I received my order of calendars, but some of the pictures are much darker then they looked in the pictures. Also one of the pictures is cropping off some of the faces.

I would like to share with you two unfortunate experiences that I have got with Vista:

My first experience was when I joined Lions club, and I become a treasurer, I ordered my business card with vista, But my email had a blank within the characters. I accepted the error and let it go.



This year I had order another business card with the Lions Club Logo, through a friend of mine, as I became the secretary of the club. But my bad luck still is on, as you can see attached, my email is showing: ,com so as you can see there is a coma instead than a point in the email before the "com".



Note that lately I used my nick name â??Normanâ?? rather then my real name â??Nouhadâ?? but I am still the same person, as you can notice with the same email and phone number, etcâ?¦



Therefore I would like to share that two unfortunate experiences and ask you this time for compensationâ?¦. in reprinting another free business card, as I am now in a new position and need to change my cards again, but I need to get it right this time with your help.

I used to spend quite a bit with VistaPrint...never again. They sent me a postcard for my Birthday...oh how nice I thought. It offered up to 50% off site wide and free shipping. I took the opportunity to order some new business checks. I didn't get anywhere near 50% off but of course they had said "up to" so this was merely disappointing. But I also was charged shipping. I called to inform cs and the gal said she would offer me a refund on my shipping "as a courtesy". I didn't feel like arguing so I accepted the deserved refund regardless of what they wanted to call it. She said something about her computer being slow and said to call back in 30 minutes. When I did the new gal acting as if she knew nothing about the previous call and insisted that although my post card made absolutely no mention of any limitations with regards to the free shipping offer, that the policy was actually that I had to spend $50. Well any person with any knowledge of the law whatsoever would know that this is an illegal business practice. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She wanted to win the argument...and of course she did. The original gal should have her job. Saved $9! Congrats. Lost this customer for life and I'll tell everyone I know. AVOID VISTAPRINT AT ALL COSTS!! SCAM MARKETING AND SURRLY CS> FAIL!

Visatprint processed three amounts against my VISA SAVINGS account on Sunday 3 August. None of the amounts are for orders I have placed. I have one order in their system for much less than the amount they have taken from my account. I have been trying for three days to get a response!! My bank can't do anything until the transactions are actually processed so now I am unable to access my money in my savings account until Vistaprint release it. I can't believe they can get away with this. I will NEVER give them my account details EVER again.

Vistaprint is the worst company I ever came across, withtheir customer service centre in morocco and Jamaica
They kept cutting me off after putting me on hold for 40 minutes each time. I only thought it was a uk company, but no it's Dutch

I redeemed a Groupon for VistaPrint but had about $5 left that I thought I would be able to use later or maybe have to forfeit. When I submitted my order a big Bonus Buy "only good for the next 10 minutes" popped up, offering me 140 labels for 5.99. I selected it thinking the remainder of my Groupon would be used and I would have to pay about .99. There was no review at that point, instead I was immedieately charged the 5.99 - in addition to $8.30 shipping. I called VistaPrint within 3 minutes of submitting the order and was told there is nothing they could do. I tried to cancel the Bonus Buy, cancel the whole order, cancel my Groupon, but no cooperation on their part. Be careful when ordering from VistaPrint. They will not amend an order, even within 3 minutes of it being placed. I will order from a local printer in the future and will post this information to Facebook and Groupon.

Vista Print has poor customer service. One guy left me on hold for 20 mins without reply. The other girl was blatantly rude and very patronizing while still not getting the point and all I was asking if I could vertically print a design rather than horizontal. In the end I went with another print service.

Promotions offered by Vista Print are not only misleading, but FALSE. You don't find out the offer is false until after you get billed on your credit card. Then you speak to someone with very poor English who trys to explain why you do not receive the discount promissed in their email.
Cancelled our order and will not do business with again.
Enterprises must honor their word and those that do not should not receive your business- Vista Print

In all of my long dealings with purchasing websites I cannot think of a company that so embodies all that is dishonorable in its approach to marketting. It advertises business cards at £2.99 which with VAT and postage costs more than £7. At every turn it bombards, connives, tricks and misleads the unwary into buying products they dont want or expenditure they do not understand.
I despise this kind of marketting and on a point of principle will not use the company again. I advise all others to follow my example.

horrible liars. i called customer service asking about email captcha or any kind of help finding the emails for my contact form that clients send - i need to verify thru Captcha who the senders are. of course vistaprint told me oh, check the contact form - it will show you the email and IP. lies lies lies. they are in the stoneage...all i get is are fake emails and spam into my email and in my blog comments. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THESE CROOKS!

