This is the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. Impossible to talk to a real person, does not even provide an option for what I am looking for. I have tried to reset my password 12 times and each time it has failed. This company is a joke and should change or get out of this business. Only because I have tickets RIGHT NOW, will I ever fly with this company again. Absolutely Ridiculous.

I flew on July 2 from Chicago to Myrtle Beach. Terminal 3 at O'Hare was a zoo at 5am they had us line up to drop off baggage and bags were all over the place and combined with other airlines. I dropped the baggage off 2 hours prior and it did not arrive in Myrtle Beach filed a claim and tried to check status online and didn't work, called the airport back later, voice mail, again the next morning, voicemail. Doesn't anybody care at Sprit?

You get what you pay for, in this airline you get even less. Bloody joke, worst experience and airline ever! Makes Aeroflot look like 5 star deluxe service even with their canvas seats! This is before we have been even able to board our delayed flight which no one wants to update us on either in the airport or online! Joke, Mr Spirit CEO saw your recent pledge to improve service on the airline, lucky you as it could not be any worse so there is only up! Someone in the Philipines lies to me on 2 different things and then wants to charge $25 for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My question concerned whether I could get an updated Reservation Summary after I had spent a great amount of time on line to obtain check-in luggage and seats and paid for it.Your reply referred me to 801-401-2222. I had been there twice. In the first call,all that outsourced(to the Philippines)entity can do is sell you checked luggage and seats at much higher prices than Standard check-in purchases were and if you refused, they told you to do it on-line.So I did and after spending too much time obtaining what I thought was a done deal with a CONFIRM AND PURCHASE form indicating that I had checked 1 bag each way on a round-trip plus a reserved seats each way for
a total of $109. The form includes PAYMENT INFORMATION which shows the correct credit card information I provided. All I wanted NOW was a RESERVATION SUMMARY that reflected these additional services I purchased according to the CONFIRM AND PURCHASE
form. I resorted to an explanatory e-mail to [email protected] who replied that I had to file my request on something called "a web form" and provided a link to the right website.I did all that and received a "support number"and a caveat that help was on "a 48 hr.response time" (my flight was 52 hrs. away and is now less than 32 hrs. away and here am I trying to use my valuable time to enlighten anyone who is interested in using this Airline, what to expect. WARNING! NO ONE WITH AN ULCER SHOULD!!

Spirit air should be out of business because its service is lousey. Non refundable tickets are sold but do not refund your fee even it is their fault. Never again will book with them even when i was warned of their problems.Good out of business spirit!!!!

My card is not being accepted at Spirit.com. I called my credit card company and the card is working. I tried last night and this morning. Is there a problem w/ the website?

I made a reservation on Spirit Airline on 23 May 2016. At That time I notified them that my wife would be traveling with a portable oxygen concentrator.
It was not until I went to check-in and print my wife's boarding pass that I was notified that she needed a form signed by a Doctor! They waited until it would be impossible to get the form signed!!!!
Spirit has made it almost impossible for a customer to talk to a live customer service representative. They claim that the need to "filter access to a live agent"

The following is to officially make a complaint of subject Spirit Airlines Flight 303 departing from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale on June 4, 2016. This flight was over sold, hence delayed. The flight suffered so many changes making it the another bad flight we have experienced with Spirit. Firstly, the Gate was changed, then the flight was delayed making changes to the departure and arrival time, the service reps at the Orlando airport were so rude about the whole thing. Some were even saying, and quote I hate to work for this company. Imagine how that makes one feel. How can one trust an airline after experiencing all that. Their own employees were going crazy. It was a complete war zone. I don't travel much, but when I have, the experience has always been a good one. Again, except with Spirit.

This is actually the second time I gave Spirit Airlines the opportunity to prove themselves, but again have failed with flying colors. On February 26, 2016. The flight we had from Aguadilla, PR was delayed, and we missed our connecting flight in Ft Lauderdale to MCO. After crying my eyes out, and going from one Spirit rep to another, we finally were able to get a van to drive us to Orlando, and that trip was an emergency because my daughter was sick, and did not get to see her until that afternoon due to that. Same reason they over sold that flight.

Bottom line, in February I did not submit a complaint giving Spirit the benefit of the doubt. But 4 months later the same thing happens. I'm sorry, but this time I had to submit a complaint. I consider this crucially disrespectful to us. Now, my daughter has a flight pending on July 28th, and I'm scared her flight may also be delayed and get stuck in Ft. Lauderdale alone. I'm sorry, but I don't trust Spirit anymore. And hate to say this, but don't think I will fly with Spirit again. To be very candid, I understand we deserve my money back, I was guaranteed an exceptional and on time flight and not one, but twice was taken advantage of.

Very, very disappointed in Puerto Rico.

