I am totally disappointed with there lack of customer service, this is not the first time this has happened if I call them to make an appt for covid booster shot all there contact numbers are the same with a computer telling me to go to kp.org-appointments which does not exist, I have been going to other health units such as cvs and they are very customer friendly, which Kaiser would try to contact themselves and see how upsetting this can be, I may have to review my membership next year and possibly make a change.

Kaiser is a great insurance company (in my opinion), but their support sucks, especially on off hours and weekends. Some of us work weekdays. If you get charged for a bill twice, how are we supposed to reach them during the weekend or after hours? You cannot as they are only available until 5PM, Monday - Friday.

Spouse had to fast for a test checked in and the receptionists were eating pizza at the front desk. Rude they should eat in a kitchen especially if the patient is fasting and hungry. Riverside kaiser Suite 216 Vascular dept

I just stood in line for 25 minutes to check in for mammogram. Why is check in line always so long at Kennesaw Townpark location.

I agree with others. Kaiser is good if you have no medical issues. But for seniors with medical issues. The portal doesn't relay your health issues. Medical records conveniently get lost. And no follow up on tests. There is no transparency. So for seniors Kaiser is not a great health insurance for you.

Hopeless service
Came in for MRI on20th and ended up having to wait untill 3 am in 21st
3 times my MRI was canceled
Once my sonogram was cancelled due to machine not working
Where is the radiology leadership
Employees locked us up in a dressing room area and left
Very sad

I went in to pick up my blood pressure medication by the way, I only have high blood pressure when I am at Kaiser. They give it to me. I got a flu shot and the dumb incompetent person administers it in my left arm right where the bone is and this a perfect example of why I avoid going there because of their incompetence.

I attempted to make an appointment, as requested, with Dr. Clark Welsh, optometrist, who told me to be in touch since I am pre-cataract surgery. I was not able to make an appointment (I was told no appointments available) and whoever I talked to could give me no explanation and was extremely rude. My husband and I have entrusted out healthcare to Kaiser for years and I'm disturbed by this. What is going on? Please advise.

The online system has changed and access puts you on non connecting loops. My medical records have been deleted or lost. I have been denied access to my doctors email which until 6 months ago worked beautifully. I have been patient because of Covid but I am about to call my lawyer if my online access is not restored and I have a medical problem before I can change my health care provider in November.

They missed their online appointment with me. No instructions, no links, the instructions I followed said a link will show up on the app and computer in Appiontments for the video call. It never happened, no phone call or anything. I tried calling their help, they tried to blame it on me for being late, despite being 15 minutes early refreshing every minute. No emails, phone calls or anything regarding the missed appointments. There's no surveys to fill out either.

I had an appointment for my daughter at 830 however didnt get call back until 8:58 the man at the front desk was no help I'm sitting now in the room waiting it's 9:30 still nothing anja Easter said she could match my energy

Today , after trying to schedule follow up appointments recommended by my Physician, the CS rep woman with an (African accent) was horrible. After telling her next week was too far out she kept offering me dates well into the middle of August. Got loud and started talking aggressively towards me because I questioned her understanding of my request.
I hung up on her and called back. Ended up with a CS rep -man (American Caucasian ) that appeared to enjoy helping patients and apologized for her rudeness. He listened, assisted and executed.

The coverage is great; however wait times are impossibly long. I was told it would be a week wait for a 10 min phone call to discuss test results.

I received a message that my prescriptions are ready from Union City Kaiser. I go to pick them up and they lost them. Now I've been waiting a 1/2 hour and the girl tells me their still looking for my lost prescriptions. How does this happen?

I was under a lot of stress because of the psychological problems I encountered from the receptionist (checked in at 05-31-2021 ) because i had positive covid .
so i did a complaint case number S-334215030 ,
but from yesterday and today 2 persons called about investigation but when am asked today about what will be action taken he told this illegal and he will be speaking with her so am told him 2 times called with me without you speaking with her without any action so he told maybe she was scared when she knower you are a positive so my answered if she like that should be didn't worked in urgent care and working at administration .
so am said you can check the camera but he said we didn't have sound so i told him you can check her face reaction changed when she know i have a covid.

so I have been wronged twice by you :
1) when i am tired when am went to urgent care and all patients looked me like am trash and scared from me .
2) when he called me today and said maybe she scared from me because i am a positive.
so I chose KP because I trust and certain will be take a fast action about that.
Finally this persons not taking into account the psychological state resulting from the disease of Corona, nor the extent of the damage caused by psychological pressure to what he was exposed to on their part.

I need the number for head office or fax number to contact with him.

Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy is very poorly run. The mail order pharmacy is unreachable. They send or do not send prescriptions at their discretion. They never inform the member ordering a prescription if they do not send it or the reason.

The walk in pharmacy is just as bad. They change procedures each visit. Stand in this line and wait. Now stand in that line and wait. Opposite every time. They do not care how long you wait. Employees actually told me they were too overworked to do their jobs correctly

Complaints to Kaiser are answered generically and nothing ever happens or gets corrected.

If there is "0 or minus. it should be it. They ask you several questions. but no answer to any of your questions and will ask to go on-line which is no working.

I had an appointment around 10:30 am on Mar 15, 2021 at Kaiser Woodbridge location and my blood work was done very smoothly and professionally. After finished bloodwork while I was asking few questions to the lady, suddenly another lady came toward her and commenting very roughly and said her liar In-front of me and one of her coworkers. It seems there is a hostile environment and abused minorities. I am glad, the lady was serving me was quite thanks me with smile.
I love overall service of Kaiser Permanente and I wish management will protect abused employee and correct abuser to improve customer service.

The automated system on their phone lines is abhorrent. The message about COVID is so long, repetitive and annoying. Then after saying no to switch to the COVID hotline they continue to replay a message about COVID vaccines during your 25+ minute wait time. Such a pain in the ass to schedule an appointment or just ask simple questions.

God even their horrible robot phone service feels like your talking to a brick wall. How is this acceptable? Every time I use this feature it's trial and error and 6 plus calls because it's so ineffective. It rarely ever hears you right and the options are always incorrect. Please just switch to something actually competent, like an Actual Person.
