While my wife was talking to the front officer I noticed her tone becoming un bearable, responses getting outside the acceptable professional frame and she started yelling. I interfered telling her if you don't calm down and get back into a proper tone I will not move out of this room. It's your fault at the end, and I aam helping you getting it solved yet won't accept any options otherwise. Her response to me was ok if you're not moving i'll call the police and this is when I asked to see her boss and told her police will not help solve a problem she caused to me.

I need this investigated, I need the front desk cams checked and need to know the action taken against this front manager who got me to the peek of frustration and stood behind the desk showing a sarcastic smile about what I am saying.

I am still in the hotel and agreed with the hotel manager to stay for a night in the room where I am (320) and upon forthcoming reservation confirmations I will have to move out.

My request is not to move out of this room and has this front officer coached. I don't come to spend a vacation who thretens me saying we'll call the police for a problem an employee have caused during to checking me in a wrong room (despite checking my wife's ID and all before handing the room key)‎

Ramada Inn as a corporation just wants to push off any problem calls on ANYONE else! I had a problem with the Van driver. I called the Hotel to complain & after speaking with a "Manager" with a terrible attitude I got nowhere. I called back to speak to the General Manager who was "out" or "in a meeting" each time I called. I left voicemails & did not get a call back. I called the Customer Service line & they took my complaint & told me that Hotel ownership will return my call. On day 6 the Gen. Mgr. finally called back. Saying he was out of town & just got my voicemails. REALLY? Just got them at 11:30 am the week after...I told him he was full of it because his staff told me he was around but in meetings. He had no response. I then called the Customer Service line again & one rep. was nice but gave me to a Supervisor to help. The Supervisor was the MOST USELESS of anyone in this whole situation! Ownership must be either STUPID or in total DENIAL about this property! Management SUCKS from the top down. I can't wait to let every Client I EVER HAVE know that Ramada Inn is NOT the place to stay ANYWHERE in the WORLD! They already don't have a great Reputation...it will only get WORSE!

Worst expiriance ever, no real help from front desk or anyone else first signs posted every where for breakfast buffet that is misleading to a free breakfast than we have a problem as we are checking out got a 20% off conformation number from winham hotels that we find our self going thru so much trouble to get that it in some way feels as not worth the trouble, I hope that this only happens to us and not anyone else. I will never stay in your hotels, I am very un happy with this situation.

Unbelievably rude night manager Clay. Noise from hotel restaurant fans outside bedroom window so loud it is impossible to sleep. This should have been disclosed. Totally unacceptable noise level, total lack of understanding, help, or empathy.

I went online to try and book a room through tonsofhotels.com, I found the Ramada in Bordentown NJ. I check the site for room rates and came to a $70.00 King size bed, Refrigerator, with Jacuzzi. I clicked on that and registered for October 22 2013 leaving October 23 2013. When I got there I was told by the front desk person that I was registered to a regular room, when I questioned that I registered for a Jacuzzi room online and the total was $84.00 she told me that only the Suites had Jacuzzi's the rate was $180.00, I told her that was not what I registered for, since I did not sign in, I cancelled again saying this was not what was listed on line. They charged me a cancellation fee!! The cancellation fee should not be charged for this transaction, I did not sign in, the room was not what was listed, the price I paid for on line was not what Ramada had listed. I want my "cancellation fee" returned.

We stayed at the Ramada Inn in Painted Post NY over the weekend. The sheets on the bed were stained down the side of the bed and were not changed before we stayed the second night. The sign in the bathroom said "Hang your towels we will do the rest" so I hung up the towels only to find that they were the same wet towels the next morning. The fan in the bathroom didn't work so it got really hot in there. I thought the Ramada Inn was a classier place than that.

I stayed at the Ramada Inn Convention Center in Forsyth, GA, begining on 04/18/2013 when I begun working for a construction company for GA Light & Power. My first night was great, very nice room. The second night I made arrangements to stay for an extended period and paid for one week. I was put in a room where they put extended stay patrons. The room was terrible but I was too tired after working 16 hours to complain. The room #252 had a door to another room but it was taped up with duct tape around it. The vent fan in the bathroom was taped up with duct tape. Black mold had grown on the bathroom ceiling. There were burn sute marks on the bedroom ceiling. Sute smoke was on the entrance door. The counter near the bathroom had many cut marks in the countertop. The rooms table had cut marks. These marks in both places looked like they were used to cut drugs. There was no cord on the phone to the receiver.

Working seven days a week 12-16 hour shifts, I just put up with it. On about the second day I developed a cough with congestion that would not go away. Last Thursday the 2nd of May, my mother visited me for an hour or so. She began coughing and got congested in that short time of the visit. She pointed out to me all the things I had overlooked because of my fatique. She instructed me to go and exhange the room.

I did but was told that I could not because there was a large group of people coming in and there was no room available.
I then told the clerk that I wanted to talk to the manager, she denied me. Later in the conversation, after telling her of all of the problems and my thoughts on what had happened in the room pryor to my arival and a mention of the health department; I was given another room. It was better in the fact that nothing was taped up but still had the odor of cigarette smoke. My room was only cleaned three times from April 18th until May 3rd.

