i have been with netspend for over 5 years and recently i have been having mulitple fraud on my account. i received a message at 403 am about attempt of fraud. for protection they did close down my card however i have been waiting for my card and while trying to access my funds using transfer and flashpay id. they have told me multiple lies and now i cant even transfer saying i reached my limit when a rep from the company told me it was unlimited. i have money just sitting there and no on can help me. only one rep has been helpful but ive gotten the run around so many times. i am passed furious and when i get my funds i am closing my netspend account

They took $700 from me. They helped somebody else open another account in my name and transferred $700 from my account to the fake account. Then they shut down my account, won't give me info so i can get the cops involved and wont help me recover my money i have contacted an attorney they have to be stopped

Netspend needs to reimburs me for the month of September 2020 I was in jail and showed proof I was told me no error was found I'm not happy want to file a class action lawsuits

Crooks! Stole money from my account. When i call, I have to answer 100 security questions before I can access my account, however, one of their reps. was able to transfer money to another account without my PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE. I called CS and the Rep pretty much accused me of giving someone my information. I assured her that I did not and all she said was that she would complete a report that can take up to 10 days to investigate.I was then left on hold for a long period of time before being put back ion the que. This is ridiculous and I am highly upset.

I can't believe that I was told that I couldn't be help at the time, when I am trying to report that someone used my card without my authorization.
The customer service person told me that I had to wait until the money was taking out before anything could be done. This is the reason for my call, the money was taking out. I not understand why my card wasn't just blocked and I was sent another card. So now I am too afraid to load more money because the person my do it again since they my feel like they got away with it. I used my card to pay bills, it will mess me up. She also gave me the phone number to the place, no one never answer the phone.

I've contacted a lawyer to deal with netspend because you guys are frauding the customers . I'm gonna sue netspend for taking advantage of customers . I will not continue to have anymore discussions or phone calls about what ive been dealing with

Netspend is a joke. Literally 2 months in a row I have been dealing with people hacking into my account. I literally have been with y'all for about 4 years maybe longer. I have never encountered any of this. Your customer service team is ridiculous their training skills need to be reevaluated. 4 times I have spoken to someone who claimed that I didn't have an account after giving them all my information including my account number and they claimed they still couldn't find my account. One young lady was so rude she literally transferred me back to the automative system and I had to wait 25 more minutes for someone to come back on. Not only did y'all cancel my card and lock me out my account but when I asked for a card to be expedited because you are putting me in a bind she told me it would cost me $20. Really?? You're going to charge me for something YOU did? I promise you the moment I get that card I'm removing all my money out of that account and closing it. You guys are the absolute worse. I'm serious I will be following up with my lawyer because this company is beyond unprofessional and literally has no compassion for their customers. I'll be putting my money in a bank from now on because I know I can at least go there and get a temporary card.

We've used this netspend account since our kids were in college, 2000. Never ever had a problem til today. We got an alert of an unauthorized payment at 2:04.am that we did not make. We called number on card and were advised that no stop payment could be made due to,it be pending. But instead waiting til it posted and file an I,vestigztion that would take 10 days before I got our money back. This is,hog wash, stop payments can be issued to stop this pending payment and they refused it. I've called all the number I can found. Emailed and faxed. Nothing!!!!! I called the Austi. # listed above and they just hang up on you since operstor stays away from her desk. I can't even talk to an American person it seems they're all in,China where maybe the hacking is going on. I can't wait 10 days. It seems that netspend is aiding and abbetting these hackers instead of helping the consumer that pays for;the use of these cards the. The corporate refuses to,help.

I have been with NetSpend for oh I don't know over 5 years.I have made five accounts now to claim my card is stolen and get a new one expedited to me all five attempts have failed. I've been sitting here with absolutely no access to my money since the 10th. I am so disappointed.and can't seem to get this issue taken care of while all my money is on lockdown. I have me and I have my pets and we are all hungry!!!

