Xbox Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 4

I know this is strange but xbox live customer support actually helped me with a fraudulent pay problem, kudos xbox....

I was actually pleased when I called the support number to realize how fast they were. This is the second time my console flashed the "three red rings" which made me mad because the console was hardly used very often after the first repair. Luckly it was still under warranty.If it breaks again I must say I'm going to get a ps3, and they break as well.

I called on a holiday and less than a minute from picking up my phone I was talking to someone on the phone who very nice and helpful and fixed the problem. And I guess for those who care I did speak with someone who was native English speaker.

I just said technical support then xbox live and then after a few seconds the phone started ringing and I was speaking to a human, trust me on this - that is the most amazing thing these days. I dont think I've ever had such a fast call.
And on top of that the guy knew what he was talking about and wasn't a jerk. Thats 5 stars for me.

i just used that number and got an answer in 10 minutes....the guy was courteous and knowledgeable....and spoke fluent English...which is hard to find at 12pm on a sunday

I had recently contracted the "red ring of death". So I called this # at 9am ET, got right through, a tech had me run a couple reboots/resets. A box("coffin") came in the mail 2 days after, tech Support said 3-4weeks for return but I got a refurbished model in about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks.

Happy with this result and ease of support.
