy at your own risk.

Lowe's needs to be more responsive to the negative feedback. I don't think Lowe's would appreciate if all problems were dealt with using social media.

Many of your staff members have no idea how you tools or components work. They make up an answer hoping the customer buys it. I.e. i purchased a Bosch hammer drill several years ago from Lowe's, Today I needed a concrete hammer drill bit. I told your associate the bit I purchased yesterday bent and wobbled as it Spun. His answer was, that is how it makes a hole. I called Bosch and was advised to what bit I needed. I wasted an hour and a half for seeking advice from one of your associates.
Lowe's needs to do a better job at either hiring people who are knowledgeable or teaching employees about the items they sell.

I bought a dewalt drill and it was defective and mean time lost my receipt, my receipt which is normally not a big deal as it was obviously brand new and unused and I just wanted to replace it. They said call dewalt. Then you pay shipping on your new drill. There customer service sucks.

That store in Dyersburg Tennessee is a complete joke. Buying a major appliance has been a nightmare, to say the least. Thank God for the ASM John, of course he is from out of state and after months of the the rest of the mess he was able to resolve the issue. Never again Lowes...to bad they don't have more employees like John.

Will not purchase anything from Lowe's again. First time the stove got delivered it came damaged, they then rescheduled my delivery to the wrong date, then I even purchased another appliance from them and was told it would be delivered the same time as the other appliance. Then the day of delivery I found out the delivery got delayed on one without being notified and they rescheduled it for a random day without asking or even telling me. Waited on hold for a supervisor for 30 minutes since we threw out our old one and now have none until they deliver it just for their manager to say "there is nothing we can do."

Bought washer and dryer and delivery crew UST who installed it...never hooked up the drain...flooded the downstairs bedroom...been 3 weeks with 3 emails and no resolve. Horrible experience and will contact the Attorney General and take them to small claims court. Horrible

Long story short, they do not honor the warranty on Kobalt products, sold exclusively at Lowe's, even though it is advertised prominently on the box and clearly stated in the owner's manual!
Very frustrating experience! I was transferred back and forth between Lowe's and Kobalt. They simply refused to honor the warranty.
BEWARE OF LOWE'S AND KOBALT!

My husband an I bought a refrigerator and we purchased an ice maker. The ice maker did not work and now we are getting a run around about getting one that works. Went to the store and they said we had to call the other department who delivered and put it in. Called them they came and said it was the ice maker.So the girl called the store and said someone would call to replace and install a new one. Still no phone call. Very disappointed. This is the first time we ever had issues purchasing an appliance.

Buying from Lowes was the biggest mistake I've ever made, they delivered my washer and dryer without all the parts and it sat in my living room for 4 days, I had to call so many times to get something done. I kept getting the runaround and I had to wait 24 hours for this and that. It didn't take 24 hours to get my money. I'm never buying anything again from Lowes that I can carry out myself, the worst Customer Service and the third party that they use are useless. Please review their reviews before purchasing anything from Lowes!!

I am very disappointed, I recently bought a dishwasher that was delivered on Sunday, it leaked during the first use. My wife and I have been trying to deal with this issue with customer service, who by the way has been extremely helpful but our issue has fallen on deaf ears becauseit is impossibletogetacall back to set anything up or to speak with anyone higher than CS. They told me to give them 24 hours yesterday for a resolution. It is past this mark without a response and now I am taking action with the BBB plus.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. Ordered a patio door which took over five months to arrive at store and another two months to get delivered. Once installed found out it was the wrong door and many parts were missing. ordered a retractable screen door with French patio door of course it never arrived and now they say i never ordered one even though I have proof I did. Have tried contacting customer service so many times have been to the Bloomington In.store several times and was told someone would contact me and never did. I'm not sure what my next recourse will be. I do know I will never recommend or do business with Lowes again.

The absent cashier problem is going to sink this chain , while product prices continue to climb and lack of in store employment declines many customers are shopping elsewhere even if it means longer commutes !
One word sums this up oops two greed and Vernon who is on track to close yet another chain of stores!