I have been waiting for a refund for goods not received since November, they keep saying it will be refunded in 7 days, I'm afraid my waiting time is over and I will wait no longer,I and my company will NOT be doing business with this firm again...

I designed a Flip book for the fist time I use Vistaprint, accidentally left few pages with no pictures, I rang up costomer services, the answer was not able to help.

Vistaprint is the worst online company i have ever dealt with in my life. They owe me £30.80 p as part of my refund and 80 days later after numerous e mails and calls to vistaprint..... still no refund !!! All they keep telling me is i will get it, but 80 days of waiting is disgusting, any advice anyone please ?

After ordering photo flip books on 11 Dec, an email was sent stating that its been sent for printing on 12 and will receive this on 19 Dec. firstly there is no tracking # for this original delivery and there is no followup by Vistaprint.

Wrote to them on 18 Dec and they still expect delivery on the next day.
How ridiculous can this be???

Upon asking for tracking #, they said they are sending a replacement order and this again takes time. This additional comment says that they are not sure where the package is and oh, there's no tracking at all: 'If your original order arrives, please accept it with our compliments'

this is greatly disappointing and will definitely be the last.

After wasting my time designing my business cards, vistaprint refused to let me finalize my payment via any of the checkout buttons.
I've got a business to run, I don't have time to waste on a broken website, on top of this I tried to ring them and was given a scratchy recorded message that sounded like it was recorded in the 1930s - sounded more like static from an old school TV. You just wasted $65 worth of my business time, which is more than the damn cards are worth!!!
As for the ratings below
Issue Resolution -2 (not even able to ring up helpline)
Friendliness 0 (Yes, zero - not able to talk to anyone, so how can there be any friendliness)
Product/Service Knowledge 0 (again, NO service)

yea I agree! The whole company! May just be a scam as far as I can honestly see it .. They stole about 45 dollars from a hardworking college student on financial aid who was trying to get her sick grandmother a personified photo gift. no responses! Nothing! someone with more money shoul probably sue them

I have been loyal Vistaprint customer for about 5 years.

I phoned your customer service on the 5/10 in regard to my letter heads which I was promised would be delivered by the 3/10.



The male representative was rude & told me that "this is the one & only time that Vistaprint would help me with the missing product. It is not my fault that my products had not been deliverd.



Most of the time Vista Print phone reps have been excellent but this rep insinuated that I was stealing from Vistaprint.



If this happens ever again I will take my business elsewhere.



I would appreciate a response by your Customeg Service Dept as soon as possible.

There is something seriously wrong with their Customer Service. I've been trying to reach them for 4 days and all I get is a recording saying they are having "technical difficulty" call back during their regular business hours (my call was during regular business hours). I was instructed to go to their web site to complete my business.

I've got a problem with their labels template and can't reach anyone to solve the problem. I'm sure as heck not going to pay for/submit an order I know isn't correct! Anyone else having trouble reaching a live person? If not resolved today I will be forced to use GotPrint.com

Ive used Vista print for several things and have always been very happy with my products. They even over nighted me a product when I had an error on my save the date. Yesterday I tried to order some products such as 1000 brochures, 1000 new business cards and a couple banners. I was told I had 7 mins to order for it to arrive on friday. I gave them all my info I was then finishing up and they said oh sorry we can't do it now time is up! I was on the phone for 3 mins 32 seconds according to my phone. I said well I will still order but if i couldn't have it by friday i would down size my order and just wait until I needed more of there products. I would just have what I ordered printed locally. The lady ask is that all you needed? and then said okay have a nice night? and then hung up! VERY FRUSTRATED! I never got to reply or ask why i only got 3 mins to reply when i was told i had 7 to finish my order! I love using vista print and its a shame they had treat me this way.
