I am totally disappointed with there lack of customer service, this is not the first time this has happened if I call them to make an appt for covid booster shot all there contact numbers are the same with a computer telling me to go to kp.org-appointments which does not exist, I have been going to other health units such as cvs and they are very customer friendly, which Kaiser would try to contact themselves and see how upsetting this can be, I may have to review my membership next year and possibly make a change.