My name is Patrice Thomas I been with netspend for over ten years ...four day ado I went to use my card and it didn't work when I called Customer service everyone was rude they call me they close my account because of Some frond now I have kids and I can't even feed them I have no money I can't even pay my bills I'm going to be homeless because there's is stating that they can mail me a check in 7 to 10 business days so my kids and myself is going to starve for 10 to 5 business days something Hass to be done about the situationBecauseI'm going to be pursuing A lawsuit against the Nets spend Because no child should be going hungry for 10 to 15 days because they're saying that I'm not me and they can release my funds to be and they shut myWhole acount down we are in a Pana Demic and if safe to say That companies like net spend Is doing this to a single mother that has kids I can't even pay now her bills or feed her kids and they're telling me I have to wait for 15 to 10 day something will be done

I am my nephew's representative payee of Social Security benefits and my nephew has received his stimulus check through NetSpend and they refused to post his check to his card because they are falsely accusing him of being a minor child and they request us to send an information proving that he is not a minor child and we have done that through kingsoopers store and every time I call them they state that he is still a minor at the age of 25 years old so he needs more verification from his parents stating that he is the age of 25 years old such as being a grown adult man and wish this makes no sense to me because he can talk for himself without his parents being involved into any of his situations. I talked to NetSpend management and they said that we will still need more proof to verify and I told them that I will contact a lawyer and put a lawsuit on them for mishandling my nephew's stimulus check due to the fact of them still thinking that he is a minor it is unfair for my nephew to have to wait on them to prove all information. I will file a lawsuit for wrongfully accused of age, mishandling of paperwork that I sent then three times to prove his age and who he was, also file a lawsuit for distress and pain and suffering. They still are refusing to post his stimulus check. NetSpend has sent me an e-mail 3 days prior of them seeing his stimulus check that was supposed to be in post it to him needing information approving who he was but now they are saying that they will post his check on verification of information but they are needing from him once again. This is cause for a lawsuit filing on NetSpend. My nephew is a 25 year old disabled man such as a social security recipient and he receives all his money onto his NetSpend card and now they want to verify who he is this is very degrading to my nephew with him being disabled. I am the card holder of my nephew benefits because he does not know how to handle his own money. Once everything is resolved with NetSpend I will remove the two clients that I have under NetSpend as being the card holder for them and I will find them another card company that will handle the money correctly that needs to be put onto their card. I will still place a lawsuit on NetSpend for mishandling information on the behalf of my nephew and pain and suffering of him not getting his stimulus check.

I have been with NetSpend for over 8 years, but now I am set up. I have to local ATMs I have been drawing money out of 4/8 years, all of a sudden I can no longer use them and I have to go 4 miles to get money. I am disabled and in a wheelchair , as soon as Social Security opens up and I can change my card back to the Social Security Federal Express you guys are done.

Ive been trying to get my account unlocked for two weeks now we have no food in house ive gotten e mails back from the president of net spend ive gotten emails back from managers and employeees all saying they would get taken care off ive called and sat on phone for 2 hours still no representative i just want my money so i can use a new carrier this is the worst company ive everndealt withnin my 47 years of life someone should take a look at them please

I have been calling netspend customer service regarding my new card being activated due to someone in the Philippines that I dont know trying to take money off my card. My card and account was immediately blocked and they sent me out a new one. I have been on the phone with customer service for two weeks trying to get my new card activated and not only they had me on hold for more than three hours, but they have been given me the run around regarding my addresses and the mailing address where all my mail goes. I sent in my social security card with my driver's license twice already and they said they are going to review it in six business hours which is almost to closing time because of central time. As of now, I have no way of retrieving my funds so I can take care of my errands. Customer service at netspend is rude and I am very disappointed of the service that I have been receiving.

Why are the paying customers of Netspend cards not receiving atleast a customer service rep to converse concerns of our missing deposits. I did not have a stimulus check deposited.... Thank God and I cant get access to my money thats deposited on my card all of a sudden. Bbb is the Better Business Bureau I am filing a complaint today.

I have money that was deposited into my old account because y'all had me resign up for netspend and I already had a account, NOW MY MONEY IS in my old account and I have emailed them two times and I have not heard from anyone I can get in touch with NO ONE... I AN VERY UPSET AND I have money that I can NOT TOUCH AND I HAVE BILLS... This is really MESSED UP HELP ME PLEASE...

I haven't even dealt with this company and I'm already ready to tell them to screw off. You can't talk to a human and you continuously get kicked off the customer service line. Something needs to be done with this company. As if Americans haven't already suffered enough, I feel like this company is trying to rip me off. My money was due yesterday and I don't even have a pending deposit. What's the hold up? That's my question and I can't even get an actual answer because the phones were set up to not even be able to reach a CSR.

I'm locked out of my account. I have to take care of my family. This is unbelievable, I cannot get online, no one is answering the phone or you keep getting kicked off. Plus when you send an email you get the same response. They need to fix this.