On Saturday the 4th I was laid off from my job at the steam plant and was told to report to a work site in Front Royal, VA. When I checked out of my room, I was told that I would not be repaid for the remaining days that I had paid for on the previous Thursday. I lost 4 days rental payment on this room by leaving. It was not my fault that I got laid off from one job and told to report to another before I could stay in the motel until my rental was finished.

Is this Ramada Inn's professional corporate policy or is this a local motel's policy? I have stayed with Ramada several times before and was always satisfied. However, the Forsyth Ramada Inn on I75, was a night mare.

I would like to be reimbursed for the four days lost.

I recently stayed at the Ramada inn in Flagstaff, AZ, did not book ahead of tiime and it was on a Saturday, the room was really bad, it did not have enough towels and I had to request more, the noise from the adjacent room from the shower was so loud it awoke me at 9:30 pm. the room was very run down, they chrged me $119. plus all the taxes totally $135. I could have booked same room online for $55.00 feel I was totally ripped off with bad room and bad service. Will not stay at a Ramada ever again. Anne Hammons

We booked this room, in Roanoke VA, after 5 days without power in the sweltering summer. Although the air conditioning was so very welcome, and the hotel lobby was set up beautifully, it was not at all representative of the hotel itself.

The halls and balconies were poorly lit, dirty, with broken tiles and decay very evident. You could see the street below where the balcony walls did not meet the floors and the insulation had decayed and browned. The "laundry facilities" consisted of a washer and dryer crammed into a small space next to an ice machine - with no lights and sketchy power sources. The "recreational facilities" consisted of 2 tandem bikes - seemingly from the prior century - and a treadmill that was unusable due to the belt being dry-rotted. (Yes, it was that old). There was a strange odor in the lobby hallways and the parking lot was full of holes, chunks of asphalt, and cracks.

The room itself was no better - outside of the conveniences of air and power. The room was billed as a queen size room. The headboard was queen size, the bed itself was a full. The blanket had holes in it and barely fit the bed. There were dark stains on the carpet and the box spring. There was no smoke alarm, and no knob for the "heater" in the bathroom. The toilet was filthy and looked as if the underside of the rim had not been cleaned in ages. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were cut and did not fit in the drop-down grid properly, leaving dark gaps in the ceiling area. Although there were a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, both were old, scarred, and dirty. There were spill stains/runs on the wall, as if someone had thrown something liquid against it and it had never been cleaned. The lampshades were dirty and torn and the ironing board cover was stained and dirty as well.

It seems as if more attention has been paid to the lobby - to give appearance of beauty and style - than to the rooms, which are much more important to the guests who must reside in them. Again - although it provided a respite from our situation - I would not recommend this hotel in the state that it is currently in.

I attempted to send an email to Ramada/Wyndham but there is no email address. Instead am always redirected to a page that will only accept 450 characters - which says that they do not want honest feedback if it is negative and descriptive. Shame, it could help their company to know where their individual franchises are not producing excellence and marring the Ramada/Wyndham reputation.

I'll try this again. I stayed at the Ramada in Pocatello,Idaho and would prefer if the company contact me as the list is long and I'm not typically a complainer.
From the 20-30 min it took to check in while there was 1 person manning the desk helping someone out and at the end of that time 2 others finally showed up to help. To the promise of having someone giving me a list of restaurants in the area who will serve gluten free and having person who was assigned this task to flatly tell me she didn't bother. To being locked out of our prepaid room after we left for dinner because they had given us the wrong room. We were at least allowed to stay in same room. The list goes on... Have someone contact me so this doesn't happen to someone else. I used to think Ramada was equal to the Red Lion not Motel 6.
We had better service in the morning although there was no milk and I was going to have to cook my own waffles. Went to McDonald's instead and daughter fixed her own breakfast in room that no one knew was missing the fridge. Isn't that an awfully big thing to miss?

I recently stayed at the Ramada Ltd. Suites at 721 Airport Blvd San Francisco Airport area. When my colleague and I arrived around midnight, I was told that I had a Smoking room when I questioned it I was told that I had reserved that type of room. I showed the clerk my reservation and was told that I would have to accept a smoker room. When I arrived at the room it reeked of stale smoke, the furniture had cigarette burns in the couch and wood, the Comforter had black stains on the underside and the shower/tub wall had what appeared to black mold. The final insult was we paid $460 plus tax for the night and at check out the person in front of us on line paid $97 for the same type of room. When we inquired as to the price difference we were told that they had been closed awhile and were trying to make up for that time. This was without a doubt the worst room that I have ever stayed in ever. We have requested that our travel agent Apple Travel blacklist Ramada until something is done to remedy this disgraceful accommodation.

Ramada hotel in Toledo,Ohio is comprised of liars and thieves with the morals of heroin addict looking to score. I stayed at the hotel in early July to take my 7 year old swimming. There were issues that I reported and of course got the typical response, sorry, we'll look into in. After I check out I review my bank account and they have charged me an additional 250 dollars!! Claiming I wrote the F-word on the bathroom wall in what they were hinting to was in poop!! I have never in my life been so angry! When I asked to come in a see what they were claiming they made up excuses why I couldnt but they had taken pictures. Two weeks after requesting the digital images be sent to me via email I receive these low quality photos! I would never, ever suggest anyone stay at this hotel for any reason under any circumstance! Just like a business to cheat a single mother!