PS... And surely hope my daughter's flight in July is on time and not oversold like ours was. Because you will hear from me again. And will be speaking to a lawyer.

I have tried several times to reach spirit as I am not able to retrieve my password . No one is available to
answer a call. I have tried for several days. I own stock in the company which I am selling. It is truly the worst airlines and'
I am a retired airline employee. Never had such poor experiences. They will never resolve their issues as I heard the CEO
speak on Squawk Box and he said that Spirit doesn't care what customer think. People will fly with them because they are
the cheapest. Not true. People are leaving them all the time. One day they will wake up and realize they can no longer
attract customers and they will be out of business.

I tried 8 times to actually speak to a person in regards to redeeming miles. All I wanted to know is if I could redeem one way of round trip since the flight back was more than my total promotion miles awarded. I searched site for the answers. UNSATISFACTORY customer service and website. If someone could answer my comment to my email that would be appreciated.

On Thursday, May 26th, i took a flight from ORD, 7:15a.m., flight 843, to Myrtle Beach, S.C. My checked bag did not arrive. I filed a luggage service report for the lost bag and gave it to Cynthia Farrie at the Spirit check-in desk. It is now May 28th; I do not yet have my luggage. i have notified the airport numerous times, left messages, called every conceivable number that applies to Spirit Airlines, including the lost luggage phone number that I was instructed to call, but i have received not one response from one person from your airline. i have not been acknowledged by phone, email, zilch. O'hare was also notified; the luggage is not there, but i was told that they would update me if the luggage was at ORD. i paid a lot of money for this ticket; i am so disappointed and disgusted in your airline that i will never book with you again nor recommend your airline to anyone else who inquires about flying with Spirit.

I have ordered airline tickets from spirit air line on May 21 2016 for four people going

from Fort Lauderdale Florida to Las Vegas Nv.on the 11/04/2016 and returning on 11/12/2016.

My Spirit CONFIRM NUMBER i also have a itinerary I have been

trying to contact spirit thru e-mail for a period of days trying to receive information

regarding purchasing boarding passes and information on seating in advance. My wife is

disabled and she would feel more secure with me sitting next to her, and would too

My e-mails are never answered, and I have been told there is no record of my e-mail

I hope you can give me some information on this matter in the near future

I have been trying to contact a Spirit airlines agent for the last week and cannot get in contact with anyone. I have 2 travel vouchers that I received recently, because of overbooking and I gave up my seats. Now, I need to talk to an agent to get information on how to get my free trip. I call the number provided and is sent into a vicious circle of recordings. I also was told via e-mail that someone would contact me within 40 hours which has not happened.

Standing here in Philadelphia airport waiting to check bag. Standing here now 35 minutes and no one is working behind counter. Really now. Never fly here ever again. First and last time.

Absolutely the worse airline EVER!!! 9 of us arrived over 2.5 hours early. Took 30 min to check our bags in and over an hour to go through security. Ran to the gate for a flight that was leaving at 4:30. Got to gate at 4:15 and the plane was already taking off. They told us that if we CANCELED it would cost more money then our flight was and we would lose our return flight. CANCEL there was nothing to cancel they left at least 20 minutes early leaving 9 of us behind to miss my sons wedding! Their customer service is just as bad. Very very rude. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone and they talk like robots that hardly speak English. So rude and matter of fact. They don't care about their customers at all and I wish I would have read reviews on them before I ever booked tickets. Also beware they entice you with cheap fares and then add on so much cost it's ridiculous. Horrible airline and I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never wrote a negative review on a company but this one everyone needs to be aware of. DON't FLY WITH THEM! One last thing on the return flight we made sure we got to gate 2 hours early and it was delayed over 2 hours! 1,500 dollars later and thanks to Frontier airlines we made it to my sons wedding. Hope they go out of business and soon!

Epic poor performance on a routine Detroit - Orlando flight 5-8-16. 4:05 PM flt #899 still on the ground in Detroit at 8:15 PM. Spirit's only explanation: "Maintenance issues." Passengers given repeated new departure times, all of which are missed. It's now 8:15 and there's serious speculation that the flight is cancelled, but Spirit isn't saying anything firm.

Nor has it made any effort to book Orlando-bound passengers on other airlines.

No service. No explanation. Epic service failure for Spirit today. Is this typical?

Good morning I'm a passenger on flight 200 that left Houston this morning at 6:00 am heading to Chicago. The flight had to make an emergency stop because of a sick passenger and mechanical issues. While waiting for the passenger to be escorted off and while they continue to fix the mechanical issue me and my husband asked can we please be let off the plane. We were told that we can not get off and we would have to continue on this flight. We are very unhappy and your policies need to change

Why can't you get a live person to talk to about a few simple questions, such as printing boarding passes, buy luggage on-line after I have already purchased my tickets?
I read the reviews and they are terrible!!!!
